This is my first time of rating any app so low. Bought my device by pre order on feb 27 2022, device was activated on march 31 2022. As of now (may 2022), e voucher that was promised as pre order gift still not available. Tried to contact samsung customer service at least once a week and they were all told me to do the same thing (clear cache, logout, using cell data, etc.). Still not working. Has always been a loyal samsung user (pre ordered s20, s21 and s22). This will be my last samsung phone
It's been months ago, the app don't work anymore. Had contacted to samsung indonesia more than 5 times to report the problem and they promised to settled. But never worked
Can't open this app, keep force to close everytime I tap on it.

Overall I like this app and the gift offered, since I used this app for 7 years ago. However the app still needs maintenance and improvement due to the app was not ready for preorder gift redemption which causes a delay in redemption period. The team solved the problem very well, but they took a long time to fix it.
I use Galaxy Z Fold 3, and have several coupons to redeem. But it's wasted, since you set expiry only for 1 day! It's also ridiculous when i go to a restaurant (that quite far) but after i came they rejected the voucher with out of stock reason. The restaurant's services (ismaya) also terrible and unpolite. IT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT ALL!
At first, I had my doubts to buy Samsung overpriced phone but I decided to go for it. Then I found this apps that had changed my life. All the losses from buying this phone had paid back. My long lost cat has come back after I redeemed something useless. My painful spine has cured after I get so furiously mad because there is no voucher for anything useful. The apps has given me meaning more than the offer.
What I hate the most from this app, I can't even log in or get into the app. There's a next button, but when I click it there's nothing happened. I've never experienced like this before (on this app). Idk what is happening. My storage is free, and I've already update it. Urgghhh.. This is kinda frustrating.. I just want to use this app or if I can't, I can simply uninstall it. But this app can't be uninstall. Please Samsunggg

Everytime I open this app, it shows app doesn't recognize my device. Why??? I didn't do anything and suddenly I stopped getting offers and now when I tried opening it says that. I checked the update but there's none. So I tried uninstalling but can't. :(

This app can not be uninstalled. I don't need it. Weird is they create app like this while many bug or error on ONE UI are not fixed like lock screen type cannot be changed, only swipe type work.

When does this app going to get updates? I recently just bought a new samsung phone and I got a samsung care+ coupon for a year. But the problem is, when I try to activate it, it says "there was a problem in the server #710011". And my voucher is about to expired. I tried to contact samsung and they said that there was a "problem" with the server and they told me that I have to wait around 3 days. Its been more that 3 days and I still can't activate it. Please FIX THIS ISSUE!
