The first time I had this app, several years ago, I got the subscription it worked great! This last time I downloaded it, 2 days ago, it opened fine until after I subscribed. After that it completely stopped working! I have downloaded it and uninstalled this several times. I have canceled my subscription and asked for a refund on the month they have charged me for!

I have danced with the support for this app and games for a month. First, my info from the app never transferred to my new device. And I haven't been able to use the app because of all the problems mentioned in reviews already posted. My subscription sure renews each month without a hitch though. Picture that.

The app doesn't open, past the loading screen and then completely shuts down. I've tried everything making sure I have no other apps open/running and I have you no notifications, uninstalling and reinstalling, turning my phone off and get back on, deleting apps pictures and videos I don't use or need any more. This is extra frustrating since I'm paying for the membership because I love all your games so much.

Thank you!!! App is finally fixed. I was heartbroken when. It wouldn't load. I love the entire thing GH has going here. The subscription is totally worth it. All the games are awesome. They are never impossible. You don't have to cheat by spending real money and the story lines, characters, and design are all wonderful. Off to resubscribe now 🥰

I see that others posted that the app crashes as soon as it opens back in February. I thought to myself.. surely they fixed it by now since it's nearly June! Imagine my annoyance when the app continually crashes at the intro screen.

Hey GameHouse Original Stories crew, I've been trying to play the games but the app is not working, keeps closing over and over. I tried to uninstall and install it again and still the same problem. I will appreciate if you can figure out how to fix this issue. Thanks

I really have loved my subscription. So fun to have access to all games. Delicious World is my favorite. Only downside is $10 a month is fine at first but when you've had it for several months is seems kind of a steep price . I get that it's a business and all but even if you have access to all games you can't play all of them. Maybe offer a one time price to purchase the game you like? But I must say the storyline and graphics in Delicious World are so fun . The creators of this are great!

PLEASE fix whatever you broke with this latest update. I can no longer collect cards properly... they count down but don't let me know when a card is complete anymore. The sets lag in loading and cross over each other when you try to check different sets. Notifications don't clear. You can't see any progress on sets you've completed once, only the "revealed" cards. Used to love collecting bc I love GHOS, but this update has RUINED the experience!

Awesome...I play every game they make and loved them. Cool to have a subscription that is just for one game. Its monthly payments but it's just the one amount for all of the games they have currently and future. Nice extra touch to be able to collect cards from each games. Even though this isnt a game, it's still fun to see what cards i got every time the gift is ready to open.

This app used to be great. Now it never opens. It starts and then freezes and shuts down. I've tried uninstalling it and redownloading several times and it always has the same problem

These games I love not only for the story lines but the challenges of each & every level,I get very invested in the characters,too bad, they don't have voices so, we can hear them talking, that would be even more Awesome!

I have installed and un-installed this app a few times. It keeps force closing or won't even start up at all. And like someone else mentioned, they sure have no problem taking your money every month instead of fixing the app. Not cool

At 1st great, but now won't fully load & support has been useless. I was still charged for the monthly subscription fee, even when I had notified them I couldn't access the app. I am VERY disappointed, as I have been a Gamehouse customer & Delicious fan for over 10 years (I have an Emily apron in my kitchen)!Seeing so many other customers with the same issues over these past months makes me wonder what is happening to Gamehouse.

I started by playing Detective Jackie w ads and saw that there was a 3 day trial of all access to the gamehouse games, ok let's do it. Start playing and now I cant click on the screen to do the tasks in the game, its freezing and all glitchy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the apps and still having the same problem, no issues with any other games. This morning I was charged but I will not be renewing. I'm sad having issues with these games I have played Delicious Emily FOREVER.

I pay for a subscription for all these games, now this app force closes as soon as you click on it, you need to start fixing these problems, or I will not keep paying, I will cancel!!! I made a complaint about hearts medicine time to heal, it force closes to, I have sent emails, and its still not fixed. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

I really love this app to keep me in the loop with all the games. I look forward to when new games are being made! However I do find it frustrating that it never gives us dates for when games are available for Android. Just that it's "soon" or "available shortly". I have been waiting for one new game for about a month now, even though it's been launched that long, but for iPhones. I registered on the Google play store to alert me when it's available, but like I said it's been like that for quite awhile.

I loved this app initally as well as the stories, you dont get such structured stories eveywhere in games like these however, I'm unable to play the full game because it wants me to subscribe for $10 a month after playing the 1st level of the game, forget it, I'm probably going to uninstall. What's the point of playing a story game when you cant finish it, it's very sneaky and I don't appreciate that.

this subscription hasn't shown up on Google play forever but they have continued to charge me for a subscription for well over a year past the time I canceled it. I even have a new card number so I have no idea how they managed to continue doing so.

I love Original GameHouse games and having this app has been amazing. I've discovered they have walkthroughs, future game development progress, news and current games listed in release order and complete! Plus I can collect cards! It's simple, but keeps me connected to something I love. I mean, what more could you want?

Totally Worth it! I used to own Apple products and I had purchased all of their games under the App Store. I got rid of my ipad because it was outdated and I have a burning hate for Apple products so I switched over to Android software. All that money spent on Apple was a waste of money and so I finally figured out that having a monthly membership of $10 is better than separately paying for each game. Plus with this apps membership all 43 of their games are under that $10 umbrella. Worth it!!!!

I've cancelled my subscription because of this app. No point in running it if it never loads. Crashes right after the initial loading screen. Every single time, so much so, that I could bet good money and become a millionaire. Fix the app!!

I purchased this monthly game pass under the impression its 9.99 to access and play all the game house games for one set monthly fee. My credit card has been charged 9.99 on four different occasions since signing up for this service, if that's the case I can just buy the game for 9.99. This is very misleading and makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I think a monthly subscription to have access to your games is ridiculous. A lot of your games are uninteresting to me. I don't even bother if they have less that 4 stars. I shouldn't have to subscribe when I'm not going to touch half of them. There should be an option to buy each game individually or watch an ad before each level like you do in your free games.

I purchased the full gamehouse series for $9.99 a month which suppose to come with unlimited plays on the games. I play the gamehouse delicious World mostly and instead of there being unlimited plays with the unlimited access subscription it's only giving me 5 hats. I even tried to press the restore purchase that's in the settings but nothing is changing. There was also a time when it did give me unlimited plays for a few days but stopped again. Please fix my issue asap

Yeah, I'm having trouble trying to log in through my Facebook account,and.... It's NOT happing. I've never run into this problem, SOOO I'm forced to try and play this game KNOWING my "progress" could very well get lost.☹️🙄😠

half the time it doesn't load when you're 1 trying to open the app and 2 after clicking the box to open it so you lose that box and all the puzzle pieces until there next 'present box' can be opened then most of the time once you are done getting all the puzzles sets to be unlocked it doesn't notify you when the next 'present box' is ready to be opened but about maybe half the time the app actually works like it's supposed to
