Galaxy Mobile

After the recent update, the game gets stuck at the loading screen, only way to get through is to restart the game several times. Changes and fixes comes at very long time. Dont even bother playing this game if you can't bear with the constant bugs and several issues that plagued it.

So yeh, I had been planning to rate this one a bit higher. Fun enough game play but just really buggy. Emails internally don't load, really very slow across the board. Then I tried Rise of Kingdoms and it's just a straight up copy, not even trying to be different. If you've bought an existing game engine off the shelf shouldn't be that hard to make it work properly.

This game can be a fantastic mobile idle mmo. Fixes need to be done. Many problems and issues: One major is lack of advertising, low content & player base. And then you have high level players wiping out incentives of lower levels to continue playing. There are officer bugs, missing reports. Being able to attack ships even when they reach their destination, because certain objectives cannot be shielded. & is classed as an open field battle ground, which is a loop hole. Rayo is bugged

I believe the game is in its early stages. Its nice to play with low as well as higher graphics. It is fun to play and in my opinion is kinda nice. There are a little bit of glitches though. 1. Every time a set of actions are done, trying to do a newer action(like upgrades, building, repairs and fighting )sometimes gets unresponsive. The only solution I found was to close the game and restart it. This becomes a little bit annoying. I believe the developers will look into it and would resolve it.

This game has a lot pf potential. Maybe a few more adjustment, graphic, animation on the map,for example : when u end a resources of a planet, the planet blow of rather than just dissappeared out of nowhere. And the transition between the change is ok but for building ship, i think that is unnessasary. Overall its good. And have potential

Game is full of bugs and the support team is terrible at resolving issues with the game. I've had fleets stuck across the map or at planets for days which just ruins the experience when you just can't play. I wanted to like this game, but when you can't do anything it is just a waste of space.

The game overall is good, not counting the pay to win type, but there are still alot of bugs and I think the creation of servers is a bit slow because the most recent server is already several days old and no new one has been created. I think this damages the experience for new players because they join and have little to no chance to become as powerful as the others who have been there for 3-4 days

Uninstall. I'm moving on. -Mail reports improved but still buggy. Receiving another players reports... Throws map errors. -League Mall is buggy with constant refresh. Can be exploited since buy limits don't work. -Building ships sometimes freezes the game when an existing build finishes timer while building new ships -Inaccurate RSS timers when gathering.

I have followed the development of this series and I am unfortunately dissatisfied with each one of them. PLEASE bring back the ORIGINAL Galaxy Online with amazing mechanics, battles and intricacies. With the UI being improved as it is 2020. I will gladly pay to be able to play the original again!!

This game has more crash's than a demolition derby had 2 days and it's crashed 4 times seriously you guys have a good game but you need to fix this I'll up the rating when this gets worked out if I don't get ticked off and uninstall before then. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!

This game had potential. Unfortunately I spent a decent amount of money on this game. Customer service never resolves issues. I really need to see if Google will investigate this company. The bugs seem to be getting worse. Customer service replays with generic emails. I used live support one time and was told it would take up to 3 business days to resolve the issue (the majority of my fleet somehow magically teleported to another part of the galaxy). Three business came and went with no help.

The graphics is good i should have to give this a 5 star but i notice that the game dont run smoothly. There is an error pop up comming out .. the game should be optimized. I wish you add some feature that previews the last war or battle.

I ABSOLUTELY loved this game...loved it! But had repeated attacks over and over by the Same super power bully way out of my league. Rebuilding defenses take to long. About 50 attempts at 30 min intervals. I would get close to restoring and be attacked again. I gave up. Very sad.

Broken bug filled game. Spent hundreds of dollars and hours on this game and was enjoying it despite the choppy bug filled experience. The last straw however was a bug that basically gave those lucky enough to be online at the time rediculous amounts of resources, speed ups and boosts for commanders. Players that had put way less time and money into the game were suddenly overwhelmingly power. DO NOT PLAY!

The "tutorial" is incredibly boring, but standard fare for this genre: forces every step along the way, allowing no deviation or exploration. I couldn't even make it all the way through this tutorial.

Endless errors and bugs. Each time they fix one. Two more pop up.. was loving the game, has had lil quirks here n there but this last week or so.. the bugs are so bad they pretty much stop gameplay and strategy. Will put 5 stars when you make the game playable again.

Game is broken. Your farms provide no resources at all. The game doesnt put you under protection after your hit. Ships are extremely expensive to repair and take a long time and you become a farm and will never not be one. This is the worst built game of this type that I've ever played. The best was gallaxy 2 which is no longer on the app store

The first few days you couldn't even get past the menu screen, now i sent 1 message in chat and it spams and crashes my game. If you look at other comments you can see some of them were like a month ago, but this game just released didnt it? Looks like they shut down the game few months ago and are reopening it now, so you probably shouldnt spend a dime on this excuse for a game cause it'll probably happen again, and you'll lose everything you bought.

I would give it negative rating if Google made that option available (-5★). Nice work on making game full of bugs, never seen dev launching game that actually looks like in alpha stage -.- so many bug that even 1000 word limit is less to describe all and solution to all by as per their support team is to reinstall the game which doesn't solve the issue 99.99% of the time and with each new update u guys solves 1 bug and introduces 3 new bugs -.- annoying......

Worst software developed ever. I have played Beta games that have been developed better and has less bugs. It's like monkeys sat together to develop this by copying other games. I even lost money on a payment done and never got items and the customer care says they don't have any timeline for resolution. Absolutely pathetic!

EDIT; it works and so far it's fantastic thank you to the Devs for the quick fix and help.. Constant crashing on opening the app has resulted in me not playing the game, hope you can fix it soon

I'm a huge player of Lords mobile and this game is garbage compared to it. No way to shield without purchase, no way to move ship without purchase, no way to protect ships. Update, igg sent me a email saying I can use emergency relocate or novice relocate, unfortunately none of them are provided. I am raising my rating from 1 star up to 2 stars just because there is a good possibility IGG will fix the game eventually.

Fun game other than the glitches, one being that apperantly you cant upgrade your ships, even though it gives you the option to, and it just makes you waste your resources.

Game play gets progressively worse as time goes on. From in-game mail that won't load or undeletes to alleged rumours of bugs that only allows certain players to become very powerful, to game freezing and shields that won't work to rampant harassment. Leagues are begging for members as there aren't enough players; regions are locked out and prohibiting new players from joining. Skip this game, there's way better out there.

Nice game, i give 5 star, but i hope that there is more reality battle when we attack other people. It more like just update update, collect collect things, there should be some battle, where we can use different kind of weapons and officers. Thank you

BEWARE: The game asks to access your photos and audio. Why? The game doesnt need to hear me or have acces to my photos. In short... Its the same as other mobile games. You can buy anything with real money to give you an advabtage over others, any resource you can buy, purchase legendary officers with money, energy etc... just another pay2win garbage mobile game that infringes in your privacy.

It's just a reskin of Lord's mobile/ Rise of Kingdoms. Everything feels exactly the same. The map, unit types, heros, yea sure it looks nice but that's about it, no new gameplay etc.

Good game but when I updated it last night , it took all the data and stop working. It bacame a hazard for me. I can't do anything with this. After install it again, I can't find my old account and save files. I hate it .😣😣😣😣😣

Doesnt start. Puts up the piture for loading then never actually loads sometimes it will crash but most times it just sits there. Edit:So i get told to update when there isnt one. Makes sense.

Dear IGG, forget about those people that don't know what a real game is, this game brings back the OG Galaxy Online 2 which I very much enjoyed until people started abusing glitches, this game obviously needs improvement, but it's only been released just a few days ago, I wish it had support for my Motorola g7, it crashes at startup always, but I have my extra Galaxy s8 and runs perfectly. The only bad thing is that it wasn't released earlier.
