This app is awful, bugs and glitches out and then you have to go all the way back to the beginning and it's such a process. Re-entering location and everything. Just awful. If you manage to even make it to the menue when you click on any food item in category it just says error. So much for those awesome online only deals!
My favorite pizza, but the app is definitely lacking. It gets the job done, and I'll keep using it, but having to start over because I accidentally hit the back button on my phone instead of the back button within the app is super annoying.
The payment screen did not seem to work correctly. Could only select cash then gave error telling me to select mode of payment. Had to go back and start payment over and accepted cash as the selection that time but i was hoping to pay card in the App. Otherwise it worked great and the order was easy to put together.
App works enough to place an order, but it's probably the most lacking app of any restaurant ever. The coupons never work and always say "store hasn't configured this properly," and it just isn't the best to navigate.
They took my favorite location off the app so now I have to drive 20 mins to a different location. Also, the app wants me to tip for a pizza I paid for and had to drive to pick up since they've taken away the only Gattis that was close enough to deliver. Why would I tip for the inconvenience?
This app is horrible! I can't leave a tip when I pay online. The pictures are bad. Some items have no descriptions. The coupons didn't work. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star simply because I was able to place an order. This app is the bare minimum.
not terrible. specials were easy to find. I had a little trouble knowing if I picked toppings since + /- are reverse. let's see if they get it correct when I pick up.
It doesn't seem possible to clear the cart of one item in case you change you mind. Also you can't add multiples. So if you want 4 sides of ranch you have to add it 4 times. Other than those things seems fine
Not have estimated time for delivery and pickup built in to the app makes it impossible to know which option to chose. This is really an easy thing to add and should be in there.
You can't put more than 32 characters in special instructions and everytime you back out of the app nothing is saved and the entire process starts over.
I would have rated this app as five stars because it has amazing deals for just about every type of pizza but the only problem is you don't have mushrooms as an option online to put on your pizza. That's a no no. I'm glad at least it's an option on the sampler or I would have probably given y'all up one star. Make this right
I had to redo my order multiple times because I had to go back and correct something and it didn't remember what I had in the cart. Ordering is easy enough, just wish it would actually save things to the cart.
Closest location wasn't available in list for "Home Store", but was found when attempting to order. Easy to use. Seems to have all options available.
the new updates really make this waaaay better. love the new clean UI. still a few things to make it better such as intuitive buttons during the selection process but otherwise very easy.
I cant give it 5 stars because the App could be better. A build your own pizza would be nice or run better specials such as a 2 pizza combo etcetera. They need to get on board with other pizza places
This app is horrible first off it doesn't give you the option to see password and it also show the location I want to order from as being closed which it is not.
It's ok. I do think it needs to improve. Great pizza should be paired with a great mobile app. How you going to let Domino's have a better app.
Dont order though the app because when you set a time to pick it up, you still gotta wait another extra 30 mins for them to make the food. So call in your order if you want your food ready on time. So I ended up waiting an hour an a half for the pizza. Not gonna use this app personal anymore!!!!
Takes too long to order thru this app. That is the main reason I use other stores because the app take much longer than other pizza apps. I love Gattis and have eaten there my entire life, so it was worth the extra time. Also needs a ETA... how can I track when my pizza will be here?
Worthless and totally frustrating. Halfway through order Wipes it out and you have to start over.
While functional, the app doesn't come close to the design principal of making everything accessible within 3 clicks. Ordering a pizza shouldn't take so many clicks
Difficult to use on android phone. Not easy to navigate from completed fields to get signed up. Almost gave up.
Gattis is amazing and this app works PARTICULARLY well. I have previously had trouble ordering the lunch special on it, but I haven't tried in a while so I'm not sure if they've fixed it. I love you Gattis!!! (Try their Sampler with jalapenos.. it is freakin FANTASTIC!)
I chose the ranch combo and didn't get the ranch or cheese sticks, you shouldn't have to select them if you're ordering through the deal. Very disappointed that I just got 1 pizza delivered.
Not horrible, but not great either. Took a bit of a learning curve to navigate the app. Otherwise, it's gets my order ready.
It's easy to order online, if you pick it up it's usually hot and ready in 20 mins. I love their pizza's and their Ranch is out of this world!!!😍
Smooth app, easy to order. This is one of those rare consumer apps that feels quicker and more convenient than the website.
I didn't see an option to add a good tip, will not use this app in the future for that reason. Everything else was good, but the tip issue is a dealbreaker for me.
Its a good app, I wish we were actually able to pay for pick up orders on it instead of only the option of paying at the restaurant.
Not the best app for ordering but not the worst, either. Domino's is far slicker, and they show specials up front - I had to think to click the "Deals" button at checkout after seeing a bill for $14. Oddly, pizzas are not the first offering shown - the pizza button should be on the top row of buttons. Otherwise, it's an adequate app. It won't win any design awards, though...
