I have a really bad experience today, I booked the gas cylinder yesterday and selected timeslot next day 6-8 AM. I waited till 9: 30AM and no update from the company. I called them at 9:30 AM and informated that it is urgently required, they said it would be delivered immediately. Again waited till 12:30 and called the customer service now to cancel the order. I will never use this service anymore.

Placed an order many times, and it ends with the same result, driver confrims, then call to cancel saying he's unable to deliver . And till now no response from customer support for refund8ng the amount. So much for trying to fulfill a service

I would like to know the breakdown of my payments because it was not shown in my receipt where you get the additional charge. It was only shown 17. 25sr 6.19 vat... then the total price is 47.24 sr? How did u compute this?

I absolutely loved there services and prices but i was really shocked to see their prices went double from last time I used it and even more shocked about installation prices until they change their price it's one star for me

Delivery is always delayed by atleast 1 day. Till now ordered many times but everytime the same issue.

Update: After the app gained enough popularity with excellent service they decided to Increase delivery prices by over double. This is excessive, and until they go back to what made them a decent service, they will be 2 star from me.

Pretty much useless service I requested for few water bottle with express delivery option it almost like 2 hour no response no option of calling customer support service don't respond. Devastating experience.

Fast and easy. I book a delivery for LPG at 2:00am in the apps then they deliver it at 8:10am. Wadi Laban area the best.

One thing, we pay more for food delivery and bringing gas is not an easy task. They are charging 5 SAR for just putting the regulator. Initially I was happy, soon I realized that they have not only increased charges for delivery but also included a night shift price, which starts after 6 PM.

5 stars for the captains but half star for the app. Cause you are taking the VAT twice , so you are stealing us

It was good experience to get the gas tank and stuffs needed ..only decline was no invoice for the order ..even the helpline..did not respond properly for my request for invoice ..

The first time I used the app,, they were so efficient and I really recommended the app to my friends,, I think they got too busy and do not care of their clients anymore. I ordered gas yesterday and requested for delivery for between 4 and 6 pm,, I am still waiting. They should have a working customer care contacts.

This app is a joke I have placed multiple orders and no delivery The customer service are trying to solve the issue but no delivery

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE / WORST SERVICE - i booked a refill purchase with this app and expecting the refill gas will arrive expectedly BUT GUESS WHAT??? THE DELIVERY HUMANS ARRIVED IN THE MAIN LOCATION AND I AM WATCHING THE MOVEMENT OF THE DELIVERY AND IN MY SURPRISED THE DRIVER OR WHOEVER ADMIN OF THE APP CANCELL THE ORDER AND I REACH CS AND THEY SAID THEY CAN'T REACH ME?? I CHAT PRIOR TO THE CANCELLATION THAT I AM EXPECTING THEM TO THE TIME I SET THE DELIVERY... WORSEN SERVICE

Ignoring . Not precise in time at all. Not suitable for emergency. You have to wait the whole day at home for the driver

Less than 1 start Updates, I have ordered one cylinder and got a confirmation to deliver after 3 days. And now after 5 days still my order ia ready to deliver.Tried to contact the CS many times but they are useless as well. - Old feedback Useful application but expensive delivery fees! Changing the Gas Cylinder cost 15.75 riyals and with delivery it will cost 32. 29 riyals without installation. The delivery fees is too much. I found this application is useful only in some emergency situation.

I requested a gas refill and it got delivered in less than 10 mins! I dunno if this is a coincidence or this the regular service. After all it was a great experience, the price was more than the double though, but still worth it.

Made an order. Driver never found my location so I cancelled it. He then stated on the app that he delivered the gas to me. I was then given a discount code as an apology. Buy the next driver didn't accept it and said I needed to pay in full. I wrote to them twice on the app but didn't receive any response. Very bad service.

Most of my orders didn't follow the schedule. I really Appreciate most your driver specially to AHMD SALIH for being nice, good approachable driver. Specially when the times that my order are too much late from the other drivers. Big thanks to him 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Worst app ever. Imagine they're charging 9 for a water bottle + vat(in stores 9sr includes vat) + shipping 17sr. Whoever is doing the pricing needs to wake Up. Stop stealing from ppl. Sr.47 to get one gas bottle? Really?

Don't used this aap these people's are bigger layers. Two days before i put odder still i did receive. I already pay amount. Still i Don't have water & Gass. Two time help line attend my call and he promised me. But still not drivers come. Play store should remove this aap.
