Gata Driver

This app totally makes your phone run slow and it also doesn't work over 40% of the time. Goes offline always and logs you out too much. Worse app I've ever used to date

Crashes my phone alot and does not stay updated in background mode. Have to re-login constantly so implementing fingerprint pad to login would be helpful and safer!!

Worked great when they kept it updated. Contacting customer support is useless. Dispatch side is current just not driver app.

Even though you are ranked 1 you don't seem to get the first call in your area. Quite annoying and causing a lack of money in driver's pockets.

Have been using a few years just upgraded phone and it doesn't work properly. Can you please upgrade app?

I cant access the app...i dont have a login and it wont let me create one 😔

App still can't run properly when my device screen goes to sleep. I use to be able to put my screen to sleep and the gate app would run in the back ground. But here with in the last few months it would seem that when my screen goes off in five min I would go off-line on the dispatchers dashboard. When I woke the screen up I would still be logged in and about 3 secs after I wake the screen up I would suddenly come back online on the dash board.

No complaints whatsoever will always use it when on duty

After several years use, this system no longer has tech support. Forget trying to use any of the map functions, and far too many system crashes. We have moved in to MTI.....far better .

We use the gata app at our taxi company and found out a major flaw in the design. Look at the memory in the processes and you will discovery that it builds up way too much memory and will eventually slow or freeze up the device you are working on. It is much more likely to happen soon on a smart device since there is less memory. If you have been experiencing theses freezes you now know why. It happens on the gata site and the driver app. It had potential. It looked really nice but this is a major issue that can't simply be ignored if you are running this app and need it to run smoothly. To avoid your device from slowing or freezing close the app or page completely and reopen it. This resets the memory to the default. You will have to do this occasionally because it continues to build memory again.

The app works great. Needs a way to message dispatch.

Keep asking me the password and usedname

This is the next big thing as far as dispatching is concern. I love the option of having it on my phone. Makes everything much more fluid👍.

It's a new system for cab business but not even close to the older system I used from 8yrs ago

I own a cab company in Ann Arbor Michigan and SAT and played with this application for approximately an hour. It seems very customer and driver friendly which impressed me greatly. I also spoke with the developing staff and they were very helpful as well as informative I am considering using this application for my entire company. And if you're in the market for a good dispatch application you might want to give these people look as well. Thumbs up

Very easy to use and friendly doesn't required any special equipment or computer if you owen a taxi or transportation company to dispatch this is the best I own capital city cab in Sacramento California and we are going whit this guys best software in the market.

Very glitchy. Always crashing lately. Sadly I used to love this app, but it's just not very progressive. I feel like they don't care anymore. :(
