Galaxy Watch Plugin
Galaxy Wearable Application has to be installed in advance.

The following permissions are required for the app service. For optional permissions, the default functionality of the service is turned on, but not allowed.
[Required permissions]
- Location: Used to search for nearby devices for Watch through Bluetooth
- Storage: Used to transmit and receive the stored files with Watch
- Telephone: Used to check device-unique identification information for updating apps and installing plug-in apps
- Contacts: Used to provide services that need to be linked with accounts using registered Samsung account information
- Calendar : Used to synchronize schedule with Watch
- SMS : Used to synchronize SMS with Watch
[Optional permissions]
- Camera : Used to scan the QR code to activate Watch's SIM card(eSIM Support Model only)

I have trouble trying to connect the watch back to my phone most of the time this app gets updated. Surely there's a way to update this app without having to restart the plugin app every time
Unfortunately this one keeps crashing for me all the time with Android 12. Removed the apps and reinstalled 3x already with no result. Clearing cache also does not work
Disconnects my watch after this update and will not longer run or connect again. Now my galaxy watch is just a regular old fashioned watch, which is not why I have it.
After the last update, the application is constantly disconnecting. Maybe test before releasing the update? I'm just thinking out loud ....
Samsung really should invest some time into making sure their watches are actually able to pair with people's devices. I can get it to pair with my iphone but I would really prefer it to pair with my android tablet since managing the app is so much less of a pain and all of my music is already stored there. No one wants to have to drag a bunch of files onto an iphone and then transfer them over to a watch. An even better option would be a desktop app on pc/mac. I'll update when it works.
Unbelievable! Trying to add a Credit Card on Samsung watch asking to install Plugin and adjust various settings. Still doesn't work. What a waste of time. Making things this complicated will cost you a lot of customers.
Do not install this update! The latest update completely broke the ability to connect with my watch. I saw someone else say the same thing as I was installing the update and unfortunately couldn't cancel the instead. Now my watch has lost all smart capabilities.
Galaxy Watch no longer able to maintain connection for more then a minute. Latest updates rendered the watch useless and for the garbage...
Great using the app & smartwatch, especially during lap time (calm water exercises) not having to worry about times/waterproofing & schedules. Otherwise love❤️💯the experience... Freeman D
Terrible App, used to work with Huawei P30Pro, somehow it cannot now. If it only works with Samsung phone, and not with other Andriod phone, then this restriction is really NOT a smart move.
Plugin won't allow me to connecty watch, says permissions need to be allowed and they all are, won't allow me to finish setup process, extremely frustating
At times it doesn't let me know my notifications and only one time it has let me ans phone on my watch I'm not sure if it is the app or my watch other than that it has had no issues
Since the latest update my galaxy watch will not connect. Rendering the watch useless. Please fix this issue.
Update as of February 12 2022 If I could rate this product a zero I would!! It is now 12 months since the initial update that started the battery drain problem and still zero fix. I don't have funds to be spending on a new watch I have no idea what you have added to the watch software that makes the battery drain so fast but I wear my watch 2 hours and it's down to 50%. You need to fix this immediately. For a fitness watch it's very poor performance Drains even faster when in power save mode
Was pretty good but 1-27-2022 update changed something. Now the=e is a persistent notification that will not go away. I don't like persistent notifications and don't allow them for any app. Revert it back and I will upgrade the rating.
Took at least 15min to stop pending and actually download and when it did it wouldn't let me on the app it made wait longer to download it again I am very furious at this app
Does not work. When I launch Galaxy Wearable from my phone, it forces me to update the app. I press update, then Google Play states that it's already installed. It keeps going round in circles. But the Bluetooth connection appears to be working. I just can't do anything with it. There are many complaints about this iteration of the app, it requires an urgent fix.
Love the watch but can't do much on it as it struggled to connect to my phone as its not a samsung

Galaxy Watch does not connect to Huawei P30 Pro after this update. Hopefully it will be fixed soon!
It's pretty bad Can't download watch faces. Galaxy store won't load or refresh. Restarting phone and watch does nothing. Everything is 'updated' yet nothing with this samsung app and watch is up to scratch...
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. After the latest plugin update, I got a notification that kindly reset your watch before connecting on the same old phone. I thought that I will lose my step data. It won't let me connect to my phone at 11:00 pm in the night. But instead of resetting the watch and lose my 1.5 year streak, I decided to download a previous version apk from Google and guess what, it synced all my data immediately and the error message was gone. Updated: all issues fixed
This app is simply useless. The phone keeps on getting disconnected from the watch every now and then. And when I try to connect it again it shows error messages. Seems I have wasted a ton of money on the watch. Most of the functions of the watch cannot be used when it is disconnected from the phone. A serious bug in the plugin or product image it seems.
I've had only 1 issue with the app & watch over the last year or so & that is I can't reply to texts, I can start a text & sent it but can't sent a reply to a message i get. But now today all of a sudden the screen wouldn't turn off just dim. I tryed all sorts of things but wouldn't change, after restarting 3 times it fixed it or so I thought ! Now the screen is off & won't come back on.
