This game is incredible. It has beautiful graphics, a genuine story mode, nice background scenarios and a really good game play. The game play actually feels really smooth. The game does have deep mechanics. Each character for instance has a move that can be cancelled and can be combined with a super or combo. Characters also have feints, a taunting move, which can also be used to string certain hits or moves and thus do long combos+desperation moves or even implement cancels. This game, along with kof 98, is on my top 3 fighting games list. I personally use the touch controls of the screen. Sometimes they become unresponsive but the issue can fixed by swiping the top screen with your finger.
Excellent touch screen controls. Have not tried with controller yet. Great emulation
Easily not only one of the best fighter ports I've played, but one of the best ports I've played in general. Not only have the graphics been optimised for android but the controls too. Whilst there's nothing feels as good as blutoothing a controller, I appreciate that the team porting this gave mobile users, and on the go gamers, the option of new buttons to make up for the touchscreens lack of speed and responsiveness. SF pay attention this is how you port a top fighting games.
I've been trying to contact devs to fix the game but no response from them!!! So now, I have to assume I got ripped off!!! I'm very unhappy!!! (Please fix the game, I really want to play.) Edit: Wow SNK YOUR AWESOME!!! The game is finally working, thank you so much!!!
Amazing game that has been well ported to phone. Everything from the controls to the games opinion says that snk really cared.
This game rocks! I've never played Garou until my friend mentioned that I should try it out. I found it on mobile here and it is fantastic! Best $4 I've spent in a long time. The only complaint I have is that the on-screen buttons are kind of small (even at their largest), so my fat sausage fingers sometimes miss the buttons. But still one of the best fighting games I've played
It's a great fighting game to play on android for sure but the lack of remapping and adding button on the screen makes it a hassle to play without a controller. C+D is necessarily to play it fully and there's no button that combines those 2 which is a reoccurring issue on every fighting game port for the Android. The lack of online multiplayer is also a big downside. I hope you update the game at least to add the C+D button to the on-screen controls.
One of my favorite SNK Games. Although gameplay and controls are great, the AC button Macro is pretty much useless, Please change it to BC button Macro. Also, the bluetooth multiplayer needs fixing, stuck on the "waiting for other player" screen for too long. At least the Bluetooth controller feature functions very well
I bought this because I loved playing the game back in the day and had no other way to play it. The controls aren't as responsive as they could be. I also wish the screen controller didn't cover up the action. Especially in such a beautiful game like this. Still worth the price of admission just to support SNK.
I love most SNK fighting games including this one during the good ol' arcade times. But unfortunately the SP and Ultimate buttons are not properly functional on my phone. I will give 5 stars if you please fix the SP and Ultimate buttons. Thanks for keeping the good memories alive, SNK~♡
Peak SNK in your poket. Garou MotW is one of the best,if not THE best SNK games and this mobile port is pretty great. Although i wish the local bluetooth multiplayer worked better and that there was online play. They could totally add online rollback netcode if SNK wanted to, they did it on other platforms with the aid of Code Mystics. Hope they do an updated version of this some day

I am happy to play and purchased the one of the best SNK fighting game from late 90's, and hopes for more SNK classic could coming to android. This game is pretty smooth though if switch AB or AC to CD button would be perfect.
No longer able to unpack the game. Unplayable on newer versions Android
Playing on my Mayflash fightstick and it runs fantastically! Admittedly plugging a fightstick into a phone is a weird way to play, lol. But this is a perfect port, well worth the $3.
I cannot play the phone with a new Android 11 version. Unpacking files fail it says. Please fix this issue. Also the other SNK games do not work. I paid for them I would like to play them. Please fix it!!
The port is just as amazing as its Ps4 counterpart. The only problem is the touch screen, which would be a problem any game since it is on phone. No fault ont the game, though!!
Unable to play... Error showing "unpacking files failed". Reinstalled app multiple time and yet nothing works. Refund if possible...
Best solid fighter on Android right now. Would like the option to move the controls farther to the sides and replace the yellow borders with black.
on like long Trips and if you just bought the game it will keep you entertained for a while and it barely takes up any space,while at that the game runs smooth, and it's simple to control fun to play
Simply love it. It gives u that old arcade feel and it has nice fluid movements and controls. All in all its a 5/5 from me, a guilty pleasure I love to play.
A good port og the classic arcade fighter. The navigation menu added kindof clashes aesthetically with the game itself but aside from that its good fun grabing a controler and playing this anywhere
this port is really nice , feels and sounds great. just with there where more options for a controller.
Good game. Very easy to pick up and play, recommended to anyone. Two things, please make your games with online play for the future, and please make snk vs Capcom.
It's very good game on android app. Setting customizer own style layouts size small to large buttons. I love fatal fury!!
Diagonal movements don't work with my IPEGA controller. App is developed for an old version of Android. No full screen. Asked for a refund. Sorry.
Love the arcade expierience! If only it had an online feature. Id pay extra to see this game revamped...(cause i think freeman is iori after ash took his powers) but great game when i hav no service
I'm using a moto gamepad. For some reason my stick does not work properly on snk games and the dpad is unusable. Sad. one of my favorite games.
Hands down the best fighting game port on Android. I've been trying out many of the ports available on Android and this one is by far the best. Great graphics, smooth gameplay. I'm not a big fan of touchscreen controlls on ports like these, or any on screen buttons for that matter, and you really aren't getting the full experience unless you get controller. These games where built for those. But then again, if you're a fan of fighting games that's nothing new for you.
