Game Maker Studio 2D

Sprite player gets stuck in the air even when there is no blocks around to get stuck on. Other than that, I would highly recommend this to anyone who is dipping their toes into game development and game design. I'll give it a 5 star when this bug is fixed.(and it could be a little more customizable for new mechanics like portals/warp zones to help add some dynamic options for those who are hoping to make more in-depth games of their own.)

This is a very good program, really good but i cant add music or make levels either and the other part is i cant customize my character or the monsters and the last part is i cant post or see anyone elses games plz get back to me and fix this and i will change my rating to 5 stars.

This is a really good game, I can see myself using this in the future, however there is one thing I'd like to say, I would like the convenience of making my own assets ( similar to the way bloxels did in their app, minus the function where you have to buy an entirely separate board in order to get all assets to work) overall this is a really good app, great for making 2D "character action games" also every time I leave and try to get back in the game crashes

On the simple virtue of this is an amazing idea you get 2 stars. There is so much potential here.However ,there is no polish. The user interface leaves so much to the imagination. This should not be guess work. No tutorial mode.

What the heck ok so when I use the copy tool I copy a block place it down and it's something completely different and it keeps destroying my maps because it doesn't do what I'm clicking or doing there are ads that are in the way of seeing things the slopes button does nothing I wanted to add properties to blocks like make the break when you touch them stuff like that and it doesn't let me the controls barely work.

For what it is, thank you. I actually havent opened it yet, judging by what I'm reading, it might be a good idea to offer micro transactions for packs, editable functions and maybe standard textures. These additions are good for marketable reasons, along side the enticing of the publics mind when video game design is something they are interested. I will add after trying the app. It is a 5 star because I dont see many apps that allow you to customize your own android game. Theres potential here.

Buttons aren't labeled, could't move to the right, aim and move are tied to the left side and same control, where's the eraser? There aren't any sample levels.

I want to change textures of some textures (by using files). Like the player. Also the player should have animations to edit. If your going to add that.

Lets say you want to make a game. Make a button were you can click it and it adds a command to a list named "Console", Keep doing this until you have enough code. Now add a start button, This makes the code read the scripts in the Console list, It gets read and then depending on what that script is in the Console list, it does an action like: Code.Drawbox(0, 0) would make a box in the middle. 4 stars because I like the gameplay and level editor

It's a cool game but there's 2 things I don't like:#1,the move controls left and right are too close to each other when I try to walk I don't because I click next to it cause I'm used to them being like this far away()_______()and #2,why is everything just Mario.?

Good concept and I liked it but every time I save, the game crashes and I lose my progress. :(

It's terrible, the controls are bad, it steals objects from Super Mario, and you can't even upload other levels! 0/10 would not recommend!

This is the ever best app we make game of our own and also play or save it but the game grafics is some poor so I recommend to make the game grafics to get 5 star and add to make some another types of games also to be have fun in it.

Game should have an option to import files because I can make 2d art using other apps save them to my files and import them to this to be able to make my own game. ANY RPG maker game should have this as an option.

I was so happy and excited when I learned how to use it I made a bunch of games and played them and they were fun but you can't release thegames only. You can see them. And people you're around all day can put them on the app store or anything you might be able to but I don't know how if you do tell me

This is not a good game maker you can't even create your own character, I just wanted to make an RPGs game but I can't even do that... And it took 2 hours to download it....

Thanks for the update but on the menu with the background layers you should put a plus sign and when you then select what asset you want to make but still thank you for the update.

it's a good game... but can you get an update where you can change your character? Like sonic, or Mario? just basically different sprites from different games.

This obscure on the internet because it just uses game maker title (therefore you just get the real gamemaker. The controls are trash. It's a bad level maker. Some assets were stolen. And you play as only 1 character. These are why this game is obscure.

It's simple and easy to use. I managed a pretty large finished level in about 15 minutes. Nice work dev.

I build Minecraft it's so much fun but I like too play this game but I like when we play with friends it looks great🤩🤩

When i am finnaly done my level i try it and i get sent to the play store over and over again. I was getting so mad i uninstalled the game.

I liked this game except for the fact you have to rechoose the blocks and you can't get the purple block it's almost impossible to get it

I think it's okay but you would make it better if you could add more space to build in otherwise pretty good

Pretty decent game editor. Hey devs, is there a paid version of this? The ads are super annoying.
