Service person didn't turn up after confirming the service. Very bad experience, technician was irresponsible, kept delaying and never came for service.

Please remove " Work done by professionals" from your promotion. Surprising Gapoon doesn't take responsibility of any liability to my Assets owing to poor quality of service professionals. They say for big TVs we need extra hands to we charge double the rates .... Makes me laugh when the extra hands guy is just seeing and I did a much better job than that . The boys dint have required tools to do the job and convincing me that manual work is better than using machines ... Net net had very high expectations from Gapoon looks like you guys don't have controls beyond what happens after appointment.
Had a serious OTP problem, but Mr.Srinivasan discovered it and had the courtesy to call me regarding regarding the problem. Kudos to the attitude!
App hangs frequently. Rates are too high that can workout for high income groups only.

Used Ant control pest service. 2 days after service, ants visible again. Had written this review 12 days back. Got call from them to remove it and they'll do everything necessary. No call from them after removing review.

Never received an OTP to register. But got a call from Gapoon and they tried to fix an appointment without registration. One appointment was missed by Gapoon but they apologised and fixed another one. Everyone I spoke to was very professional. I didnt get my laptop serviced from them because they were charging me higher than market rates. Your mileage could vary.

Third class app rolled out without any qc check
I had a detailed discussion with gapoon customer care regarding a service i was not happy with. The issue was not with gapoon but with the particular carpenter Kumara C who was rude and dishonest. However when gapoon came to know of it they immediately took action, called me and clarified everything. Overall, services provided by gapoon is really good and i am happy with gapoon's services. Hopefully they will take some strict action against the carpenter. Thanks!
When you book for any service ..the gapoon representative says no slot available and service is not delivered..not a good app to avail services ..
