Works perfectly, and the owner was helpful with info on installation. I use two of the on a commercial door with a 3 button (open/stop/close) switch. One to open, and one to close. Works flawlessly and reliably. Thank you for a great product.
no updates since 9/25/19! Also it always fail on the first attempt. be nice if it could detect if bluetooth is on..and a failure onces..it fires out another automatic second request. every time it fails on the first, i have to re-submit another one..using a new galaxy phone w/ android 10. be nice if the Bluetooth GM unit supported Bluetooth 5.0!
It's been a great app and the supported bluetooth opener for over 5 years now. The company/developer had also provided me free tech support whenever I requested it. That is amazing in itself. I unhesitatingly recommend the utility to anyone in need of a most reliable, bluetooth garage door opener with a great supportive team behind it.
Works half the time. Have to reset bluetooth, close app, restart phone and even then it still only works sometimes. contacted support and got a response to change some settings which I already did so basically no help. If your using Android Oreo or higher good luck with getting any consistency.
Device works well within 30-40 feet. I would give a 5 star if the home screen could show up to 3 garage doors so I don't have to go to settings, my garage doors, and then select active door. Too much work to get other garage door to be active. Also, I would pay more $ if you could have a tilt sensor that would tell us if the garage door is open or not. Update: Developer got right back to me and showed me how I could use a widget to operate each door. Now one touch opens each door.
I get connected, and I am able to open, or close, once. Then it disconnects itself. I should mention that I have had the system problem free for about three years.
It hardly ever works from the car when the car is right on the driveway. Constantly getting an error message to try again in few minutes. I made sure that there is NO obstacles between. It is NOT a substitute for the garage car remote so don't waste your money and especially don't waste your time trying to open the door to get into garage after hard working day 'cause most likely you are going to have to finish listening the current song on the radio before you open the garage door.
Completely stopped working after working great for a year. App won't recognize the bluetooth even though the phone sees it. Update: Working again. Great support
IT WORKS!!!!! Connected the two wires in less than two minutes, paired with my phone, and opened the garage door. No problems what so ever. It does exactly what it says it would do. I just wish I had bought this a long time ago.
Again if I could give this zero stars I would, my company has two sets of the garage mate receivers ( not sure why a company would assume that anyone would download this app without having the neccessary components to make it work) and they will not even register as devices available for use. Very disappointing as when the product was first purchased they worked fine two and a half months later nothing I'd suggest not wasting your time with the app nor your money with the product.
It is nice when it works, but many times I have to get within inches of my garage, for it to work. Even then, I have to try 3 or 4 times to get the door to open. Sometimes I even have to hold my phone outside my window and hope it works. I am going to be insulating my garage door (I live in AZ and it gets hot) and I dont think this will help it work any better. This certainly does not work for me if I'm 30 feet away from the garage.
Can't speak highly enough of the customer service of this company. I had issues with an older garage door opener and amazingly, got incredible help from start to finish. Lou was on the phone to assist, also through text and email. In this day and age where customer service is sketchy at best, it was a pleasant experience to work with someone who really cared.
The app worked for about a year or two just fine and then it decides not to connect or starts crashing when attempting to open garage
Works great. Easy to install on the garage door opener by connecting 2 wires, and easy to use app. Very good product.
Easy to install, works most of the time. 75% of the time there's is quite a delay for it to reconfigure itself. Frustrating

Works just 2 months now im 😣 becaus is not im repeat not work. I try to reset but no buton to reset nice right?😣 no what i do with this 💩 sen it back? I will try that wish me luck.
Two units worked great for over a year until this week. Lost the whole family and no one can get it to pair again.

I had this it worked perfectly, then I got a new phone and tried to hook it up to phone and now it won't hook up!!
I never review apps, but this took 5 minutes to install and worked immediately on my wife's iPhone and my Android device.

Starting with the fabricant, the seller and their support.... all of them deserve 5 stars.
Overall, I like this product. I have a SamsungS9+, my partner has an IPhone7 with a quicker response time. Mine has a delay. My main complaint, it doesn't work if I'm connected via bluetooth to another device. As soon as i disconnect, I'm golden. This is way cheaper than getting multiple clickers or a smart home system. And I can remove users, awesome. I'm sticking with this product over getting anything else.
