1, I forget the PIN password. What should I do?
Supposed that if you bind your Google account, you can just long press the “%” in the calculator page to find back your password. But if you didn’t bind the Google account, all you have to do is uninstall the Gallery Lock and reinstall it.
Tip: we sincerely hope that you could bind your Google account when first enabling the Gallery Lock in order to find back your password. We promise we will never collect your private information!
2, I locked some private photos and videos inside the Gallery Lock. But I just can’t find them, so what should I do?
Find the File Manager, search this file “Picture”. Then click the “safeBox”. In this file you can see all your pictures & videos you once locked inside the Gallery Lock, and then you can just recover them.
3, Why are there ads?

I would give this 5 stars, but when I downloaded the app today and was importing all of my important pictures, there wasn't a single photo inside any of the albums. It would be great if the problem was fixed don't really want to lose all those photos, especially since they are very important to me.
I loved the app before.... But suddenly it's got struccked and not opening 😭😭after importing my all photos ... Now I can't open the app... If I try it's keep stooping and telling to report after reporting it's automatically closes the app.. Pls help me i have connected with google account to just help to get back my photos it's really important 🙏🙏
Fantastic and easy to use but adds must be deleted at once .And the problems of the app users must be considerate. I have saved all my important pictures in this app yet,they are working but I m afraid of being vanished of my photos,as it has already happened with most of this app users.

Really waste. I have 630 photos in my vault and I export everything it shows successfully and you can views your photo in gallery, but nothing is there. It really hurts lot. All the photos are very important to me😠🤬😠😠🤬
The app is great, I hide what ever I want to hide even videos and the most nicest and astonishing part of the whole story is that when you delete a file it will not go out of the app or less you confirm it by deleting from the recycling bin like PC wow... I enjoy the app I mean everything about it. The fact that if I want to change my facebook profile I can do it from inside the app great. On my news feed nice. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP! I got this app a few days ago and uploaded some data to it and immediately lost it all with no way of getting it back. Tried contacting the developer several times via email and have been ignored every time.
Its nick app sinc no one can observe if you store anything in here the question is if i chaange the phone or lose tha same .will the photos and vidos being restored again in tha app when I download it again.
After trusting this app to hide some photo's on my phone to help sort things better. It does hide my photo's in gallery, but it deletes them afterwards & when I go back I can't find them. Would be great if they fix that.

It worked until it didnt, it keeps asking me to update when its fully updated and when i actually get in it tells me i can link my account for more features without actually giving me An option to decline or agree, and get stuck on the screen without access. What gives?
I put in almost 700 photos and now i cant see any of them it doesnt even show the folder and when i deleated app and cleared data they never showed back up but the space they took up still shows up so now i have 30 gb juat floating around somewhere on my phone

Dear team, I have been using your app for few months and was very very satisfied with the app. But last month suddenly one day I found no app in my mobile, I was shocked and was stored many important pics videos and documents. I lost everything stored in that app. How will I get it back, do I have any chances to have my account back ?? All was good until update yesterday and all photos are gone. Now after transferring photos the lock folder is showing empty?? I have clear the trash. Yes used the cleaning software.

Hi at first the app was great and I imported all my photos to the main album but when I opened it again there wasn't any photos in the gallery nor the main album in the app

I have been using the all for 3 months fine, yesterday when importing pictures, the app took forever to import and after restarting all my photos are gone! I have tried to reinstall the application no success, I have emailed the issue and I have yet to hear back from them. Edit: The developer has contacted me via email, hopefully this can be resolved so I can change my review to 5 stars since the application is nice to use
