I cannot add new guests from the app. I can only create an event. When I try to add an individual guest, it takes me to a blank page and at the bottom it says 'click to reload' and when I do, it restarts the whole app.

This app is garbage. Can not add quest without error or incomplete data collection. You must be kidding in this day and age to not adequately test your functionality before release. Non intuitive design with super small font. You can do better! Tried to use on 10Feb2022. Still not able to add guest. Don't waste your time on this app.

The last android update introduced a new bug. Now each time I open the app it requires my credentials. Also can you add the possibility to save the pass as an image on my phone. Because it makes it easier for me to send the image to my airbnb guest through airbnb app. Thanks

New update is the worst. None of my info shows. My guest list is gone and I keep getting notifications on all my numbers emails. It doesn't have any options to remove it but only to save.

Ever since the update I have not been able to sign into the app however my login still works for the website. This is very inconvenient. The old app worked just fine. I have contacted the company several times and they have yet to respond with a resolution.

they ask for access to everything on your device storage. files,images,photos, the keys to your kingdom. No explanation and no point when all it does is update a server based database with who you have invited to your residence. A single rogue employee would have access to all of YOUR personal info on the phone. I called and got nothing but an uncaring run around from a policy restricted receptionist DO NOT INSTALL if u care about your privacy unless the company provides a trustworthy response

Since the UI change, the app does not stay logged in and requires my credentials each time I open. This means I no longer get notifications, rendering the app mostly useless.

Updated app is not as user friendly. Why would you now have to enter a first and last name? For companies you were always able to just enter the company name. Now you are forced to enter a first and last name instead of just a company name. Also setting the date is now difficult and not easy to use. Overall this update is much worse than the original app.

Almost useless. I installed it so I could send barcodes to visitors via SMS, Android version doesn't seem to have that option. As a developer myself I can truly say this app (android version) is pathetic.

This new update is horrible. It says you can put a company name but it doesn't let you. The old app was so much better...the look of it and using it. It needs to change!! Why does it have an area to put your travel info? Nobody needs to know that info on this app!

How do you reset your password if you forget it?? This is annoying. I can't get in the app to add guests and my community won't allow people in if they aren't on the list! Do we see the problem??

This update reset itself on my phone and now I can not access the gate info on my phone...unless I log on again. I do not remember my freaking code and now I have to spend time calling the management office to get my code. Ridiculous...the other version was fine...if it's not broke don't fix it

I cannot add guests. When i select Guest List, it appears ok then immediately the top guest red delete bar comes across from the right to monetarily show the trashcan, then disappears. When i select Add Guest, the screen clears and i get a green reload bar on bottom. Rebooted phone (Samsung Note 8) and same effect. Must use website to add guests.

The problem is when I spell and select my community. It selects another community. I'm part of VC. It selects VCC. I HAVE TO GO AND USE BROWSER TO LOGIN AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS THERE.

Consistently doesn't allow guests to be added. Need to add from their website.

Doesn't work well on Android. It crashes when you try to add a new guest. I use it on Samsung Galaxy Note 9

Very problematic, I used to be able to add a company in the 1st name section and now it requires 1st and last name. Also the app keeps showing offline

04/17/20 Just updated to the latest version and lost my guest list.... Incredible 😖😖😖😖 Update 04/20 Thanks for the fix with the new update, the guest list reappeared.

To developer - please reformat and alphabetize the guest list. Very difficult to read the list in the new version.

Stopped working. Doesn't open. Reinstalled, still not working

This new version is awful! The old one was MUCH MORE BETTER and user friendly. This new one you must enter a last name AND first name! What if it is only "Dominos"? You have to enter in one dominos and in the other space "pizza" or delivery! Ridiculous! Hate this new version! Bring back the old one!!!

Liked the old version better. This one requires first name and we don't always have names especially if its delivery

Terrible. I can no longer log in even with the correct username and code. Aweful update!

This is horrible it works every 3rd or 4th time then the app disappeared from my phone

This new update broke the app and I am no longer able to login. Useless app, the community need to find a better one

Horrible usabilty. Earlier version better. Programmers shlould be investigatex for burming dowm previous app UI. A tragedy.
