I want to like this but I tried to play the Santa Stick mini game and after I died I was spammed with 12 ads IN A ROW... it probably would have been more but at that point I closed the game. I thought that maybe it was an error or something so I restarted my phone and tried the mini game again... same thing. Endless ads. Haven't earned anything and I don't know that I'll even bother trying again.

Didn't get reward after completing task (verification problem). Poor quality support, I wouldn't even call it support, it's just bot with prewritten questions and answers.. no option to contact someone who can actually help you. I'm not even talking about how messy and confusing the app is. It's hard to get started (no tutorial). Most of the tasks are impossible / nearly impossible.

The app is decent enough in itself, but lacks much of the web versions functionality. As with any version, sometimes tasks simply don't get completed for whatever reason. On mobile though, you can't try again because your phone is linked to a specific account/game/etc. For this reason I'd advise using the app solely for tasks that need to be completed on mobile platforms.

I uploaded evidence...twice...and they still rejected. I'm 100% positive that the printscreen is correct and the achievement as well as the name are visible. Better yet, I overachieved one of my contracts and still nothing. As for the bot, it just has some predefined questions and answers. So it's a piece of trash and waste of time. Nothing works on this platform, maybe only the purchase options. Better stay away!

I love the design and interface but I've been trying for hour and a half to earn any points and tried at least ten different ways to do it: surveys, games and mini games. I still wasn't able to collect any points. The game instructions / game offer description are non existing.... Most of the offers don't even work/lead to blank pages. I'd rather have lesser options thar work then have to sift through hundred apps to find one that works. Get your c together gamehag.

It's a great game saying the truth. However, the bad part is that each time I rise up to the next level it automatically pushes me down back until level 1 "for disgraceful behaviour" I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT DOING CONTRACTS AND IT SAYS FOR NO REASON THAT MY BEHAVIOUR IS DISGRACEFUL. Please fix this. Besides, it also keeps DELETING the contract once I'm halfway through which is VERY annoying. I contacted misty and she doesn't help :( but 3 stars for the app though , maybe 5 stars if you fix.

Rubbish waste of time Nothing works total waste of time. No surveys, no games, nothing at all. I have tried everything and nothing would give you any reward upon completion. Not a single app have not given an error or simply don't consider the tasks completed at all. Even if you exceed the requirements for the task still no rewards are given. Do not waste your time with it.

Gamehag is a good site to get free games...but you have to work for them... This can be fun when some of the quests means you have to play games to get the soul gems to get free games...can be a little hard sometimes when you have to fill in surveys.. It can get boring and tedious but sometimes is really worth it in the end...overall great site to get free games and keep you busy if you need to occupy your time!!

This is a very high quality gaming app. It has a variety of features and games to choose from but depending on your phone or PC. It may be difficult to navigate around and through. It needs to make more adjustments on clearing which app is better for which devices.

There is no way to complete tasks they always get rejected even if you do it EXACTLY like the instructions say, they will just give you a bad excuse like "you didn't use a new account" or something like that even though it was created through the site a few hours earlier. The support is cosmetic because they never respond and i bought VIP so they should respond quicker. This site really needs to fix their registration system because it is bad, i'd love to say more but I've reached the limit.

The key is getting players to start new games through them. They get kickbacks for every new game acct. While we reach each task goal it is checking off the requirements they need met to get paid. The rewards, free game or gift card is zip compared to how much they make off each player. So yeah, it's okay for finding new games, but you get nothing for those you already play. BlueStacks offers more for continued playtime. Mistplay is another that offers more rewards over time.

Some offers take way too long to finish for the amount of gems you receive. You need to be level 3 to redeem rewards which takes ages to get. There was an offer i completed and sent a screenshot for verification which was rejected, when i tried to contact support i was surpised that the support is just an automatic response bot and theres no way to send an actual ticket. This app just wants you to complete offers and make you leave before you can actually redeem anything. Stay away at all costs

Terrible customer support, have to wait a week for an answer. Very limited opportunities when comes to gems from PC games. App is bad. Having turned off notifications, I still got push notifications, and none of the support's suggestions worked to fix it. The three chests that are always available free on the website (daily, weekly, monthly) are unavailable on mobile.

Editing this to add that I had a ticket pending when I deleted and just got an email saying I got a reply. It's been two weeks. Really? Got an error saying I violated terms of service before I'd even done anything. Some googling revealed that this app has a glitch that makes it think having a Steam account counts as a duplicate account, which bans you for breaking TOS. I never played a single game and had it for less than a day. Terrible.

It works so good. I got 1 game which is great and easy to earn but the mini games are kind of so hard and a waste of time because it needs the specific score like 30 points in stick santa, you really need the 30 points, you can't just 15 points 1st game and 15 points 2nd game which is the sum of 30. That will not work. I hope that the mini game is much more easier.But I will still give 5 star because its legit app, keep up the good work.

Instead of running off of an automated verification system, it has staff to verify your tasks which can make you wait for days. Even after you submit anything, it'll probably end up getting declined for being a "previously registered account," so then you'll have to search through a games options and menus to find whatever's wrong, then wait 2 more days to get declined again. Then you have to wait nearly a month for a gift, in which you won't get cause you'll probably quit this awful app/site

Pretty awesome, honestly what sets it apart from Mistplay is the reward system has a bunch of Steam Related options. You can get random Steam game keys, or get specific games they offer. Even let's youlog in using your steam account. A must play for sure!

The website works perfectly fine except there are very few pc games to play on the website, so I downloaded the app and it has problems, there's only one game to play and when you tap on that you're redirected to a broken url, that's okay- I open the minigames section, I've watched 5 ads till now and haven't been able to play ONE minigame. And there's no option to vote articles for sg on the app either. Terribly disappointed

The app is totally useless, all you can do is to watch ads but until a limit, they after ask you to finish contracts to watch more which it would be good if the actual contracts would work. I tried 3 games Lords Mobile, Harvest Land and Castle Clash when I tried to get my reward there was a blank page and nothing happaned. When I contacted them they said "we cannot do nothing about because we don't have control over the tasks, you should contact the partners to solve the issue." Pathetic.

Actually in the beginning it was reallyy hard to level up but after leveling up i got what i wanted ♡ Sometimes i get spammed for no reason and my xp starts to decrease so im very annoyed by that.... Another thing is that the mini games pays very less soul gems and they are very difficult to play:(.. And yes.. the adds.. we watch more adds to get more soul gems but sometimes the adds are not even working:( Other than that... this game is very promising , it really gives you the reward .

Tried doing some mini games to get soul gems, kept getting a pop up that I thought meant I earned a little only to learn it was just saying I "could" earn a little. Tried to play another mini game some time later only for an ad to play leading to more that wouldn't go away & the kicked me out of the app. Tried getting back in & got more ads before being sent to the play store.

Great for doing their game tasks. Offer walls feel like task completion is on RNG so I'd avoid those. I fealt taking off more then one starr would be too much, because the main features are very good. I managed to save up enough to get Desteny 2(around 9000 gems) relatively quick. My only issue is you need to be lvl 3 to cashout. Although you should get there by the time u save for something like my example. All in all it seems like a nice platform to get some freebes for plaing games.

I managed to complete a few tasks for ex. World of Warships so I got SG. Then I tried to complete the Warships Free Bonus and it got rejected due to "not registered a new account". At each task I registered new accounts through their appointed links, and my screenshots were correct but the system still rejected all of them. The contracts with surveys are sometimes working but it doesn't recognize mobile games accounts...

Good app but u need to much thingals to do for such little. I get notifications like "Free chests in your inventory!" or "V BUCKS OR (Some points for other game) FOR FREE!!!!" And u guessed it,.... nothing not even a single thing and the stick santa minigame iz broken once i lose it bombardes me with ads and it never stops. Hope u guys at game hag fixs the problem but until that it will be as it is. I wonder if someone else has the same problem please comment if u have. - Daki

I played a game to the point of the reward. Even though I reached the reward I didn't get any soul gems. Pls fix it and I even have a picture as proof. I even went to the place where it allows you to click on a picture. I clicked on the evidence picture. I repeated this multiple times and still got nothing. Please help

A 100%-Reward App must have. Loads of cool & fun stuff that No one else has ever thought of putting into the rewards app.. I highly recommend it for the seasoned gamer or the gamer that is just discovering Rewards Apps. Trust me.....this is one you want.

Solid app, however redemption of soul gems for tasks can be hit or miss. You grind out the contract and upon completion, you may get the reward. Furthermore, it takes many soul gems to open up chests (sales during holidays make it easier). The time of communication between the user and support can vary as well, which leaves you frustrated. Nonetheless, if you are looking to play new games and earn currency to trade in for rewards (despite the variances in earnings) this is a good app.
