Works without issues, no Dinput visuals It would be 5 stars for me if there was at least *some feedback on the tester activity when a DInput button is pressed, eg a little series of LEDs in On/off position (I understand that DInput devices can have strange assignments and you press 'A' or 'X' and it ends up being 'Button18' but a small series of say 24 on/off elements should work for almost anything)
The way it visually approximates the position of your analog joystick input has proved very useful to me. It detected with my generic VR controllers. It even detected the VR touchpad as a left analog joystick, and that was exactly what I wanted to test on my VR controller.
good for what it is.. some people complain about the interface being old or outdated... but i only care about an app working the way it should. plus people say some of the buttons arent being detected... this isn't the app's fault... this is a controller to android compatibility issue.
Used it to test an ipega PG-9083S game controller, it correctly identified it and detected all buttons and thumbsticks. Does what it says on the tin.
Gets the job done. Free, no ads, no IAP. What else you would need from a gamepad tester?
I tested other apps. Yours seems sinple but works actully !! Others didnt support dual shock 4
No adds, no flaws, no bothering me for a review. Great stuff. Love the log.
Works great! It works on Xbox One controller on a Chromebook.
I tested my bluetooth joypad with this app.. will recommend it..
Works to test gamepad 8718
just what i needed.
does what its advertised
It does what it claims
R2 dosent see analog
A nice app. Thumbs up as there is no spam. But the app has an ugly, dated interface. The screen will show the letters for XBox controller even if there is a PS4 controller connected. The irony is that the PS4 controller shows everything is fine and the XBox controller does not seem to have two buttons working. Only they do work as I have used them in games, so there are some bugs too.
