I loved the app till the app updated and now it's no longer supported on my device. Please fix this I have an LG G6.
It will not let me log in!! This has been going on for over a month now!! I did the update and it's still will not work!

Easy to use banking app with only one problem. Unfortunately there was an update and now my mobile deposit is awful. You can have perfect lighting and placement of a check on a dark background, and then after the picture is taken it does some contrast editing and the edges of the check are black or it does a complete whiteout of the check. I've tried with and without flash and it just appears you have to get lucky for a submit table picture now. This has become very frustrating taking 5-10 attempts to deposit a check.
I love that I can help my child out if I can on his account... He still learns lessons, and not always the easy way...
Your update for the check deposit is complete garbage it takes so much longer for it to actually take the picture correctly

Great option for banking
Sometimes depositing checks is frustrating. It keeps making you retake the picture several times. I have an app from another bank that works much better for depositing
Love the check deposit feature makes my life way easier. Also gate city is awesome because they offer automatic at bank card reissue if your wallet gets lost or stolen!
The Gate City app makes banking easy. I can quickly send money using popmoney, deposit checks (& with the most recent update the camera works SO much better), and transfer money between accounts. Easy set up, was able to work everything from the app.
App functions well, good interface, great real time updating, and ability to transfer from account to account very helpful. Could use a little updating to a pin login rather than full password would be my only suggestion.
This will not open on phone, unless I open and close it for about 20 minutes. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

This app is great. First time I used it was easy a can be. Checking your balances and depositing checks is a snap. Great app. Oh yeah you can transfer money also. Although I haven used that yet, if it is as easy as the others, I won't leave home without it.
