It let me move videos and photos over without problem at first when downloaded, but now every time I try to move videos over, it says that gallery vault has closed or stopped working. When I try to open it back up it says the same thing and forces me to force stop it and clear the cache to have it work normally, rinse and repeat. Very frustrating.
Update - had reply email to say they'd look into it but I've nothing since. (current climate appreciated) Now stuck with an app that I can't get my photos back from. App was working but since last update I can no longer add or restore photos. I can't even see the photos on my phone to add them as they just come up as blank. Any ideas?
I'll never recommend this app. Once you unhide your pictures or videos they'll not show up in gallery it seems like they went in some kind of Bermuda triangle😣.... You'll never find them again. I lost my some important pictures💔💔💔
This is a scam app that imitates another one that is very good. I purchased the premium app thinking I was buying the original one, but the money was gone and the premium service never got upgraded, that's when I realized I was scamed. STAY WAY OF THIS APP. I tried restarting the app and the phone, but did not work. I requested my money back and migrated to a better app.
Always had it. Previous version just got flagged by Google as harmful. New version, the interface for adding items is dreadful. No longer recognised any gallery folders. Just a great big pile. Disappointing. Gave it a second chance. Unusable. All the goodness gone. Sorry
This update version is worse what happened to the old version of gallery vault that was much easier to use... I want to restore my data.... all the other data has been restored but the photos which was captured through my normal phone camera that is not happening... Even though share option is not showing too worst app please do fix it immedialtey i want by data to be restored as soon as possible
Great app only problem with it is ... U can only select one file at a time... So select large numbers of files takes forever too select every individual one at a time... Please update the app and make it so u can hold down and swipe across, selecting as many files as u want quickly and easily like all the other file vault apps do xx
After entering password, the app is closing automatically. I can't retrieve my documents. After updating the app, this problem is arising. Kindly fix the issue. I have a lot of important photos and videos in this app.
This is probably the worst app i have ever used. For of all the are waaaaay too much, there is an ad after every move like literally an ad after anything you press just ads everywhere. Second the app lock is a complete bs, when you type your pass to open the app you locked it takes you back to this app, it's a complete scam, just so you can see the ads and they make more money that's pretty much it, useless. I wonder how much they payed these guys for the 5 stars..
Please I need help asap. I got a notification on my phone about this app being harmful to my device and it was automatically deleted. The memory status on my phone shows that I probably still have all the data previously saved on Gallery vault still on my device. Please how do I find or view them?? Had priceless irreplaceable media saved in Galleryvault. Please help!!!!
Don't trust these app locks. I use to save my private things in this app recently it attacked my phone I have to uninstall it and when I try to find again the same galleryvault disappeared and this app came. I totally lost everything I had in that. I was thinking it was safe but it wasn't. Don't download these apps. They are harmful.

I set this app up and transferred my private videos into it. It deleted the videos from my phone when loaded...NOW I CANNOT PLAY THE VIDEO...it opens a vid window and the sound plays, THERE IS NO IMAGE/ VIDEO! DON'T LOSE YOUR IMPORTANT ITEMS TO THIS TERRIBLE, BROKEN APP.
Gallery vault is really appreciable app. We can collect all our videos and pictures at one point. It is used to secure folder. Features are really unique. I like it.
This app works well in hiding and restoring your files, but what Annoying things on this app is too many ads and when it restores your file by deleting the original file created date and replaces the date as if the file was created on the time that you restored, due to this you can't even remember the time because the app already changed the date of the original file created
Very waste app....I lost all my photos and videos.....please stop using it.... There is no recovery option for the latest version. Prevent this one if you want to save all your files .

I took pics throughout my pregnancy that I put in the vault and I just went to open the app and have lost all of my photos. Really dissapointed. The app is asking for permission again and asking me to set up a new pin like I've never used it.
A useless advertising maschine. Awful. It was a good app and I understand that ads are needed. But this is simply too much - especially the video ads. Will use now Secure Folder from Samsung. It is installed anyway on my Samsung device.

I hate this app, what happened to the old Gallery vault application,it's was so nice even I delete and reinstall the app I shows me restore option,But in this new version once the videos application deleted I won't ask the restore options again when I install the app. I hav more than a 200 photos Nd some videos on that app. Worst app ever.

This is nowhere to the compare to thinkyeah gallery vault.. No restore option., setting Option is for showpiece. No option to find lost files as in real gallery vault has.. Please add these features and make me aware i will love to install it again..
This new gallery vault app does have the option to recover old photos. I trusted this app for safety.but due to new version I lost all photos and contacts.. . I never trust this app any more.. . Even 1 rating also waste for this app.. Forget about security of the data, hear I lost whole data.. Stupid app.. I don't know why play recomends these worst app
Very very disappointed .... I have been using this app for 2-3 years. Previously the old gallery vault app was shown in my icon, but now I don't know that it has been replaced by another gallery vault. Whenever I want to open this app it becomes another version, like I have never used it before (set PIN). 😤😤😭 I have lost all my personal files. I want them back.
