GameChanger Baseball & Softball Scorekeeper

Decided this year to start paying for the app so I could follow stats, etc. Thought I'd get better performance. The app freezes all the time. Goes into "delayed". Then I have to close it out, and restart the app. I am just following along as a family member. Frustrating when your kids High school games are 1/2 over when you are still at work. Maybe a refund will fix the issue.

It's so nice to have to "watch" my husband's team games but so frustrating because it consistently times out and does not update the plays/scores. I know he or another coach is scoring the game in real time but even with a strong internet connection I have to close out the app or constantly refresh to try to get the app to update. Sounds like a recurring issue even with paid subscription.

Seriously not going to pay for 2 of the same app. Fix yourself gc! I pay for the newer version because it's been your claim this version will go away. Now your customer service tells me my subscription needs to be in this version to have both of them. I rarely need this version any more and if this version is the one that is going away, why would I change to it. Oh I see why im getting the runaround,,, yall raised the subscription rates and if I change I will have to pay even more.

I have used GameChanger on both my phone (Samsung Galaxy) and an iPad so far during this season. It would be nice to be able to have a scorebook on the Android app instead of having to scroll up and down the plays throughout games to see previous at-bats and be able to change hits/errors.

I have used this app for the past 5 years and it is fantastic for tracking players and getting advanced stats. For the first time, my son has a coach that is an idiot and has turned off the rights for players and families to see the stats that we are paying to be able to see. I stopped my subscription due to a coaching decision. It would be nice if you took that away from the admin rights. Or add a feature that would allow those with family memberships to keep their own scoring within the app. I have complete stats for my son from the past 4 seasons and use them to let him know what is working and what isn't working. Watching contact percentage and seeing spray charts is important coaching material for hitting analysis. We don't spend a lot of time worried about batting average, but as a lead off hitter, we do like to know how many pitches he's seeing per at bat. Walk to strikeout ratios along with the other more detailed stats are important to the mental aspect of a players game. We are talking with the athletic director and hope that the stats will be available at the end of the season, but it would still be nice if it were up to me to pay for what I want to have available to me.

The app is generally a good app, I love to watch my boy's high school baseball games when I can't make the game but the app does freeze up, and then I've experienced you're absolutely at the mercy of the person who is operating the app at the live event and that could be a major problem!!!

Would totally give this app the 5 stars it deserves if it was a one time buy instead of a subscription and get all the options of the subscription. I love the app as I can still "watch" my nephew play when I can't be there which is a lot. Other than that I love the app and will keep using

The best thing next to being there. It's the little things, like ambient crowd noise, that makes this awesome. Not too mention the stats that are tracked for the players.

Cannot view all the details on the screen as it overlaps and can't close the pop up for live audio. Also signed up for premium option play by play but it doesn't work.

Taking 2 stars away. I needed to follow our opponents game changer today. I have a monthly subscription for the green app, but it wants me to pay another $4.99 to access today's game in the classic app. That's a massive fail.

I've enjoyed this app, but in the off season, I paused my subscription, no games, no reason to use it. Recvd a notice to continue the pause if I choose as it restarts every 3 months unless I extend it. I've spent the better part of an hour trying to repause it and despite every attempt, I'm unable to do so. There are only options to restart or delete. I've given up and canceled. I'm know that I'm not the only one having this problem.

Have a premium subscription I can't use. It's so annoying and a waste of money. My husband uses it if I'm at the game and vice versa. But we sign out so the other can use it. GC has been a constant problem ever since.

I love this app. I have used it for about 3 years. Can this app be downloaded to my desk top, I have 3 grandsons playing ball and would love to be able to watch them play. They play at the same time and if I could down load to desktop I could watch all three play at the same time. Thanks for your help.

Really like being able to "watch" the games. As with many others, we do have issues with delayed"frozen" games and have to restart. BUT...I don't know any other app that offers this kind of coverage, so I gave it 4 stars. I really do like the app and have faith that they will continue to improve it.

They make it impossible to cancel a subscription once you dont need the app any longer. Seems like an endless cash grab since the app tells you to cancel through Google play and there is no way to do I t.

They've been billing me for the membership for months now, but the app says I don't have an active subscription. Contacted customer support to get this corrected... They asked for screenshots of the charges on my account. I sent them what they asked for, and they haven't responded for almost a week now. This is the second time I've had my account tell me I have no subscription despite continuing to pay for it. Do yourself a favor, just enjoy the free features and don't give them any money

Has some good features but could use some upgrades. Not as user friendly as some interactive apps but not hard to use. Basic features

It's a great way to keep up with what's going on. Even if I can't make it to the game. My son loves being able to see his stats. Only issue is that it runs slow sometimes. Several plays behind sometimes

Great for the teams that still use classic. I have one grandson on Classic and one on the new team manager. I wish it would let me log into both at once so when they play at the same times, I can follow both games.

Awesome program to track games schedules with your team. And keep current on game when cant be there in person. And check scores of other teams and stats for them, check pitch counts and whole nine..

I was glad to pay for the upgrade to see and hear the games. But for the last 2 weeks I can even get into Game Changer. It just keeps saying Loading.....

My tablet says app is installed but there isn't a icon for it on the screen. I have Amazon Fire HD (2021) . I have to use Google Play. I need help.

Update. Now it turned into a money grab.. I don't like that you can't see stats unless a team allows you.. it seems more laggy and slower this year..2022

Like the AP to use during the actual game, but you no longer allow us to watch the inning by inning replay as you did last season. There are times I can't watch it live and would like to see what happens each inning rather than just seeing the score.

Its my connection! I subscribed to premium and being able to listen to the game live when I can't be there is huge, not to mention having all the stats.

Wish they could support larger font settings without losing information. Have to change my phone settings to follow my kid playing. Then switch back after the game completes

I have been receiving plays for my grandson's games as Family until today. Now nothing. Plus, what is reported is incorrect as to who is the winner of the game...thus stats are incorrect. Why would I Pay for any more than I can get for free.

Help! Can't get past the original screen for birthday. Yes, I am over 13! It stays red, and won't let my hit continue. Not a great start.

I like using Game Changer when I cannot attend my grandson's baseball game. It's not as good as being there, but I can keep with the score and my grandson's stats.

Best app to keep up with the games, especially when as parents we can't attend physically. Love it. Thank you.
