i spent a ton of money in the game and i tried to log back in and they wont let me log in, even put in tickets and they just automatically go to resolved, i got completely screwed over

I liked the game but it was not updated since 2015 so not really fully compatible with android 11, you can't even bind your account so there is savegame

Galaxy online 2 by far is the best game of the series, GO3 come up short

Another freemium game from igg, but worse then most of thier fare. Overall, the game play isn't bad, but it will often refuse to load, sometimes for an entire day. This has caused me to loose daily reward streaks. It also becomes more then a bit boring due to its grind. Removing from my device.

Started playing again after a long break, nothing new in the game and is still the worst pay 2 win I've seen. There's still no real free way of getting unique ships or mythic shards and shard drops are still too low in general. Also once CP hits 0, there's absolutely nothing to do in the game.

P2W but even worse than most games, u might get a week or 2 at most out of this game before getting irritated with failures to load, crashes and just boring grind. O and if your having problems just pick up the phone and dial any number you like, whoever you call will be more useful than customer support. IMO find another game

This game is a long term time investment. Ultimately you want to research the custom tech to make truly powerful fleets. But this takes a very very long time unless you pay to win. Also, Many of the ship designs in this game are taken straight from EVE Online, and slightly modified. But to any eve player, the ship hull geometry is readily recognizable. I hope you have permission from CCP to use thier artwork...

Upon receiving new patch, my Samsung Galaxy S5 have really difficult time loading the game. Most of the time, I have to reload the game at least 3 times before I can acess GO3. I doesn't matter if I use WiFi or 4G connection, the results still the same.

This game was developed by a company that got its license to operate from the Philippines, and operates out of China. All of the tech susawpport goons refuse to actually help anyone or answer any direct questions. When the support staff does get a hold of you after weeks of neglect, their English is broken which is to be expected however, their neglect grows to blatant disregard. All the technicians or representatives can say is corporate double talk and "white noise".

It seems to disconnect from out of the blue and you cant log back in. And NO, there is no problem with my network as I could stream videos. I like this game but totally not worth it if it keeps losing connection.

Game crashes a lot. Still, I have two accounts in it. So I like it well enough. - - - Added about 10 months later in Dec. 2015: I deleted this game from my devices. If you get this game DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON IT. It still crashes a lot, I was thinking the developers would fix that. I was wrong. I also spent way too much time just trying to connect. Several times I have missed daily premiums for which I paid just because their server is apparently over committed. I will not install anything else by IGG.

As of 20151028 Still unable to connect properly. It is hit or miss. Did everything from uninstall/reinstall clear data and cashed. HTC M8, had no issues until latest update. As of 20151103 I have not been to get past 70% or it just crashes now. 20151113 after figuring stuff out. Disable WiFi on the cell phone to be able to log on. Will not work any other way.

Great game but from time to time like today (June 18) cannot connect. Goes to 70 or 90% loading up then frees. .. After all these years it seems to be the same problem. Using a Samsung Tablet 2.

I played this game for a while and spent some real money. Than my account disappeared. IGG customer support proved to be completely useless and my attempts to get it back have all failed. I will never deal with IGG or any of their games again.

No longer support, was little content while developer was around. They pull server down for maintenance but nothing changes, pry just to reset memory because of garbage collection issues. Poor performing game in general.

after maintenance i have not been able to login stops at 90% then say's connection error i have Lenovo Android 6.0 i sent a ticket and have not received a reply from the devs who will say nothing is wrong and it device error was working fine yesterday and early this morning then they did an update without play store update

Game doesn't load properly. Been an issue for months and IGG refuses to fix it. They just did an "update" and log in problems are worse. Other functions of the game don't work well either. Would be really good if they fixed the bugs.

Some updates require special permissions & some don't. If your game pauses while loading at ANY % close the app and try again. THE GAME'S CODE TO RECONNECT DOESN'T WORK! While it is a bit easier to star up Captains(than GO2), the new 'CP' system limits 'FREE' gameplay to ~60 missions a day. In other words IGG has sold out another one of it's mediocre games. Stay away folks. Unless sadly you are one of us that stick around solely because we can customize spaceships.. sigh
