Does exactly what is says on the tin. I'm using some generic off-brand controller so the on screen buttons don't reflect everything, but it also gives you a readout of information on all the buttons and their states. Very useful.
Thanks just what I needed to test a new android gamepad I got. Now if only It could help me reprogram some of the buttons.
worked perfectly, helped me test the USB OTG gamepad I'm soldering through each stage to make sure it still works
VERY ugly interface but it does work. Tested it with my new Moto Gamepad mod, and I can confirm that all buttons worked with that controller
The coloring makes it hard to tell when a button was hit and the whole layout of the tester could need some cleanup, currently everything is squishes to the right. But it is simple and works.
Wanted to test if my dualshock 4 triggers were working at full sensitivity and they are, last one wasn't.
I never used it yet but my friends tell me to download it it's good I believe that and I hope it works.
And that's why I can't map both buttons separately in Game Controller 2 Touch or GKM Touch.
... but not perfect. Steelseries Stratus XL Bluetooth connected to Samsung Galaxy S7. Inputs from both joysticks, D-pad, ABXY buttons, and L1 & R1 triggers are all displayed :D . Inputs from L2 & R2 triggers are not displayed, but the input list resets when they're used so the app seems to be aware of them :/ . Tapping the 3-dot icon (top right corner) and selecting "Settings" does nothing at all for me :p . App's screen layout on S7 not quite right either.
My 2nd review, dunno why my 1st review it got deleted. This app fail, now my phone has Bugs thanks to this app
Thanks for this - very useful for when I need to get users of my app to check their controllers are working properly - thanks!
Worked great with my Logitech Wireless Gamepad F710. Responded to nearly all buttons (all but the Logitech, Mode and Vibration buttons).
Just what I was looking for, perfect for testing controllers on the go. It's a pity a lot of the people that download this app don't understand what it is meant for
I was looking for a way to show the key value that related to the key being pressed. I then took that value and made a key.cfg file so that I can use emulators. Thanks!!!
Tried wired and wireless dongle joysticks, everything that supports standard HID calls. All buttons, dpads, analogues. I get that it's not a fancy, full-featured app, but it doesn't need to be, does it? 5* and thanks Wisely Loh!
Can't remap buttons like in the other test app. If you move quickly, buttons stay pressed on the screen. I can't exit on my JXD, instead the app shows I am pressing back and home! I have to power off to get out of it.
App does not support new Xbox one slim white controller in Bluetooth mode. Buttons that appear supported are incorrectly mapped on android app. Will haft a wait?
EDIT: Yes i can. Worked perfectly for testing my gamepad, i would suggest the text to be over the buttons (so i can read the values instead of just seeing minor change in the axis position).
Also, the settings menu does nothing
Didn't work couldn't even open settings menu either poor
ITS TERRIBLE IT WONT LET YOU MOVE NOTHING
Its only a pic off controller doesn't work
This is really awesome, but can I make something be a home button or does that not work?
Great for testing .kl files. Just needs an exit button. Have to press menu every time I'm done.
This app is brilliant and exactly what I needed to test my game and the connection to my controller. Excellent!
Since when are L2 & R2 throttles instead of buttons? Awesome! This app helped me figure this out. So confused.
It's ok but can you please make it so it would work for the Xbox 360 please
This is what Iuse to if the gamepad has correct button mapping
Did exactly what it needs to do. Shows me exactly what keypress is happening when I press a key on my controller. When I moved my stick, it showed me the serial data collected by the potentiometer. Thanks for a simple and solid. Not sure what "settings" does, but I'd make server controller skins and put the option to change them there.
