The app is useless, can't find flights, if you do they have the wrong time as the app cannot handle the clocks moving back and forward. Premium security stated as open to 20.45 but latest time is 2 slots at 17.30?! What a shambles of an app

Android version hopeless and only useful bit (adding your flight) doesn't work. Rest of app is just info available online elsewhere via Google. Pretty poor show for an international airport.

Pointless App, what's the point when you can't login and link to mygatwick where i have booked parking and security packages ? Now I have to mess about finding emails etc when I get to the airport. In fact is even worse than that because the email for premium security doesn't contain the QR code required to get through , you have to log onto the website and download a PDF. Gatwick really need to get their act together, the whole setup is archaic, it should link seamlessly

Unable to add a flight. Date/calendar options do not work.

Can't select Today or tomorrow on Find a Flight section. Makes the app much less useful 🙄

App seems OK for travellers but not for commercial drivers. As a coach driver, and driving a large vehicle we need clear signage for pick up points, drop off points and parking (I have already ended up in a car drop off point in a 40ft coach. There was another coach there in the same place. The chap who came to help is out by lifting a barrier said this happens all the time).Maps and sat nav would be a great help and could be helpful to all drivers, not just coach drivers.

I downloaded this app as I am collecting a friend from the airport this week. (I was hoping to get some good information on the cheapest / most convenient collection points)? The app refused to accept the flight number so I have deleted immediately. What is the point of an app that does not work? unfortunately the flight was more than 9 days ago!

24 hours before boarding onto my flight, I went onto this app to add my flight in. However, it didn't work! Had to wait another hour before I could add my flight in. Other than that, no other issues with the app itself and some very useful features are included as well! Edit:Oh okay. Thank you for your answer!

Lazy thinking on app architecture. Example: You shouldnt NEED bluetooth to see an airport map, only to navigate on it. And yes, your data is only good for 9 days, but nothing stops you storing that flight number and date earlier, and matching it closer to the time.

This app doesn't work on my Pixel XL. It launches but after the message " A warm welcome - GATWICK", it hangs and the message disappears and then displays an almost circles like formation of very small dots and circle on a faded runway background. Hangs till the sun don't shine!

Shockingly bad app! Look at the Heathrow airport app for pointers. They allow users to load flight info weeks and sometimes months in advance. Yours is barely a week and in a lot of cases only 48hrs before the flight........ really bad considering customers book well in advance and are given flight details at the time of booking but you cant load this on the app? Far from good! As a minibus/taxi operator, I use flight apps daily and have to sometimes rely on them. Please improve your app.

No point in downloading this app to get discounts as that's what I did and discounts weren't applied. On contacting them I never got a reply. So they encourage you to download the app to get discounts then when you contact them they don't reply. Use discount codes that are readily available online and ignore this useless service.

Discount for new users for parking. Haven't yet used the facility.

Contrary to review by Michal Nadolny it IS cheaper to use this app to park - 10% cheaper! Just wish I had this app before I went on the web site to park. The entering your flight date only does for a few days so I don't know why they have you select the month.

Hopeless. Downloaded on promise of discount on parking with promocode. Multiple attempts to get the discount failed. Want to add my flight to get updates....but it won't let me select the date. Pretty rubbish. Feel conned.

Doesn't work! Stuck on the landing screen for ages! Tried re installing, killing the process, and everything else.

10.01.20....any news when your resolve this problem, still hangs on opening page on my Samsung A50?? Loaded and just stays on blank screen all the time! UPDATE still not working, emailed screenshot, not had any reply, frustrating to say the least!!!

It wouldn't be a bad app, but I can't understand why you can't use your mygatwick and Gatwick parking profiles to get app and website in sync with flights, parking reservations and offers

App doesn't load past opening screen on note 10+....travel through the airport four times a week and this app used to make things much easier. Maybe a fix coming?

I waited for more than half an hour at the airport information desk and nobody ever showed up. Worst airport in the UK by far. The app doesn't know where the check-in zones are.

Be aware of the 10% offers for parking. Yes, offers are applied, but the prices are higher, so in fact you pay more them through their website. Worst is your are thinking you got a deal. So scam.

Been using for several years now in conjunction with the My Gatwick app. Love it when you walk into LGW the app messages you a greeting. My Gatwick app messaged me a delay update due to storm Ciara and the Gatwick app backed up the info. Very impressed!

Excellent. There are offers within the app for discounted parking which i missed initially. The app support team quickly helped me out, so great service too!
