Garanti Mobile Banking

Web site registration requires app download. App is in Turkish only. Will close this account and open elsewhere where app and Web page is in English as well. Garanti bank that that English language version is available by swiping up from home screen. This does NOT work.

For some reason, every time I stay in the app for more than 40 seconds or so, the application crashes and slows down the hole phone for about a minute, and i only experience this while using this app Fix this issue please it will improve my whole experience with the application Thanks

there is no other languages, this is so bad. they should add another language, ENGLISH for example 🙄

Updated yesterday automatically and now won't open. Beware if you have a slightly older phone.

Best bank there is 👍 I wish it was possible to transfer money from account to credit card unlimited amounts. But it does not allow me to do that. Happy New Year 🎉 I've already talked to customer service with Garanti BBVA and they told me there's a monthly limit how much you send directly from bank account to credit card. After statement period is over then I can start sending again. So how can I increase the sending limit?

One the best bank application available in English and easy to to do all banking services without go branch. Even its a fast banking services, Love it.

I cannot copy my IBAN when I click on it in my account details. It opens a pop up that offers to send the address via Bluetooth or NFC. I used to be able to copy the number with ease preciously but now I can't and it's such a frustrating situation that I can't wrap my head around how that has been changed.

easy to use fantastic app

App takes a long time to go to the login page because of the marketing logo which comes before the log-in page. Dumb design as it also it forces you to change your password without warning, which often happens when I am on the street and too busy to deal with such a thing (UK/US bank apps give me option of doing this when it is convenient for me). It has a nice feature of using camera to withdraw money from ATM.

the doesnt always open , i am always receiving a popup message saying that we are unable to perform your transaction and i am connected to wifi, the login screen doesnot show because of this warning. poor user design as the app closes before it even opens anything. your login screen should never be impacted by services that are outside the scope of the actual login please fix this as this is really annoying i am using an android device

Screen shot mustn't be allowed while app is running. Another problem is virtual credit cards are not accepted by many companies. Especially in Europe. When you buy a train ticket the scancode info on printed ticket is different then your h credit card and they behave you like a thief and fine you. Also on booking website I paid with virtual credit card which is safer. But hotel said they can't get money asked me to pay cash..... You must develop your technology and security..............

Nice and well designed Mobile Banking Application.However there are lots of restrictions applied to the branches operating in TRNC. These restrictions prevent the users of benefiting from the facilities. Also there are transactions that you can not perform and have to pay a visit to the branch. The major aim of this kind od applications is to help clients to do almost everything without needing to take the time of bank employees.

Add more investing options Most of the features are not working

Diffrent users can not login in the same app. For example looking to İşCep app!

Android 12 and Garanti BBVA is NOT working corporately. Application is not opening , just a wide white empty screen.

Functional app, but the issue is the bank's archaic and nonsensical practices i.e. credit card charge disputes- they insist that you pay for the disputed item or be delinquent and it takes months to resolve it. I disputed a charge via the app, received an acknowledgement and still pending since March2021. Perfect example on not trusting the customer, what kind of a bank makes its customer pay for a disputed charge- oh, this one! Unlike Citibank, Amex or Discover...etc.

The app started stopping but couldnot reach support by phone as answering machine is sending the code to the stopped app!! After many hours found its a problem with last update of Android System WebView causing crashing of many apps.

I was able to download the app, but unlike the one I had on my ipad, which I loved, and which no longer works, it doesn't seem to have an english language function. This makes it much more difficult to use.

Looks nice, but I don't know how a person outside Turkey can open an account online

Terrible, I've started using it yesterday and after I set it up I closed it. When I tried to log in again it says the password is wrong. Since I still don't have Paracard I have to go to the branch to take new password. It is just a waste of time.

Best banking application compare to other, friendly ui design, easy to access everything with one tap. What it needs in my opinion is after you spend some money the currency is doesn't change.

Application asks for new password and would accept only 6 character long password made of numbers only and then reject it saying it is too easy to guess! Never seen such badly designed "security"

something is wrong with this app. all of my entries are correct but I can't login. is there a WhatsApp number to call Garantibank from abroad? UPDATED: doesn't work with galaxy note 9 phones. WhatsApp numara var mi?
