1) Galway Srigunam- This is a section for men’s grooming from shaving cream, fairness cream
to hair styling gel. Groom your beard with our shaving cream and then use our after shave
splash to prevent infections from cuts that may occur on the skin while shaving. Also, get a fair
skin by using our fairness cream.
2) Galway Rupabham- Under this section we have everything from hair care products to body
and skin care products. The hair care products like Bhringraj Hair Oil and Herbal Panchtatva
Shampoo are made up of pure herbs. Apart from these, Rupabham includes rose toner, haldi
chandan face cream, bath soap, body lotion, body wash, face wash etc.
3) Galway Kalkim- This category is specifically designed to enhance your beauty with its
lavender night cream and rose day cream. It’s fairness cream gives you a fair and glowing skin.
4) Galway Nutriflow- This section includes protein powder mix and Spirulina. These products
give you the necessary protein which we lack behind.
If your purchased amount is more than 4000 then you are entitled for free home delivery.
However, if the order is below Rs 4000 the courier charge of Rs 75 is levied. The courier charge
is for the amount of the order and not for the number of products placed.
We provide delivery in 16000 pin codes which come under serviceable area of Galwaykart. In
case we do not miss out any area, we have extended our delivery to 1500 more pin codes
recently (serviceable area). We keep updating our pin code list on regular basis so that we cover
up all parts of India.

Worst app,, they don't responding I have try to order some products, but says we don't delivered in this area,, and i had try to complain but no response,, I am a distributor and i am not able to purchase the product due to inconvenience services, please deliver to this area 744103 and add option of cash on delivery option also,, and this aap need alots of Updatation
App is good but all products is not available & delivery service is very poor. Please improve both.
Many problems are face by the app When go in a option then when i back just from this option but app move me to the home page One by one back into from option are not available......
Some times Galwaykart not opening properly, sometimes i have irritations while the app is opeing time. Support oir customers i have already report in galwaykart but no repsonse.
By the way, the app is very good, you are increasing more convenience in it, but there is a little problem in it. Like when the product is back from the list it goes to the main page Second is that if you use a promcode or voucher and for some reason cannot be settled then you should give it back to use after 24 hours The third is that if you have to provide any service to your support team, then they will have to update themselves because I have seen many times that if you ever call then 1 hr.
The new logo it has released is absolutely satisfying. And the only reson why I give 3 star is the becouse of the back button in this app brings you to the home page directly and it's absolutely disgusting. I mean why should navigate to the product catagory and chose the same product just becouse the app doesn't respond to the back button. Irritating. Ehh? Nothing else. Thank you so much developers
It's application is good, after many updation. But customer support is very bad, every time OTP verification is required, it's not have any history, customer care executive also late delivered their massage. If you back the chat option then re login needed and OTP verification is very poor.
App is working good but all the products are not shown in this . Krisham and other new range products . And the selection process is very lenthy always go to home page . It occupies more time to order. So kindly solve this problem as soon as possible .
So far it has provided smooth functioning and I loved it But sorry to say this in one section that is "Your order" in that when we go to raise complaints against courier or any other , where in comes under such as "Queries " and "images"after completing above all. When we go for 'submit complaint' it shows "unable to reach to the server.". So my humble request is to fix it as as soon as possible.so that we would be very grateful to you. And it would be very helpful for us.
App system is not good. One product is add to cart karne ke bad, there is no continuation to select next product it's come back to home page. What I meant to say is all products are showing in one single page.
Need to Upgrade this App as on expectation . It's Very Slow 🐌 Can't Scroll down Like 120Hz Refresh Rate.
Worst app. Worst App I ordered Items. in Galway cart. But. It shows delivered. I Compaint to Galway cart but. It says Submitting data for one data but it didn't submitted. I lost. My Money. 1500rs And My products. Bad App. Worst Appp. Please Don't Book In Galway cart. ....I already Complainted to. Galwaykart Customercare. But. It didn't. replied
One of the best frustated experience with this app and even with costomer care of this company too. I ordered the products and it will not delivered after two months. And costomer care says money not refundable.

It's nice but can't see tracking, just showed here tracking number. uff. And this is very Bad using DTDC carrier service, very long and they have no delivery Boy. I have ordered last 08/08/2020 and It's showing that my purchase at Bongaigaown from 17/08/2020 ,still now my purchase at Bongaigaown. I have called customer care but nothing improvement yet. So, my foot this Business.
Its Good .. But it will be better if you update the app.. So that it dont show the home page again and again when we place the product to add to the cart... Worst app. I've placed order on Galwaykart app on 5/5/21.then received my order by 23/05/21.customer service always busy, No response for email. It happened not only for me and it happens to my entire team. We are from Tamil Nadu state. App also very slow. My request don't purchase on this platform. Better purchase products in nearest franchise and Galway shop. Due to this waste platform. Customers thinks negative about Galway.
UI system is so poor need to be improve very badly ,the back and forth issue while check out list of products ,So it will be better if that issue will be fixed Thank you!
Application is good but the organization for which application is developed is frud. They looted people money by misleading them.. They make false promises to people while joining the organization and looted their money. They advertise on official site that "you own this prize that prize, but while time to give the reward to the owner they just ignore you. I have owned a tablet under LDC bumper offer but still waiting for the same even after so many mails and calls. Alreday 7 months gone.
This applications server very slow, poor images quality take more time to display and poor quality design and development, need to upgrade as soon as possible like other very popular application, because people's time is limited and need to save their time also. Courier service also very slow, to deliver product 15 days later from order date.
Its great and easy way to purchasing galway products.I want suggest you some products not added in it. thats are using in daily use. The problem is comes when the customer is demand that products these are not available in galway kart.
Awesome app to purchase online by glaze distributor. Smooth user interface.I were ordered products through app ,it showing order processing after delivery also. I hope that issue resolved in next version.
I like it this aap but opening product of items very slow process and my experience of product using is very useful for health and in daily life. And I want that courier process fast and if same day delivery than to so good for everyone...
Aap is very good but work slowly. Such that if I want to buy more than 20 different products it take more than 5 minutes to add product in 🛒. So I request that like other shopping aaps search facility should be aaded.

as i know, that company has many more products and people want to purchase but not listed in this app. so please update the app and add products and add more payment options like phone pay, Google pay and net Banking.
Platform is best but this app is very porr as compare to others. Required high kbps data speed ever.late processing. Not show all the products. Customer service do not even take responsibility of losses delivery & some products are not available after delivery sometimes.Nowadays problem is lockdown everywhere so we need all products at galwaykart but unfortunately its not.When i use this app feel like ao drowsy.So my request is plz scrutinize ur services customer care officer also. Worst app it's not responding properly ....and I have ordered my product still not delivered. Even after inserting my pin code In this app it says sevices is available in this area but when I complained about my late delivery they replied that service is not available in this area ...even after payment ...I am disappointed with this galway
