It feels so unpolished, like a beta version even though it was released in 2017! My watch used up 30% battery compared to 10% without it, which is at least bad! My Android Wear watch was using much less battery! And the worst is that the data is all wrong! There is a recurring pattern of no sleep data (red) and in-between light sleep; for sure not valid data. I will disable the add-on until at least the data issue is fixed. The developer can certainly ask for any information I can provide.

Takes a lot of time for the app on the watch to connect to this one, but ultimately it works every time. Not very happy with the battery use on the watch, thought - today it ate 45% (few days worth of normal use!) - and shows only HR, totally missing out SpO2 it supposedly measured as well. App goes in the right direction, but I'll stop using it until power/sensor use is reconsidered. I'm happy to help dev with more thorough experiments if the need a hand.

It continues to disconnect as per the other comments. Has been an issue since released and still isn't fixed. Makes the entire program unusable. Most days I need to delete the recorded sleep and put in the actual sleep period recorded from my watch. I bought this based I the promises made by their advertising. They have over promised and under delivered have not taking the time to fix this issue despite it's been ongoing since day one. I want my money back I'll just use the watch features but no-one ever seems to respond to those emails just a robot telling you to do the same stuff every time.

Doesn't work at all for me. I have the vivoactive 3 music. App only shows "waiting for connectivity" when testing sensor. Watch hangs at : starting... Any help would be appreciated. Edit: still not working. I have all necessary parts installed and sended an detailed email to you on 21.07 but got no answer.

Previous version was fine. This one isn't working properly. When alarm going off and watch is vibrating long press then snooze or dismiss does nothing. Snoozing alarm via phone doesn't stop vibrating watch, needed to switch watch on & off. --- This morning the vibrate alarm didn't start, which is fine as phone woke me up, had to long press & force stop app. Better but still wouldn't describe as working as designed. Samsung S7 edge & Vivoactive 3

I have been using Sleep as Android for years: with no wearable, the with a pebble, then with a garmin. As others have noted the battery drain from this overnight is substantial - with no pulse ox it uses about 34% of the battery on a brand new vivoactive 4, and a bit more with pulse ox. It may be that due to characteristics of the garmin it is impossible to avoid, but it is a bummer. The support for so many wearables is great - hopefuly there is some room for tuning left in this one.

The Sleep as Android app is amazing, but the Garmin integration is not. Very manual (have to launch it from your watch every single night), kills the battery and honestly you're better off just using your phone, which is unfortunate if you sleep wearing your watch. I'm sticking to Sleep as Android on my phone hence the low rating for this specific app.

When I start it, it often takes 2 times. The first time it will restart the watch. When I want to stop it in the morning, it will do nothing. If I stop it from my phone, the watch keeps starting sleeptracking untill I shut off the watch. It used to work fine. But not anymore

"Launch Sleep: Y/N" -- 'Yes' does not seem to do anything on my Vivoactive 3. 'No' will stop the watch from vibrating for *maybe* a minute. Going to bed seems to be the best way to make the watch stop buzzing, and even then it will periodically buzz with the "Launch Sleep: Y/N" message until you're fully knocked out. This is slowly driving me insane.

Rarely works even with many manual attempts at enabling. Seems to constantly be out of sync with the app and/or running when it shouldnt be running. When it did work once it drained about 70% of my battery overnight.

Doesn't work anymore. No data at all. Have tried reinstalling in specificied order. Random "starts" as well, but still no data at end of night. Less than 1 in 20 success rate now. Just used to work pretty well.

It is a bit buggy, for example sometimes you can start from your the watch other times you use the phone. Or is says starting when its already connected but for the most time works at advertised, from what I can see it will use about 15-20% of your battery each night.

Garmin vivoactive 3 froze completely. Had to hard reset my garmin to get it to work again, so that I could uninstall the app from my device. Needed my device as a watch and pay pass, but couldn't use it until it finally responded to the hard reset. Not happy at all.

Worked reasonably well with my Fenix 3, but completely locks my Vivoactive 3 and is unusable. Such a shame - was really useful on the Fenix. Update - the locking has been fixed! Now if the light wasn't coming on whenever i move, despite having that turned off.

It's been working great for months now on a Fenix 3HR. Support is great. Went through some bumps, but Garmin sometimes the problem (they released a watch OS the rebooted at midnight). Good to see this develop into something good.

Apart from the battery issue! On Garmin Sq it seems like the touch input to disable the alarm is bugged. I have to try clicking disable alarm for five minutes before the input is accepted as disable alarm and not "go back to alarm view".

App. seems great until you notice it's drained the battery on your watch. Sort this out and it might be usable, until then will be deleting it as not fit for purpose!

Absolutely it will drain your battery. I've tried starting it from the phone and watch with the same result. Sleep as Android is great, but the battery drain on the Garmin is too much.
