At the moment gets a 2 as the app crashes constantly. Tried a job sheet and it produced it with half the information missing. Not very fluid or intuitive, i raised a few days schedules but there is no way to transfer the visit info from job schedules to contacts for forms / job sheets. Could be awesome value for money but it has to work first.
Incompetent Software and support, don't waste your money!! Constant issues for android users, duplicates invoices, marks invoices as paid, mixes up your customers, mixes up addresses, doesn't populate correctly, doesn't remind you about renewal gas safety certificates, doesn't upload or backup when it's supposed to, doesn't populate emails like it's supposed to etc etc etc
I am very happy with the application. It does what it says on the tin. As with everything there are the occasional things that require a phone call. That brings me to the office support Sarah. She is great, Sarah will be totally honest and if she does not know she will get to the bottom of it one way or another. The app works the forms are easy to fill out and the support is good. On the back of the support I'll rate it 5. I am a android user and am changing to a tablet to make it easier. All my stuf is saved and I am CCed into everything so i even have a copy saved elsewhere.
Not very good on android doesn't backup info. Doesn't sync oil certs and quite often information isn't there when viewing certs .
Very hard to use, just wants to take over my tablet. Subscribed me to pro but have no idea how to cancel. Doesn't show any details on gas certs.
Very happy. Just got my first load of service reminders for last years files. £££££ more to be made this year.
Contact with support it's impossible , several mails send without answer, but they collect money every month without problem
App Shuts down constantly. After just installing canf egg it to run. As soon as I start a form it shuts dow. No use to me. sorry
Needed help with my logo. They sorted it staright away so I could have it show on my files.
I work in areas where there is no signal in Scotland I can still produce gas repoirts and it makes my life easy.
Good support on the phone.

This is my first review. Seems a good app. My plumber mates told me about the app.
Just done my year end. Went to Gas Checker exporeted all my invocies into a CSV for my accountant. We're both happy.

Very poor recently andriod had stopped working cannot make invoices or certs . Poor
Can't save certificates after filling all details. It doesn't appear in the folder. It's really annoying. You have to fill in the form good few times to make it appear in the folder.
After persevering with this for over 2 years I am just about to admit defeat and give up with it, the only software I've ever used that gets worse with every update, even simple things like certificate numbers now don't work, and don't get me started on the heap of rubbish they call the invoicing section, that would only occasionally save the correct name and address to the correct invoice, total rubbish. They have never, not once, replied to email. This has potential, I need to be able to print certificates out, this is easily done, but the never decreasing bugs just make in a waste of time. I despise filling in paper forms, but for the sake of my blood pressure I'm going back to them. Good riddance, and I hope you have the success your talent deserves. Which is none..
As with all software it has its bugs. That's why it's important to let the developers know. Leah on customer help desk couldn't be more helpful always seems to resolve problem with a temp work around and then an update to app normally very quickly. Very happy with app it's saved me money and time
When app times out all information is lost you then. You then have to start from beginning. It would also be better if ther was an option for certificate numbers to be sequential. Sticking to paper certificate for time being. Emails not replied to.

Best app with THE best customer support aftersales
Decided not to carry on with the subscription after a price increase. Gas app deleted all my record. I say mine because I paid for the subscription. The records belonged me. They dud not give be the option to back up my records. Lost all my customers data. Very rude Customers service.
Been using this app for 10 yrs maybe. its constantly playing up lately. Won't give me any reminders after September 2021. I lost my entire customer list on my old Pro account when I changed company name. Can't even view old invoices without paying for another pro acc on that old company. TBH if I wasn't so used to it I'd have changed ages ago. All I want and expect is that the constant bugs get sorted and access to the account from different platforms like apple when I use android usually.
