Great viewer, editor, and cloud backup all-in-one. When selecting photos to add to an album, it picks up where you last left off. This is nice because you dont have to guess when you started taking new photos. You can quickly jump over to your computer to view photos on a larger screen, share with anyone via this app, text, email, etc. The edits are full of nice filters, the cropping is easy. I have been using QuickPic for 3-4 years, and it was supposed to be the best gallery out there, but lately it became sluggish, too many useless features, pictures need 2-3 seconds to fully render, etc. Simple Gallery has it all. Beautiful interface. Custom colors. Many options that you can enable or disable to your liking. Pictures render instantly. Developer, if you are reading this I just want to tell you that Im proud of you! And if its a team effort, then Im proud of you all! Awesome job!

photo gallery I feel like the Photos app from Google doesnt get the recognition it deserves. Its one of those things that we just take for granted. But as part of the Pixel infrastructure, the app is aces. From the ability to easily search by timeline, to the robust editing tools that can make any photo look professional-grade, this app truly delivers. Great job devs!

Finally! An alternative gallery app with a ton of useful features and NO ADS! I have nearly tried them all. I have found others that I liked but they were ad-supported with no upgrade option to get rid of the ads. As soon as I dove in, I was able to get my gallery organized in less than 10 minutes. The options are easy to understand without having to reference complicated instructions. If youre not tech savvy you dont have to worry about learning and memorizing complicated steps to get your desired results. I am really happy with this app and you will be too. I am completely satisfied with this app and I havent even begun to look into all the extra features yet. The free and Pro versions are both ad-free. Im not sure what extra features I get with the Pro version but Im happy to chip in a buck to support the developer.

photo gallery This app is amazing! It not only stores all my photos, but also, automatically organizes them by date. It allows you to organize them in albums. The search feature is unbelievable. You can search by person, place, city, day, month, year, or by specific words like party, ballet, swimming, beach, trees, document, screenshot, videos. It also makes movies, edits photos, combines photos of the same person a long time ago and now, and you have the option to keep or dicard them. I absolutely love it!

I find nothing wrong with this app and its latest upgrade. It still functions well, when you go to search you find all your pictures for different people. The overlay has slightly changed but it affects nothing of what I was used to easily access on it before. Honestly speaking I was afraid to upgrade after reading some of the problems other people had with it but for me its absolutely perfect I really dont see any thing that is difficult to get on this app. google plus

gallery no ads So far its usable and it offers most of the essential features of a photo gallery app such as double tapping to zoom with one finger, rotating, cropping, basic filters, etc. However compared to the main Photos app it still lacks some of its features, especially in the main layout where it lacks some features like holding on a picture swiping to select multiple pictures with ease. I can see some great potential for it in the future.

The app usually works flawlessly and it is great for sharing photo and video contents with others, and albums where multiple people can add content is such a time-saver and helps with organization. It means a lot to me to have all my camera photos backed up automatically and safe in case anything happens to my phone, especially as storage space for that use is free of charge. The save space feature is great. I love the organization. Its so easy to find pictures. You can search by typing flowers, a certain person, food etc. Because it saves to the cloud picture is a breeze when changing devices. The automatic collage maker and video clips of my child growing up that it automatically does is wonderful. I have nothing negative to say. album photo frame

Hands down, the BEST gallery app for android, at least among a dozen or so paid gallery apps that I have tried. Dont let its simplicity fool you: it is both powerful and efficient. Navigating between different subdirectories (albums), renaming, moving, and other file operations are a breeze using the simple, user-friendly interface. It doesnt access your photos on line, but that can be done by the file manager which I use for my other files. Highly recommended.

Installed this to replace QuickPic, which I had been using for years, but which has stopped working for me (crashes all the time). Simple Gallery IS simple, but has a comprehensive set of features, and ultimately, I like it better than QuickPic. Also, it has a much easier time deleting photos from the SD card.

Make sure to have sync on, and you never have to worry about losing a precious moment again.

Awesome app, love the new icon, love the new features, love everything about it. Best app for saving photos and videos. Even able to back them up to cloud storage. Also able to transfer photos and videos to SD card. The app just keeps getting better and better. No crashing experience. google gallery Really happy with this app, quick and efficient. I can transfer images and videos from my mobile to my PC in a matter of moments. The app indicates when files have been uploaded and prompts the removal of offline files. This is great as it allows one to better manage their offline storage. With automatic uploads the cloud is always up to date, granted the linked devices are synced and there is a network connection. Google Photos can recognise specific features and group the photos in an album.

The new interface takes some getting used to, but overall it is straight forward and fully integrated. There are a few things it could do better such as being able to add a person object or place into a picture without having to create an album; more and improved filters as the native gallery apps on phones offer more like place tags, time, date etc and bring back folders into the Google Photos settings rather than the phone settings. album photo frame

Loving the redesign, its cleaner, attractive and much easier and fun to navigate my all-time favourite photos app. I love the new features especially the ability to see peoples faces inside the search tab - thats so handy. At first I didnt think I would love the new logo when I saw it in articles, but seeing it in my app, I love it as it looks like a happy and energetic logo ready to show those wonderful memories. I dont know how it took me so long to find this app. Its the best gallery in the entire Play Store, and Ive tried several. It doesnt have unnecessary things, and the content loads really fast. Its option to load at max quality from the beginning just makes photos look gorgeous in todays high density displays and its customization options are really good. The fact that it supports fingerprint as an authentication method, and it even lets you protect individual folders within the app, is a really nice feature. This app doesnt lie, nor it tries to be something its not. And its really good at what it actually is. Just perfect.

I find this a very useful replacement for the default android gallery because it represents each app folder (which are called albums in the app) with a thumbnail (1) of its contents. This is helpful for finding photos when I forget what app I used to edit them, and to simply see which folders are storing pics so i can clear them out to save space, without having to open each folder. It is very quick and reliable. google plus

photos app Im impressed! I complained to Google Support that I had a photo always trying to upload but never making it. This caused it to always say there was one photo preparing for backup. Fortunately a recent update has a feature where if you click on the message that says there are photos uploading it will show you which ones! I found the offending photo which was messed up and deleted it. Now the backup is complete! Thanks!!! I still wish I could request a panorama of pics of my choosing... Wishing!

Google photos is a really good app. It suits almost all people. But I am hating the new update. Previous logo was very good. New version has way more less features. Whenever I delete a photo, it deletes permanently. Also I dont like its get up. Yes, it has more categories but you could have added it in the previous version, without changing anything. Please bring again the previous version, because it was absolutely suiting to all. photo gallery lock

samsung gallery Absolutely fantastic. A friend showed me this a few years ago after a memory card with our honeymoon pictures failed. I only wish I knew about it sooner. I have confidence now that all of my images will be backed up and safe in the event my phone is lost or damaged. Also like the suggestions and memories feature. Its amazing how intuitive the software is when sorting and suggesting things for your images

Almost perfect. Ive tried a dozen or so and I like this one the best. I just wish I could install multiple instaces so I could dedicate different main folders and their sub folders to different galleries. when you have a lot of sub folders its a mess. Or, I would like to group them as a feature. but I have not seen that as an option in any gallery app at the moment.

I have been using this app and I love it so much. But a day ago after Oct 6, 2019, all of a sudden, I thought I lost all my photos when I opened the gallery. Later I found out they have a latest update for Portrait mode. Yes . this is an annoying thing if you have a Google phone like me, each shot have 2 version in a seperated folder. With this latest update, I can browse them like Google Photo. Thanks Simple Gallery Pro development team, this is awesome!!!

photo gallery This app is amazing with reference to its functionality, I honestly never thought a simple gallery application could ever have so many functions or that it would have even ever needed all of these functions but it is really cool. I know that the information safety persists as a reality in the tech world but I guess that some things can just be left to God. I feel like the picture editing aspect of this app could have a few more options but overall the app is great and really interactive.

an amazing gallery app but the last update made it a chore to flip through multiple images and videos in the same album. I would personally prefer they roll that back to how it was, it was a lot smoother then. Edit: Now that theyve rolled out a new update to let you go back to the old way, I have no problems at all with this app.

photos app Perfect, just what I have been looking for. All I wanted was a simple photo viewer without silly effects as frames, etc. But most importantly we the option to change the sort order for individual folders. So far this app does everything I want, hopefully it will continue to do so.

Edit: I was not confusing them but you did give me an idea. Apparently the grouping was contradicting the sorting and cancelling each other out. Fixed now and 5 star instead! Thanks! When I want to sort my photos on date taken, descending, it just does not do anything and the oldest pictures are at the top. On the free version it actually puts my most recent photos at the top, the way it should be.

Google Photos is so convenient! Whenever I am on the go without ny laptop, if my phone is low on storage, I would upload clips and photos to Google Photos until I get back home and have time to rearrange all the photos and clips that I havent had the chance to sort out while I was busy. Another good thing about Google Photos is that it has good AI & can recommend rotation for photos that might be not in the right angle, as well as auto-making clips & suggesting styling for photos to look better gallery game
