Worst app I have ever come across, such a bad app. Way too many bugs. Keeps stopping and cannot check anything easily, we have login and out in order to get the switch ward option. Worksheets wouldn't open at all. Would have given 0 stars as this is a app that no one would ever want to use. The school is good but this app, its horrible. Never worked properly ever since I downloaded this app. Its is a terrible app. Had very bad experience. There are just way too many problems with this app.
Bad app, does not work good, keeps stopping and sometimes switch wards option does not appear, worksheets can't open. Will give 0 stars if possible. Way too many bugs. We have to log out evrytime to get the switch wards button. Keeps stopping everytimr i open the app. Never works properly. Do fix this.
Very poorly designed application, not at all user friendly. Every now and then we have to refresh it and quite often uninstall and install is required to see the newly assigned homework to my wards. This application needs big time revamp to become user friendly and convenient for the parents. Reported to the school several times but this seems a buggy application, hence no solution from the school side as well.
Most of the tabs do not work. Other than attendance and circular, no other tab information available. Hi, Since the last update done last week, i am. Unable to login and it says, an error has occurred. Please try again later. Please check.
Various sections of this app seems to be useless e.g. Image gallery where no images have been uploaded till date. This is about just one section. There are few more such sections. Kindly review and make this app a really happening one.
Once you login to this app. It notifies you to update the app to 10.0.1 version. Once you click on update button, it says app refreshed. But in real app stays at 10.0.0 version and app keeps prompting for updation. It's not working. Please fix this
This was the worst app in my experience,i would have been opening this app and always it comes a white screen for a long while,then i would log out , sometimes no switch ward option appears, so again i have to reopen and log out. Two years before this app wasvery good but now it needs to be improved.
Very punctual remarks about the activities of the ward whether negative or positive. Also I like the communication pattern too.never have I found any difficulty in navigating through app.Kudos to the app development team and school management for sure to maintain such high standards of web based application. I love this app functions. Now we don't need to download so much apps. One for the homework, one for to join meeting, we don't need to go and find timetable etc. Everything is there in this app. I just love it. My whole school work with this app. Infact, this app made our teachers very easy to take attendance and to write homework.
This app is very good but what the other people is saying thats true that.iN my phone it takes 35 seconds to refresh ones again and it lagged for two days and another thing that many people is saying that in offlne it fosent work even thorough my friends also say that in offline it dosent work but in my phone it works properly yeah it takes 5 seconds to load the homewaork when there is no internet/offline but i should say that this is good app beacuase it lagged thats why i give it a 4 star....
This app not working properly and most of the time when we open the app it's showing blank screen and not showing any information please solve this problem .
Why does this app needs to be de installed and installed again and again? Why the softawe patches not applied via normal s/w updates? This is very frustrating. After every month or so, app stops responding, then we have to de install and install again. Please correct this behavior.
Why so many tab are made when only few are used. And i never get notifications for any message or anything. I have to open the app every now n then for any message else it gets missed. Please resolve this issue, i am facing it long enogh.
IT doesn't work and always show black screen thought my network and other things required are working well. Please resolve.
Very bad experience, most of the times we have to reinstall the app, attachments doesn't open, and there is problem in switching the wards
Worst app ever. Never opens in first go. Hangs so many times. Even after updating,never shows notifications. If,u are on mobile data,forget to ever attempt to open this app. PS: Team Edunext! Before claiming that ur useless app hangs rarely,go n get a reality check! In this pandemic,when entire school is dependent on e-connect, u guys seems like the most inefficient team who is strictly against poor feedback and not rectifying it even after the flood of negative feedbacks.
Very bad because it is saying the school has unfortunately stopped. I have uninstalled the old version but it is continuously showing the related problem......
One of the worst application I have ever installed..developer even do not have any enough knowledge on how to release the updates... Application asking for update..but routing to open or uninstall..Even after reinstallation..same message.. Unable to use the application..
Nice app but the problem is that the system sometimes hangs and then the e-connect tab also sometimes doesn't work pls fix this, other wise the app is pretty good.
Very Bad services provided . When I used to log in to the app it ask for password and when I enter the password correctly it says invalid details and when click on the forget password it is also useless. You need to improve the services and tell me the solution asap.
Team, There is a bug with recent update in app regarding fee module, user who have aleary paid 3 qtr fee (Apr-june), can not select thereafter months fee. To pay for July fee, user has to again select April to June.
Worst app...The app gets crashed everytime....Even after multiple updates and getting android version 9.0 in my phone....Nothing improved.....Poor service and app....Multiple reminders for a single notification....Its hell
The new update is very very good . In the last it need to be refreshed all the time but now ine refresh can run it . And to find homework we just have to click on subject .
Its showing error in getting opened since I have updated it. No information updated on the app. I'm unable to use this app. Since I updated it.
The e-connect isn't even showing in the latest update. This is going to be the worst update for the app. When this app was new, it was better than this.
today i updated this app, after updating this application not working on my phone. when i am going to open this app, it gives error after that app automatically closed with error report
I like this app because it have no problem and no network eshu in it. it's new version is so good of 2021 .And this is a very nice app of 2021.I am studing very nice fully with this app. Attendance, homework and all the things of this app is very good. I will give full stars to it. And we all are studing with this app . So I thig that you all give this app full star From Vaishnavi Singh
Nice App, after updating, it works nice but it works better in laptops or desktops, still their are some issues in it but it is ok. You can install if you study in gaur international school
Very frequent updates, it was working well. but since i admitted my younger child... switching wards makes the app go blank at times.
Off late this app is not working properly. I am experiencing a lot errors since the new version is downloaded. Most of the time app is not opening and shows just a blank screen. Also, it takes nowhere (simply blank screen) when the notification is clicked. Kindly resolve....
