The new app is definitely a leap in the right direction. But there are still many bugs to hash out. 1 reading reviews is intermittent and some times says there are reviews but then shows nothing. 2 the cart fails to load and reverts to home instead. 3 if left sitting for less than a minute it goes back to home screen or the d pad loading screen forcing me to restart the app. But hey it's again a good start towards a great app.

Overall great shopping experience! Most things are easily searched and found. My issues are you have the trade-in page buried so badly I don't ever want to trade anything in. It's hard to find, it's not easily searched and clarity on values is bad. The other issue I have is trying to pre order a game there is no clear understanding that the online preorder is no money down and it makes you feel as if you have to pay to pre order through the app. Other than that a stellar app.

No matter what is searched, it comes up "no results found please try again". Even when using the shortcuts provided in the app. When attempting to use the store locator nothing shows up, even when using the zip code of the store closest to me. Basically, it doesn't work. At all. I have no idea what all these folks are on about.

Wont even let me login now. I cant get a reset password sent to the email i get emails from gamestop too. The app wouldnt save the favorited games I had spent a lot of time watching trailers and researching for my next purchases. The absolute worst app I have dealt with from a store!!! I have not been this frustrated in a long time.

No longer as functional as previous incarnations. There was a time when you could choose to pick up an item at any store within a specified radius and the app would show you where it was available. Now, you have to basically guess the right store in order to secure a product on the app.

FINALLY! Kudos to whomever chose to update the app, it FINALLY works the way it's supposed to! 👌👌 Very easy to search for specific items, purchase them & set it up for store-pick up, delivery, or have it shipped to your house! I'm glad that i no longer have problems with my debit card (as it NEVER WORKED ON THE APP BEFORE THE UPDATE). Nice work!!

Got my order within a week. If your ordering a game, you can choose pre-owned or new. Presents beautifully too. Easy to use. Make an account and shipping is easy with a saved address. Ships faster than when it shows it will ship. Great job Gamestop!

Constant bugs, glitches, freezing and crashes. A miracle if I can even view my cart let alone checkout. Interface is clustered and doesn't even fully load all options. Logs me out randomly and resets all my settings when it does.

It's impossible to verify my identity since it won't send me a code to my email. Thus I can't redeem rewards, change my email, add a security question... Even worse, customer support doesn't help. I've been asking for help about it for 2 years and they just create a ticket and say they'll contact me. They don't fix the issue, they don't contact me!

Not a big fan of the latest update. The main problem is with filtering search results, specifically with the deals section. I am unable to filter the games that are on sale by system. This is quite frustrating as I almost only bought from Game Stop when things were on sale.

The app is gorgeous and flows smoothly, but I want more stuff. This UI is begging for more to be happening here. I can't put my finger on it... Maybe it's NFTs, PC-Bang options in my area, and more computer/electronic hardware?

I have never been able to complete an online order, and when I called customer service they weren't able to help either. The app asked me for feedback, and when I tried to provide that feedback, the feedback feature itself broke... with an error that said to email an address, which was cut off. So that sums up my experience: three layers of failure.

They really need to fix some of the issues with this app. Sometimes ordering an item is difficult because it either freezes and doesn't go through or there's almost no confirmation in app after a purchase. This app has always been among one of the worst in terms of just trying to use the app. It's definitely better, but still not where it should be.

It's better.. I guess. You can no longer look at your preorder list. When I try to redeem my points, it asks me to verify my email... the email is never sent with a code so I can't redeem my points. Online shopping is nice and the layout is better but just like ubisoft games, patches break other features.

Great selection for my favorite company. Search options really help narrow down items. Lightning fast shipping options. The ability to comparison shop for computer components would be even more helpful!

It's not the quickest or easiest to use app, but it is great for browsing stock, checking out deals, and redeeming points. Would recommend having it if you go to gamestop more than once a month.

Right now the app is just not working. Upon opening it asks me to retry. I've updated, installed, uninstalled, restarted phone and I'm getting the same error. Seems like the new update messed with something on the startup.

Since this new update/UI the app is basically trash. It's not user friendly. The rewards section is difficult to find let alone use. And the filter option doesn't even work. And that's just a few of the things I've noticed. Wish I'd never updated it. I'll add more issues as they arise...

UI is horrible. If scrolling down, the app just keeps jumping back up and then goes to blank white screen. Update is bad. 4/6/22 with updates, now it won't even open, something went wrong. Please try again 🤦🏻 Gamers need app developers too.

The newest version of the app is laggy and disorganized. Most of the time I get an error when loading pages and it's very slow. There is also no section to check preorders under my account now.

the employes are great. but I loose alot of money when I have to use my $5 redemption pounts on a $3.99 pack of pokemon cards when I have to use 4 of my $5 coupons on 4 $3.99 packs of cards I'm loosing enough to buy a whole other pack. not good at all. I spend hundreds a month and should not loose this money due to 1 pack counting as a single purchase. I should be able to use a$20 red. coupon on 5 packs as a single purchase.. this has to change or I'm canceling

This app is really terrible compared to what it used to be, but that is mostly on the fact that the benefits of being a pro member are worthless compared to what they used to be. On the app's side, stock listing for games is 100% inaccurate for stores, you can't manage your pro subscription from the app so I'll have to go online to cancel their dumb auto renew, and for retro games? Yeah just forget about getting any useful information about those through this app.

Worst customer service experience ever. I got told to keep a broken controller as a courtesy by a customer rep and. A replacement controller free. But I guess they don't communicate or make note becuase now I'm expected to return the controller to get a replacement or refund.i literally give them zero stars if I could. Will never be using this app again.

Terrible. Every since the update, it doesn't even work. It persistently tells me to retry again. Worked just fine. Why do these apps force updates? It shouldn't be required. Regardless if it's "needed to work properly ". It's not working properly.

Great redesign. The ui is clean, and I love the game informer integration. One point of feedback is for computer sales, it should be easier to view the full specs. I want to see the ram, the speed, the cpu, the graphics card, the hard drive, the whole deal. Other than that I'm enjoying the app.

The application is okay only. The sort doesn't seem to work some times when I sort by platform; i.e. I only want to show PS5 games in Deals but it still shows all games in Deals. They need to add a wishlist or watchlist feature.

This app is much improved and very navigable. There are plenty of purchase options available and each is seamless to view the status of and select. This is probably the easiest app to make different kinds of purchases on. I am looking forward to continued diversification of inventory so that I can view and purchase more suggested related add-ons to items I select, like accessories to consoles, sim cards, and the like. Overall 5/5 and still with room to improve.

After an order gets delivered, the app will send a notification twenty hours later. App does not have a "Favorite" or "Wishlist" function. You can't input a custom price range when using the Filter.
