Galaxy Theatres

It seems I am not the only one having issues the last few months. I always have issues when I launch the app and it says it's experiencing issues pulling up my theater. At least before I could go to the home screen and find a movie to book, but now I can't do anything at all. Very glitchy. I love galaxy theaters, but if the app won't work, I'll bring business elsewhere for the time being.

For all who suffer from the constant error message, I found a solution that worked for me: if you can still see that you are signed in, go ahead and sign out. After I signed out everything loaded as intended and when i signed back in everything was refreshed (my points and everything was still loading as intended with no error message). I hope this helps. As to why three stars, the lack of communication or out reach to indicate a ressolution at least being worked on was the basis for that.

App does not work properly. White screen appears at launch with error message that app cannot connect to server and to try again later. App is useless now, I'm unable to access tickets or check movies times.

I enjoy being able to purchase my tickets quickly using the app. I would only change one feature, when I am in a movie and looking at seating, if I go back, I only want to go back to change my time preference. I would like to still be in the movie I was viewing, not be sent all the way back to the beginning.

This is app doesn't even function half the time. Very annoying. It says the internet isn't connected but my internet and data are both fine. Please update it.

The app is good for showing movie times, but three different times I tried ordering tickets through it and the app would kick me out, or not accept my seat choices despite them saying it was available, and today it wouldn't let me get tickets and even though they were still in my cart and I was trying to pay for them, the app essentially gave away my tickets to someone else. Extremely disappointed.

App is ok, don't order food. Had to still wait in line for my pre-ordered food even though the app touts the advantage of using that. People at the theater didn't really know how it works and I waited to get someone who understood and then had to wait in line anyways. Ended up being very late to my movie.

I used to love this app but since the update i can't make any purchases, the app only shows my purchases from 2018, I have galaxy rewards but never got a physical card but was still able to redeem from the app but now it looks like it was frozen the only rewards it shows were from 2018. Would give 0 stars because it went from a wonderfully convenient app to trash. Also for some reason my brother is the only one with a working app because for myself and some friends its unusable.

This app is broken, it hasn't worked in 2 months. Every time I try to use it, it glitches out and I cannot view the movies, purchase tickets, I can't even view my own profile and receipts.

Not working I just installed the app, and when I launched immediately getting message as "you are Logged out", without even login why I get this message ? Also when I try to sign-in I'm getting error "cannot connect to server", not sure how it is working for others.

I use this app all the time. It WORKED great. I just updated it to the newest version. Now, it crashes every time I try to run it. It will NOT work!!! Please fix it! / Update: I was able to get the app to work by clearing the data/cache.

The new app update is awful. The seat layout is hard to look at. I generally use vouchers and the scanner option does not work and it will not allow me to manually input. I have to go on a computer now to get my tickets. Awful. 1 star. 5 stars when fixed. (Please go back to the old app setup) FIX YOUR APP ALREADY. THE WORST PART IS READING ALL THESE SIMILAR COMMENTS TO MINE ITS BEEN 10 DAYS. Obviously your update failed. At least revert back to the old app until you are actually ready to update.

this app works great for seeing the movie schedules and buying tickets. I haven't quite figured out how cashing in rewards works, but that's not necessarily the app's fault. The only thing I wish you could do on the app that you currently can't is refund or exchange tickets for another movie time.

reward points wont update so i cant use them. online i have almost 300 points. the apps has been stuck on 39 for a year. also everytime i open the app, i get an error message. i have to click around before it starts to work.

The app is really easy to use, but it's a little glitchy at times. I've had it give away seats even though the timer hadn't ended yet and I've had to start at the beginning again. Overall though, it's a good app for getting tickets ahead of time.

I've loved this app, until the latest update cleared out my purchases and upcoming bookings. I no longer have booking reference numbers for tickets I've already purchased. Aside from that, I haven't had issues and do like the app.

App says error everytime I open it. It's been useless to buy tickets, use rewards, or even just to view showtimes. I've deleted and reinstalled and it still never works. I love these theaters but this app is terrible.

I would really like to have the ability to cancel reservations. If nothing else, allowing it 24 hours before the show. It's a real inconvemience to have to go to the theatre to cancel a purchase.

So fare super frustrating. I downloaded the app as the theater worker sugested to be abke to rack my points and rewards better then just asking them everytime i went in.... it didnt sync any of my stuff keeps showing i have no points when i should have some and it says i have 1 reward available but wont wven show me what it is.

App not working for months now. They haven't updated in 2yrs. Have to use a browser to buy tickets. Make sure you are signed in to get your reward points.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. I haven't been able to log into my app or reset my password for a month now. I've reached out by email to customer service and have not heard back.

There should be some kind of tech support to help with questions I have. I'd also like if there was a "Cancel ticket" option so I can cancel any online purchases I made at least an hour in advance.

Ever since the update the app. won't open and keeps crashing! I never had any problems before the update and now the app. is useless! So frustrating!

Broken as of April 2022, no longer works unless connected to WiFi and then only half the time does it find cinemas. And when it does find a cinema a no sessions error pops up.

Aside from not being able to cancel tickets, I really like this app! Tickets are purchased in about a minute and are easy to retrieve at the theater door.
