It's the worst courier service app you'll ever find. After picking up the parcel, I used to get a call to pay 300 more and I didn't receive receipt for the same. They charged an extra 100 for packing, which wasn't accounted in the bill as well. As soon as I paid 300, the Docket Number became invalid. Now, when I try to contact customer service through calls, chats aur mails, no one is reverting back. Moreover the customer service is so bad, they leave the chat without answering.

Providing review to an app for the first time and for a reason. The pickup function doesn't works properly. Keeps loading till infinite. Chats services are even worse. The executive keeps going offline and you can't reply at that moment. Call services are also not working

Worst service provider for logistics. Do not care for customers. Logged 3 time pickup request and they never came to pick the items. No call or follow up. Customer care do not know ground staff contact person number, they provided wrong number. Ground pickup staff do not pick up calls. Don't trust these guys for pick up. There are better reliable brands in market.

Not the best experience for a first timer. After contacting your people I got a proper response after about 2 weeks. The pick up person delayed the pick for about 1 more week and even after I gave him all the required info about the person it was to be delivered, he still forgot to mention the phone no on the package and that caused some inconvenience to both their delivery person and to the person whom the package was delivered to. Not so happy with the experience.

I had a average good experience with Gati. The pricing was the best part, as I got student discount. The delivery time was okay. Customer service was responsive but they had limited access/methods to help me while the docket was in transit. Overall, if I had to, I'd choose Gati again.

So many issues and error in this app. I can't login through this app inspired having a valid user acc with cust id and password that can be easily logged in via gati website. Bt even in the latest v2.1.4 of this app, while trying to login it says 'details doesn't match'. Also, in case of password recovery, the OTP isn't being send to the mobile no from this app. Fix this issues ASAP. An app with such issues where user can't login is completely useless.

Worst courier company I have ever seen. I don't have any idea, why Paytm uses their services. It's almost 3 months I have ordered a item in Paytm and still now, have not received it. Frequently, I get messages that the delivery was attempted, when no one came to my place; instead, they once called me to collect it from their place. Why should I collect it from their place. I could have bought it from the market instead.

Very bad experience. They tell one amount over the phone and after visiting they say different amount. They don't pack luggages at customers place. They take it to their warehouse and pack there which i didn't like. Problem also happened while delivering to my place. They wrongly updated delievry status without even calling once. Thankfully all item were delivered after continously following up for three days.

I placed a request for pickup for 22nd april. I didn't recieve any confirmation call and nobody showed up to collect the parcel. I contacted the expert agents of gati through call and email. both of them claimed that I'll receive a call in an hour and that they have put my request in urgent category. Its the end of 23rd april and I still haven't got in contact with anyone who can actually collect my pick up. Worst user experience, thanks to the expert services of gati.

THEY'RE A SCAM. I had my order which was to be delivered from IKEA, I onyl received half of the order and they showed complete delivery on the status and now they're not reverting or resolving my issue. Missing items even from the packed boxes and undelivered items altogether. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Very poor customer service. I requested a pick up from my home by going to website and entering details in the form. Someone called from customer care team who talked very rudely. She also disconnected the call without even finishing the conversation. You guys don't even deserve a single star.

The app is useless. Services are pathetic. My consignment started off from bihar on 11th and hasn't reached me in Hyderabad till 26th. Earlier the customer service was saying that they don't know anything about my dockit and they will TRY to find it. Finally they found it and now it's showing that the consignment was given to gati on 18th! I have receipt dated 11th. My consignment is still in Chennai (its not in the way) and not moving from there. Emailing and calling is useless and infuriating.

WORST service there is. Never i repeat Never use their service. They take so long to deliver, and when they did, they delivered a soaking wet package, with all my belongings wet, and ruined. Their customer service is horrible, so difficult to communicate anything with them. No reply after so many attempted complaints. They've mismatched my address and my package went missing. Such is the condition.

Very very slow courier service.. doesn't deliver the product even after 10 days that to when it's assured delivery..raised query on mail app..but no resolution..better choose blue dart...isn't there a option to give Negative rating

Once you log in, and click on any of the options you wish, it goes back to the log in page! So in short, you cannot click on anything within the app. Beats the purpose of its entire existence!

It's been more than month now, they couldn't deliver my table for this long. Plus the items which I received were all damaged while transferring. I was suggested as good service but it proved many wrongs!

Worst Experience ever,,,they update you with the contact person delivery number ,which doesnt work,,and they dont deliver your order in 1st attempt and update as "consignee address shifted or closed",,they dont have any customer number which is valid,and the one no which is active will be redirected to "Genie" which will say you to go to whatsapp for docket details and update status. And moreover if you register a complaint in thier app,it doesnot get reverted back to you..No 1 Worst service .

Unlike other reviewers my experience was not that awful, but I must share that my induction cooktop was delivered into pieces because of extreme poor packaging. I didn't check the items as soon as they were delivered and hence my complaint was not registered according to their terms and conditions.

They don't provide correct information. Delayed Services and they mention in the comments that no concerned person available. Very poor quality of customer service and support. They also don't provide delivery boy details. Disappointed with overall experience.

I had a terrible experience with Gati. The "assured delivery date" was 29th June and it's 10th July now and the item hasn't even been shipped to my place. I have been calling their pathetic customer service who keep saying the item will be shipped tonight every freaking day. It's the absolute worst courier service out there do not use this.

The worst logistics ever i have seen ...... No one is responding since two days am getting the out for delivery message and the contact of that person is switched of and from the customer support is not responding ....... even i kept the complaint on the app also they are not serious about the delivery ...... please don't use this app this is the worst logistics and having worst employees in this company .... Am suggesting you to don't use this
