Gameplay itself is excellent. Unfortunately, the 'tutorial' is bizarrely awful, and the game keeps crashing. And one of the AI opponents insists on leading with a single low card on their turn, which hands the game to the winning player every time. Great game but needs a lot of fine tuning, sadly.
And back to despising this game. (You can track my mixed feelings.) While there is a small amount of intelligent strategy, it generally doesn't make up for the leader advantage. You either win from the very first game or you lose every step of the way. And either way, as it turns out, isn't actually enjoyable. (In one game I scored the perfect game with 0 points, but I can't recall actually enjoying the experience.)
The "tutorial" is a complete joke. Says "get rid of all your cards" but doesn't explain how!!! Rulebook has typos, and is confusing if you don't already know the game (or similar games, or even understand Poker). Loaded but does not get past opening screen on my tablet, which is older OS. Seems fine on newer cellphone. It does offer both landscape and portrait mode which is nice. But seriously, how can a game like this have no real tutorial???
Game is buggy. Messages pop up and only slightly disappear leaving a faint annoying see through pop up. The game doesn't continue after two sets of play forcing you to go back to the main screen and start over. The tutorial is unintuitive and doesn't explain the mechanism of the game.
A tutorial that explains nothing, typos and grammar issues galore, and several bugs - just in 15 minutes of play, I've discovered overlays that won't disappear from the screen, and a freeze bug that forced me to restart the game. They want to charge money for this?
An interesting variant on a game most of us played in college. Some called it "President," while others called it by a 7 letter word some consider inappropriate. The lack of kill cards makes the game far more interesting, as does the concept of laying down poker hands. Fun game.
Excellent adaptation of a strategic card game. The AI opponents are challenging and play tactically. Overall, provides satisfying gaming sessions with achievements to aim for. Highly recommended.
Reinstalled, hoping for an improvement tutorial-wise. To no avail. The tutorial doesn't guide you, doesn't explain what you can do nor why and eventually win by an awesome margin. What tutorial is this??
Dont waste your 200mb. This game wont even open for me. I guess their programmer fails at coding when this game is free. Cant blame myself really, chinese programmer is this bad
Won't open past title screen on pixel 2xl, freezes on a grainy screen with red lines.
Very poorly coded. Poor directions. Constant errors.
Doesn't work in my LG X Charge Installed it and nothing shows up on my screen when it loads
The game crashes every time I play, what am I doing wrong?
This app works perfectly. Anyone who says it doesn't is ignorant of the rules.
Won't run at all on my Galaxy S6
I enjoy the actual game, but this implementation is a joke. It doesn't implement the rules correctly, which makes the AI sometimes cause errors because the AI players are actually playing by the game's rules. For example, if a multi card combination is going around, and the person after you has only one card, it makes you play your highest possible combination, even though the next player won't be able to play whether you play or pass.
