What can I do if I fail to launch GalleryVault from Dialer?Sometimes, in some devices, after Gallery Vault is killed by system or other apps, or after device restarted, Gallery Vault may not be able to respond to dial event. In that case, you can try one of the following method:1. Use your device build-in browser to visit this page: http://open.thinkyeah.com/gv .2. What can I do if I forgot my passcode?Please find the latest mail we send to you (by searching the keyword thinkyeah in your mail box), and follow the steps in the mail to reset your passcode.If you cannot find the mail, you can send another one by the following steps:1. Launch Gallery Vault locking page. If your icon is hidden, tap the "Manage Space" button in System App Detail Info page of Gallery Vault (System Setting->Apps->GalleryVault).2. Try to unlock and fail for 2 times, then a Forgot button will show.3. Tap "Forgot" button and tap "Resend Auth Email" button in the dialog.

Worth every cent. The fact it uploads to Google drive is enough. But it wins in almost every aspect compared to the competition (Keep Safe and others I've used). All its missing is a bit more theme freedom. Like a dark theme instead of just white and choice of accent color.
Morons, stop down rating, a lot of apps have this same sdk dos issue, it's what happens when you use 3rd party add delivery services, every app I have had with this issue was fixed by the developers. Settle down and have patience. Google should explain the issues better, instead they cause panic like every modern group. Useless.
Works good for pix and vids. Would have liked to see it protect other files. Alot of work related notes jotted down that would be great if it could be protected.The option is there for files other than pix and vids but doesn't really work.
This is a great app, but one thing is really annoying. I can't export the content, one, many or all, to the file system. So once you save things here, it's hard to get it out again. Is there a workaround? (Edit: i reviewed this 2+ years ago and still no workaround. That's bad!)
After resetting phone and reinstalling , the application refuses to register pro. Says the email ID is bound to too many devices. This is for the latest version as on date. This is too much to tolerate. Please correct application or make refund!
Does exactly what it says on the box. It will would be great if the internal browser could open multiple tabs but apart from that it is a well written and functioning app.
Go to last restore point on your device, prior to Sept 30 2019. The app will be reintlstalled to your phone. You can then choose to transfer data out of app since it is no longer a reliable source
Just switched phones and wanted to load my vault to new phone. App recognized new log in and asks if I want to restore. I go to restore and app crashes closed. Like where's all my stuff?! So pissed!
the best vault app ever. maybe you can make the freeze frame enlarge and shrink when paused on video, and on pics. if not the app is great worth every penny. i also would love it if i could put the app on my sd card.
It Is asking for full control for your device now . Full permission to your storage and everything. I bought the key . It looks like they are doing it knowingly. When I bought your services I had different contract can you now give me refund as you changed conditions without my consent.

Though the app is great but it doesnt sync across devices if different items are in vault among each device. Secondly pro key icon doesnt hide.
Have used this for sometime but forgot how great it was until I needed to share some documents over several devices. Some real enhancements since I last used it. Does what says and the Pro version is a definite must have.
Fraud. Do not install . It's just a key,where as main app is not available on play store . Was just cheated . Be aware . Don't know why Google is promoting it. They don't have any contact information other then just a Gmail. No website ,no office address or contact details . So once you pay ,you are on your own
Great app actually an awesome app I emailed them at three am needing help because I wasn't doing something right not only did they respond immediately they fixed my problem. Who is up fixing things at that hour I will tell you who the kind and considerate folks at Gallery Vault
Same issue as everyone else, I've been using this app for years and now Google play is flagged it up as un safe and needs to be removed.. HELLO come on guys sort this out and let us know if it is harmful to us or not..
Does exactly what it says, get the pro version for cloud sync.. its helped me save all my "sensitive" and precious movies.
Google Play store is now saying this app and the gallery vault app are unsafe and recommending uninstalling. The app no longer appears in the list of installed apps for the the play store and is no longer searchable except for this pro unlocking app. Is this something users need to be worried about?
after android upgrade to 9, the icon not and canot hide anymore on my samsung note 9... can you fix that for us? other then that, is good.. and this apps still my no.1 choice for hide anyting.. hehe.. i gv 5 star for that.. but please fix the hide icon for new android version.. thanks admin..
I have the pro version. used to be able to use it offline, now when you install you need to sign up with an email or link it to your Google account. No thanks.
Hello I already purchased this product but yesterday play store removed gallery wallet from store and sends me uninstall request because app have security issues and corrupting other mobiles and computers. With out wallet what is the use of key.
Bought this a long time ago and it functions as intended, without error that I can remember. However, even though I purchased the pro key (keep in mind this was a long time ago) and logged in with the pro key, i still get ads. a lot of them. I was under the impression if I bought the pro there would not be ads.
