Gallery Lock Pro(Hide picture)

Works pretty well most of the time, I've had images that have completely disappeared after unhiding them and I've lost everything once when the app couldn't find anything all of a sudden. So if you use it be sure you backup everything. But I've used it for probably 5 years with just those 2 issues so i think it's a solid app. Easy to use.

I love this app! I have no problems with it except one little glitch that trying to fix. Someone hit the factory reset on my phone which disabled my Pro Gallery Lock. I haven't quite figured out how to reactivate it without opening a new account. I have many valued pics & docs that for the time being are not accessible . If I manage to fix it I'll continue praising and believing in this beautiful app.

Always has new problems with each update! Now it won't let me do anything. Unlock press anything and it wants the code again. Meaning I just can't do anything with it. Great app when working, but that is increasingly rare. It would appear the updates are not being tested. Instead paying users are treated as beta testers while the app doesn't get fixed. 5 stars when working, but hasn't done so for the past year.

Paid for the app as I really liked it. Been using it for years. Then like everyone else, the update glitch was ongoing. That however, wasn't to annoying. The cruncher for me, was that since this update, I tried to unhide and restore a video, and it completely ruined the video. After it was restored, the video was nothing but pink pixels. Nothing could restore it. Not impressed that for paying customers they have chosen to simply ignore this issue and all the customer complaints...

Zero stars. Used to be perfect. Steal mode doesn't work past Android 10. Don't get a new phone if you use this app. Seriously? This has been an issue for some time now, many people mentioned. No response from Dev. No changes, no fixes, no updates. That reminds me, it constantly nags you about an update that doesn't exist. If a dev is not going to respond to several people complaining about the same thing and not maintain their apps it should be pulled from Play Store.

This might help people that are having a problem every time I launch the app it pops up that there's an update when the app is fully up to date I simply just tap somewhere else on the screen and not clicking okay and it seems to work just fine. I hope this help and if it doesn't and I apologize will just have to wait for a fix.

Since last month, I am unable to open it. I enter my password right and then it says, there is an update available. On hitting on OK, it takes on Google play screen which has only two options, Uninstall and Open. If. I click on open again the app gets opened with same message as, Upgrade is available. What the hell is this? Inspite of paying for this SW, I am not able to use it fully.

This used to be a really good app, until an "update" notification was embedded to the launch process. The program notifies you about an update to the app, but when you hit 'ok', it takes you to the google playstore wherein the only available choices are the "deactivate" or "open" button.

When I open the app I can see my folders, the thumbnail of my pics are there but when I try to view a Pic, it just shows a loading symbol that doesn't move. I click on a video and it says error playing video. I used to love this app. But this is a huge problem for me. 5 stars of it weren't for this issue

Latest update completely reset the app and I lost all pictures and videos stored in the app. Luckily I did regular backups so they're safe on my google drive but the app no longer allows me to connect to my google drive and crashes every time I attempt to connect. Don't buy until they fix this major issue

Free version was decent but the adds were more invasive than I wanted to deal with. Trird the pro version which is buggy saying theres an update when there isn't one, crashing when I click on the watchdog settings, and stealth mode doesn't work on my phone. I'm uninstalling and requesting a refund

I have been a user of Gallery Lock Pro for many years without issues . However, I upgraded to the Samsung S20 Ultra and when I try to add pictures to a folder I receive the following message " There is no album Information" and it has rendered the app useless. Please advise

It was a really good app. Now it doesn't work anymore. Google drive is not working for sync (the app crashes) and my photos were gone. Time to leave and buy a different one

This app worked well until an update in December. The app stopped opening up so I uninstalled the app as the instructions for troubleshooting said. I now can't view any of the files that were on the app. I emailed the developer but haven't received a response.

After having this app for years, it is not working anymore. New photos cannot be loaded, it just showed " no album" when add new photo is pressed in the app. Disappointed and not patch to rectify it. Samsung note 9 user.

Worked brilliantly until I had to do a factory reset on my phone. Backed up all the photos and videos before doing the reset. After my phone reset re downloaded the app and now it won't open again. Tried clearing cache and data and it still doesn't open.

This is the 2nd time purchasing this app love it but. I had about 9GB of pictures After several years of using the app all of sudden it's stated saying That I was a unauthorize users. I contacted customer service last month no response. No customer appreciation anymore. here hoping I can get my pictures back.

It works for the most part. The only thing you would have to be careful about is that sometimes the app fails and unhide all of your content while still being in the app and you can't unhide the content in the Gallery Lock app

I've used this app on various devices without any problems but now is just crashing when I try to back up from the cloud. Needs fixing as soon as possible as I've paid for a service I'm not getting!!!!!

Bought the pro license to backup things to the cloud and also import a copy of an encrypted folder I copied over from my previous phone. The app does not see the imported files even though I followed all the steps. The developers are MIA, not responding and no support. Wasted money.

First of all the reported issues are not fixed.. Dev you need to update your app and quit closing out my comments until it is actually fixed. I would do negative stars if I could. App crashing when accessing Google drive. I am also receiving an annoying false update message.

The latest version does not even work. pressing thd cloud button on the top made the App ended. There is no way you can backup from Cloud. It was good before but extremely disappointing now.

Used the free version for a long time. Liked how it worked but got tired of the advertisements. Lots of very useful functionality. Customizability is better than many others.
