To use the Gather Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Gather FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

At 11pm I had to deposit $3 to avoid an overdraft fee. I went to Macdonalds and used my debit card yesterday because it said there was money available and tonight this app said I was minus just over $2. That -$2 would have cost me $20 in overdraft fees. How about an update that shows what is REALLY AVAILABLE so people don't get ripped off?
Latest Update is a problem! After I allowed install of the latest update on 4/5/22, I can't do transactions like pay or transfer. The app blacks out and puts me back to a login prompt. Please fix.
Very enjoyable , easy banking and they update me on when they will be on a maintenance shutdown so I'm not frustrated best app ever. But i always want more so if any new updates are coming, it's always welcomed.
App is really easy and simple to use. Also great for alerts on transactions.

Transferring from both checking and savings in the same account is amazing. I mean you receive it right away and you can you use right then and there!! And splitting my pay check 50/50 better yet once you request the teller about it WHOA, it is done!!!
This is by far my favorite bank mobile app. I love how easy it is to take a snapshot of your check to deposit. I've been a member since 2004 with KCFCU now Gather FCU and I haven't had any major issues with them! I've moved states and still keeps this as my "main" bank.

This app keeps kicking me off as soon as I'm able to log in, quite annoying. Also keeps asking me to create a pin that never remembers the pin created.
Connections to partners is awkward . Within the CU the site is good. Charlie ges kn formatting are not communicated to users. I suspect this causes surges in CS.
Pretty good. But would be excellent if we had the ability to process and view transactions in my VISA acct.
First couple weeks I couldn't log on. Called the bank. Did an update and app is great. A must have.

Recent update kicked me out and can't login. Not a very useful app if I can't access my banking info.

Latest update has crashed the app. Will not synch.
Although, I now live so far from Kauai, still continue banking with Gather because it's convenient using the mobile app.

was finally able to install this ap. unfortunatelly, have to give it a 3 as it wont sync, so that I have real time info. as a banking app, not having the correct information of my account creates confusion and chaos. need to be fixed. also all my other bank apps can sync for real time info, so its not my Net, phone or service.
