I can't load any amount to esewa it always says "error 1002 and please login again". What is this? I can't pay money in time. I've faced many difficulties due to this problem.Please fix it.

New review: Now its good. Everything works nicely. Thanks. Old review: Completely useless. No way to reset online login password at all. its been 2 months since i am trying and still no help at all. I dont know who designed this application. It takes 10 min to just explain difference between txnpin and login password to it guy. Worst service. I asked them to reset my login password but still no hope.
No proper transaction through this app. I lost my Rs, 50 during an error occurred while transaction. Is this the new way to steal money? Hope you kindly refund my money or you lose one of your loyal customer. Also, the funny thing is that we cannot even complain through app.. It always says that it is having some problem. This app is garbage
I don't know why If I use correct Password and Mobile number It starts to take so much time to login and atlast It says Taking too long Pls try again... So frustrated to use Other mobile banking don't have this type of issues... they are pretty good to use...pls fix this prblm
3 stars because it used to work before but nowadays it does not work properly and doesn't even show the account balance please fix it as soon as possible! I am hopefully seeking for the improvements!

The app is good but needs some IMPORTANT changes. In a slow connection it states transaction failed but the amount is transfered. Its not that pleasing.
I did transfer some money from my bank account to my personal e-sewa account. The money was shown as transaction successful in this app but the e-sewa app is not showing any received money and not even a statement. Fix this issue!
Does not open the app. When we open this app, and it said "its taking too long time to process. If you have performed any transaction, please check its status before redoing it."
I can't send money as it says login again error code 1002 again and again. I have been doing it for 2 hours now! It doesn't even show my account number in the process! Please FIX IT!!
Does not work on esewa topup. While using it says error code : 1002, experienced since last year. Need to improve.
I don't recommend anyone for using this app.Worst mobile banking app . After login several times it doesn't show available balance in account. Hope this problem solved soon.
its good but can be very annoying sometimes.Whenever I need money urgently,it doesn't load my balance and the money is sent after hours.Very annoying .Hope you work on it soon

we cannot set password worse app many more errors what do u mean by special character
