A good reliable app for mobile banking if you use this credit union. It also has the added benefit of allowing you to view your credit score without negatively affecting it.
New update says app has violated security policies and will be shutdown then force closes. So annoying
Great app. easy to use for checking account balances and making check deposits. eliminates trips to the credit union for depositing checks. be sure to endorse checks according to your institution rules. also, quick balance feature is very helpful.
I like the number of options it has but the only thing that doesn't work on my Note9 are the alerts. I never get deposit or low balance alerts and sometimes I need those alerts. They get that issue fixed and they'll be the perfect app .
I can't get enrolled. I go through all of the steps to enter my personal information and set up a user name and password that the app tells me are acceptable username and passwords and then I get an error message saying I was not enrolled. What a useless app if it won't allow you to enroll
Excellent website and place to bank. Although I'm not happy with the alerts changed recently. Texts used to tell me how much was withdrawn and now it only says a debit was made. I like the alerts before the changes.
Stopped working a few days ago
Makes managing finances a breeze. Very easy to understand prompts and make internal and external transfers. Bravo!👏🏾

I can no longer link 3rd party budgeting apps to my account, and Gateway Metro has not been responsive at all whatsoever about this issue.
Everytime there is an update it wont let me log in as usual. Telling me that my password not right. This is getting old. I can't access my account because even going online does nothing.
Since the last upgrade, only a few of my pending posts are visible to me, including payroll deposits. This is true of the online page as well.
Great bank, but horrible digital experience with a horribly buggy login experience causing severely reduced confidence in their abilities to manage technology.
Easily five stars if not for the fact almost everyday for two or three hours the app won't open and I have to go online anyway to check my account activity.

It will not allow you into your account to transfer money from one account to another account. It is disappointing because that means I will have to go to an ATM to transfer money and get charged for that now.
Does what i need it to do but the mobile deposit of checks can be annoying in the sense of the taking pics part. Whats accepted and not accepted
The Gateway Metro app is very easy to navigate and user friendly.
Great options and if I need customer service or anything else GMFCU is always helpful.

Great app doesn't always have balances but that's due to credit union not the app

The app used to work fine, but now I can hardly ever login. The app will start to open and then immediately close. I've even deleted and re-downloaded the app and the issue keeps happening. At this point I have to go through 5-10 attempts to open the app before it actually opens.
