Garden of Words - Word game

It moves along well to the next levels.Gives you options to keep it as simple.Or to pick the level you feel challenges to suit you best. I have started playing with my two oldest granddaughter's.Ages 8 and 5 on their fire tablets.They are having fun and learning to spell words at the same time! They think I'm Cool! I just love them and that they love to learn spelling 🌟

The game freezes almost every other puzzle. Some of the ads also freeze and you can't get back to your game. This was my go to game to relax at bedtime but now it's more of a headache. As of today watch out. It tells you to update to their newer version and whatever you choose it leads to Google Play and tries to get you to install another game instead. I tried to get out of it but each time it would go back to Google play and a different game it wanted me to install, no update. Total scam.

I enjoyed the game and bought the ad free version a long time ago. While I don't get any actual ads with each passing update I get more and more ads from the game trying to convince you to watch ads. Every few moves, a pop up appears trying to convince you to watch an ad. You used to be able to claim your stars all at once. Now you can only claim 40 at a time for the sole purpose of them trying to convince you to watch an ad. It's intrusive and obnoxious. I bought an ad free version...

When selected, the correct word does not register. Sometimes this game not stable because of this. And this game continues to NOT accept the correct letters at times.👀 Ok, so now this app gets hung within one minute of playing. Its worse than before. Ridiulous number of ads! Entirely too many ads. Ridiculous!

It was my favorite until yesterday. They changed some things and now it locks up on almost every video so I can't collect coins that way and have to reboot. Very frustrating. Wasting time trying to get back into the game just to get locked up again. Will try again as I have lived it for months now.

awesome. plenty of hints if you get stuck. this is the best word game for seniors. no pressure, just very relaxing. no ads if you pay the small fee. please don't make any changes. absolutely love lt. all you seniors come aboard

This game just kept freezing and freezing and sending me back to Google Play store when I didn't want to go there. So guess what uninstall.

I have played this game for many levels so I could give a fair review. The choice of words is really absurd. On one level, every word I chose was wrong. This is way too frustrating. Am uninstalling. Looking for something better.

Would Give 5* Despite Being a Freemium Game, but. . . The actual app is super glitchy. Will try several times to lock in a word and it won't work unless I use shuffle a few times. Kind of annoying. May delete ): *update: I deleted it. It got annoying. I want to play quickly. Not challenging enough.

Developers: deleting my review does not change my mind. I was into the 7 and 8 letter word making; why on earth would you believe I wanted to start over with 3 letter words? I also had lots of points and was looking forward to more. Zero points. I would gladly pay for no ads, but...

After this last update, most of my progress has been lost. I went from almost 10,000 unique words found to almost 2,000 words. I have no desire to start almost over. I contacted customer support but received no help. Time to uninstall!

Best word game for Mindfulness., V Positively Focused. Good spelling isn't an issue if you can progress logically. Includes a Bonus Word capture that you collect, so extra words you find vithin the letters aren't dismissed or ignored and a small bonus is ...well.. a bonus haha.

It's a bit repetitive, but still ok. I like handers that challenge me mentally. However, the mental reading only goes up to 100 after that there's nothing. Considering that's one of the features that made me give this game a try, it was disappointing. It would be nice if the game added more letters as you progress to increase vocabulary. I understand that ads help make a free game possible, but darn... This game and most newer games have gone a bit overboard with commercials.

Your new update for definitions lol,, well it took ponts from 40 to 20. Points I earned by yhe way. I'm uninstalling it.. loved this game until you updated it. I didn't care about the daily game. But the coins I got from extra words, you should have left that alone. I am looking for another game. I've played this game for a few years. And finished the sister games before this one.

Too many ads. Other games are out there that play the exact same way and cost less or have fewer ads for "free" play. Other reviews are right. Game play is nothing like the ad.

I saw the advertisement and thought this would be a fast paced and challenging scrolling word game. Nope! False advertisement!!! It is the same as all the Wordscapes games I play. Shame on you game developers for being deceitful! I immediately uninstalled.

Great game to keep my mind sharp in spelling. I love word puzzles so this is great.

The ad showed it was like a crossword that continuously scrolled up while youre looking for the words and when i actually played it was not what they advertised AT ALL!!!!! Just like wordscapes. I already play wordscapes why wpuod i want 2 of the same stupid game? Waste of time and pointless.

Lots of fun, and the ads aren't TOO annoying. But I cant transfer game progress between devices, or after having to do a system restore when my phone acted up. The early levels are so easy as to be boring, and I've lost patience with having to restart twice in less than 2 weeks, due to hardware issues. I just uninstalled the app because it's not worth it anymore.

I would love to give 5 stars. I enjoy the game immensely when it is working properly. When it's not I get so frustrated it kinda defeats the whole purpose...So to whom it may concern : 1. It freezes up.on a regular basis, making me have to shut down and restart. 2. I no longer care what words you choose to use in your puzzles but I just wish you'd be more consistant. Proper names or not, for example. 3. And don't get me started on the points award system! I'm getting cut.off

I like the game itself a lot, but sometimes there were two ads per puzzle. I didn't need points, but it kept offering that if you didn't want to see ads anymore you could buy points and get rid of ads. I bought the points, but the ads are still there. This made me lose respect for the game and its makers as well as being quite annoyed at the deception.

The update is pretty horrible. As others have said, the fact that it gives you so many free letters in each level takes out some of the challenge, also the fact that the cost of hints have gone up is disappointing. One thing that happened after the upgrade, when I click on my clover it keeps making me use clovers to unlock an image, it doesn't let me do it once and then ask if I want to do it again, I have to shut the game down to get back to the menu every time.

Not specifically good for learning as advertised. Wanted to improve my German vocab. However both hints and dictionary were in German as well. Could be a nice feature to select two languages - one for hints, another for the words in play. And well, too many ads. All 30 sec videos, after every round and every time you return to the app after minimizing. Annoying

I was having a great time with Garden of Words until the game was interrupted to ask if I wanted to interface and have my information made available under your privacy policy. When I said no by pressing the button and turning it from green to red meaning no, the game became frozen to me. I then was asked three choices--selected Send Report. At first I pressed the center selection, but went back and did it again correctly. I tried later only to find I had to start over instead of continuing.

I enjoy this game. At 71, these type of games help me stay alert as well as help keep my hand/eye coordination sharp. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because somes when I play an ad vidro to get the extra points to use to purchase "hints"... I can't close it & get back to my game. It's like the ad is on a loop. So... I just close it and reopen it. Fun game for Seniors or people learning English as a Second Language.

it's a fun game and I'm learning new words and their meanings. I would like to see more coins given though. it shows a lot of coins being given only to find out it's maybe 1or 2, sometimes 10 or a little more, but not often. There are two many glitches in the game. It want let you watch videos to get or double your coins. It also freezes so you can't play it.

I thought that when you got a new phone, and were signed into Facebook, it would sync the accomplishments you had. The thing I dislike about this game is if you had made purchaces on your old phone, they would not transfer to your new one. I have purchased the no ads at least three times when I have gotten a new phone. The price of this has gone up double. I have also purchased all of the super hero packs, which I don't have now accept for 2 of them. I refuse to pay again. FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!

This is a great game. I really enjoy it and have been challenged. I would give it a 5 star but everytime it ask to watch a video, I click it, it says 'video not available at this time'. these more coins are to be given. I have tried to watch at various times. Plus 10 bonus words gives choice to watch video to get more coins, but at times it just goes ahead and gives the lesser amount of coins. What is the benefit of spending the clovers? And why do you lose some even when 'no thanks' is chosen?

Have to turn off all data and WiFi to play without being spammed by ads. Then after I've finished my session, fully close the game, and go to turn these assets back on, my phone freezes until I manually restart it by removing the battery. The game is nice, but the number of ads and the freezing bug bring you down a few stars.
