Fun game but can't go a week without repeated crashes. Been playing for close to 3 years and made lots of good friends because of the game. However, every 1 to 2 weeks, the game continually crashes. It doesn't seem to matter how many tickets I submit, how many times I'm told, " We will pass this to the dev team", but it never gets resolved. It's beyond frustrating.
Too many bugs, game works slow. Can't blame the graphics because they're not good, but it must have been like that because these Graphics are according to the GoT series. Well, it's completely pay to win game. There's nothing you can't buy with money. In the end game few things that give you tremendous buffs, and those buffs are achieved from beginning if you have money. Like, dragon, heroes, equipment, research, and t10, t11 troops. All can be bought easily.
Poor assistance with events glitches, it's great if you enjoy frustration, irritating, annoying,headaches, game freezing up,the areas you've built disappearing and the game asking for you to rebuild it,or just plain investing into it and wondering why, as per usual the tech team is asking me if I'd preformed any of the suggestions, which by way are somewhat good, but when it comes to looking for a solution, even if you're polite and ask to speak to a supervisor, the answers the same, non answer
Game crashes all the time when using research. It makes all the buildings disappear. I have to restsrt every 5 minutes. After spending so much on this game and being denied a refunds for an unplayable.game, I'm advising you to avoid this game like covid. Edited to add, in regards to this response. I have sent in many emails. I ticket everything that is a bug or issue. You made over 400 million dollars on this game, make it playable. Fix new kingdoms, fix your bugs.
Good game, but I keep getting a glitch where the game freezes with a green box around random parts of the screen. It usually starts with one of the payed Daenerys deals for $4.99 that won't exit. I've had to uninstall and reinstall 5 times now.
I lost all my progress, and I'm devastated. So much time and effort went into this game and now it's all gone. The game is frozen and won't let me reload app. I can't add a new peace shield. I'm just a sitting duck. It's so glitchy. No matter what I press it takes me to the accounts page and get stuck there. I have never experienced this before with this game.
The game is malfunctioning! Screen is frozen and not reactive! I like the app but wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of the glitches in the app ... I hope the issues are resolved soon!
Addictive, and keeps you on your toes, but would be be better if we could use Search Map to DEselect by Creature type... having your Dragon fly with you is cool! ;-D Unfortunately I had to drop yet anOTHer star for all the CONSTANT glitches.. that cost valuable time and resources! =/ It doesn't seem fair, as it is clear that a LOT of thought, time, and effort has gone into planning and development of this game.. but the glitches are constant.. they need to fix the GLITCHES, the STABILITY issues!
ZERO support when you need it phone rings goes to an answering machine, no reply I have opened numerous tickets and each time I get the same reply 'we can't help you ' I have been unable to play my game for two months and I'm being told there is some sort of "glitch' that happened to my game and I have been told they cannot figure out how to fix it. I have put a lot of $$$ money into my game only to hear "Too bad" So I asked for a refund, no reply. I'm upset but you don't care. YOU'RE SCAMMERS!!
Tried this game for a second time and nothing have changed. I am so over all the bugs in this game. It is a continuous struggle and MAJOR frustration. Game freeze on a daily basis. Often takes more than an hour before you can login. Today i was not able to play at all as it freeze everytime I try to play. Can't replace shield because game freeze. Will again loose all my resources and waste money spent due to developer issues. Even restarting device have no impact. No more I am now opting out!
Great game with lots going on but you need deep pockets to be successful. I played this game for 2 years some ups but a lot of crashes and development updates were slow and sometime forgot core updates from social media channels where you had to bind your account. If you like chatting with people around the world and don't care too much about winning then it's a good place to go just avoid the trolls and drama
This is the second time my game has crashed and won't reload. I received a notification that the staff had sent me coin to rebuild which doesn't do any good because it won't load! It has funny green outlines on the loading page that I sent screenshots of to customer service. I still can't get in the game and I really enjoy it but every time it crashes I get zeroed out and even though they sent me 150,000 coin last time it didn't get me back anywhere near the power I was. Please fix it
It starts out kinda fun ,then the freezing up or just stops working and you have to reload which is quite often, then there's the updates, every time it updates the game gets slower and freezes up more often if it works at all, right now it's forcing me to update and that's where it's stuck now,
GOTC is a wonderful game. I gave it only 4 stars because of the high cost and high learning curve. If you have an alliance that can work together and there are seasoned players willing to teach new players it is even better. Customer support is not generous about compensation for game play losses due to glitches. The best part for me is the gameplay itself and the creative aspects of the game. Enjoy, and get out your wallet!!
Good game if your a competitive player yeah you have to spend a little but if you buy smart you won't have to spend crazy like everyone who complains does.also it's a good free 2 play as well the more you play the less you'll have to spend you can get stuff from packs in the in-game events. Gold also so if you don't want to buy packs then hit those events Hard!!
Do not do the last update, it is a desaster, I couldn't access my keep, I deleted most of the other apps, and finally once I was in, every move or bottom is freezing. Impossible to play with the new update, I am losing thousands of my money to build my keep and now I am losing everything because the can't make an appropriate upgrade
Lots of issues with loading/opening game, especially when my bubble is about to expire...by the time it opens my game is decimated...this is prolly my last day, as soon as i get attacked again I'm DONE-kingdoms keep merging or wtfever, NO higher level anything you are lucky to find a level 2 anything ffs!! I've been unable to remember my log in info so unable to contact-would be much easier if you could just contact from in-game without needing all your info-click the spot, type your issue, done
Constant bugs with no hope in sight of any improvement. Takes a fortune to make any progress and no matter how much you spend its never enough. They just add more ways to pillage people's wallets.
The game itself is always improving and fun to play...however it is very expensive. The packs you buy are over $107.00 (US) a piece! My rating would improve if the cost per pack were reduced by half or if you could exchange gold or earn points toward helping to reduce the absorbent cost! You will never be competitive in game without spending a fortune...PFF is not an option!
****update***this is incredibly annoying, the game continually glitches and freezes. I had to uninstall and reinstall causing me to have to start all over again. It again is doing the same thing just freezing. It was glitchy before, always freezing when opening. I just completed the update and it's even worse. I can't even play the game now.
Every update there are more errors. They are not solved. And complaints are pushed aside. Compensation is a thing of the past. If you are zeroed because you do not come back into the game. Be finished with a pre-programmed answer we pass it on to the makers. Ticket closed.I had to uninstall my game AGAIN. I find this very enjoyable. Too bad I have to give 1 star, preferably non. In the previous update I lost 75000 power. Because I didn't get into the game
i am having alot of trouble with this game in the last week... for some reason only with this game the buttons are not responding... it is loading the picture moves but i have not been able to play... i can not collect anything i have been attacked and not do anything.. what should i do it has never done this in almost 4 years of playing... please help me
Have been actively playing for a minute. The game is fun, but beginning to bore me because if you don't spend tons of money on in-app purchases, your progress will be sooooo slow. Thinking about quitting my alliance and the game. I won't be able to uninstall since it was preloaded bloatware that came with the phone.
for starters, although this game offers awesome features. I wish it was in line with the movie story line and not just immediate farming or if it had actually went back before the kings a bit to learn to manage and build a farm and wealth then I would reconsider my rating and give a 5. other than this, I am truly just beginning to see how the show and game align and hope to see more in the future.
I've been playing this game for almost a year, and I've spent both time and money in 6 different kingdoms. The constant glitches and bugs just make me want to uninstall the damn thing for good. The last update just made things worse instead of helping and the best thing is you can't event send tickets because, surprise surprise " Ticket was not submitted due to unknown error, please resend again"!!! done it 5 times and I still get the same message.
