Battery FYI —We work hard to make Gayborhood as efficient as possible and we only use your GPS when you are searching in the app. However, as with all GPS programs, prolonged use of GPS can dramatically decrease battery life.

Spent a bunch of money on this app. Was never able to log in. Smoke and fire in the beginning all sounded great. In the end it was money that would have been better off spent else where.

Horrible app and i appaled u use the LGBT community to scam people out of their money. I paid about $800 to advertise thru is app and my customers cant leave reviews, i cant upload pics, and it constantly crashes. I will be calling to get my money back if not u will be hearing from my lawyer and a whole bunch of the community.
We spent $800 to advertise/promote our business through this app. We had Sean come in our office and everything sounded great. He also gave us another contact person for technical support by the name of Canna. NO ONE HAS RETURNED ONE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL!! Since we started we have had issue after issue with the app. We have not even received one lead from this app. I wish we would have known how they respond to their current clients. We should have done more research on this company itself. The idea of the app is great. But when you do business with a business & you ignore calls and emails. That is not okay by any means!!!! If you can't deliver your part of the agreement then we should get our money back!
So I signed up with Facebook, then saw my profile already had several reviews...for businesses 800 miles from me...I'm a TAD bit disturbed.
This a great tool for connecting my community with businesses that accept the lgbt community!!

It doesn't even show local event. It's all of our state event. I click on concert which show 20 events- I get a blank page. Needs a lot of improvement. I'm going to delete it and once it's better maybe in a year or so I'll install it again. The idea is great -need to work on the execution.
Because it keeps crashing. It's a fantastic concept but unfortunately I can't get the app to stay open for more than a few seconds.
Aside from the constant crashing, this app is a waste for businesses to advertise. I have not gotten a single lead after signing up over 4 months ago. Not a single call, and I ask each person how they heard about my shop. The sales reps cold call me to advertise, even though I already am a client. Cannot even use app to support other businesses. Constant crashing, or doesnt load.

This app is a great resource for the community to support local businesses that are supportive of us.
Crashed 5x in a row trying to use local search, only business willing to shell out big bucks listed NOT just LGBTQ friendly.
I love the concept of this app but I haven't been able to use it because it crashes
I started advertising back in May. I don't even come up in a search when I type in any of my key words in the search. No wonder I haven't seen a return on my $1000 investment.
App isn't working and Nothing has come from it!!! I spent a lot of money on this marketing platform and so far it has been a total waste of money. I have given it 6 months and not one person has me for business nor has anyone from Gayborhood followed up with me to see how my experience has been. I have tried on a number of occasions to upload content and all I get is a error message. I could of gotten a lot of business if I would have just invested that money into social media marketing.
