If I could rate 0 I would! Have tried at different times for the last 5 months to set this app up but it just does not work! Try to verify with my phone number and doesn't send me anything so I tried with my email and it just buffers and does not do anything! I waited half an hour one day watching it go round and round and still did nothing!! Do not install!😡😡

Absolute joke! Asks for your number to register, it doesn't send you a text to confirm. You click resend code, still doesn't work. You click verify by email, it sends you an email. It then takes you back to the app, where it asks for your number again and does the same thing!

The App fails to send out verification text messages or emails despite repeated attempts. May be a good App, just can't get access to it to rate it properly, quite disappointing.

the damn app is a waste of time. Mine is installed but I can't go any further plus machine to upload info into the database at the station doesn't work. It also charged my credit card and didnt refund the amount taken so if they take $1 from ALL of their customers then they are profiting like scammers

I've installed this up approximately two weeks ago and it still does not work. It does not verify email or give the OTP code. I will be uninstalling it. If you're considering installing this app don't bother. It's a waste of time.

Nice concept, poorly executed. I registered using the app before I got the sticker and I later got the sticker. However the system refuses to link the registration at the outlet to my registration. A total mess

Unable to verify logon not receive code. And when I try via email it just locks up. So deleted app. Will be using alternate suppliers as I had no trouble setting their apps.

This app is poor, it asks for your mobile number to validate, yet it does not send the code to do so. It also says you can activate it via email, it sends the email but does not work either.

Doesn't work because I cannot get an OTP via SMS and the Backup Email method also fails to work after you click the verification link. Very, very poor.

I've tried several times to get the verification code but it never works. This has been the situation for countless weeks. You just can't seem to get your act together and resolve basic functionality.

Thought that this app would be a safer way of paying for fuel in this current climate but the text & email links do not work despite repeated attempts! Totally useless if you cannot register properly!

The worst app ever, does not even work. Waste of time and my life... sadly just the same as the fuel station. Over priced for watered down fuel. Thought maybe with the app it would be worth visiting... guess Star fuels actually want no customers. Think I'll stick with BP and Shell. At least their apps work 🤦🏽‍♂️

The app doesn't even download. Not sure how it has 5k+ downloads. Went to fuel station and picked up their fob keys. £1 for 100pts is nice, alot of competition I see. But atleast make sure the app works

Cannot get the login to work at all. Requested verification various times via email AND phone, neither work. What happened to the old Star Rewards app???

Waste of time. Impossible to get authorisation code by text, and email system didn't work either. Completely useless app!

downloaded the app and the damn thing has been installing for the last hour. will do a security check when I'm home to check it's not screwing around in my phone. big company like yours and you have the weakest app. not a good sign for your shareholders.

Oh dear. Just like pretty much everyone else the SMS never arrived. Texaco end up with an app that discourages people going to them, rather than encourages them. What an own goal!!

Just received the fuel cards for our fleet and cant get the app to register. None of our drivers can locate a station to fuel at. Think a provider change is going to be made if this isn't resolved

Absolutely terrible. Asks you to verify. Otp doesn't come through via text. Then try email verify, and you get an automated email taking you back to login without giving you the otp. Complete waste of time

Can't login, codes never arrived, tried many times via text and email. Apps are getting worse and worse nowadays.

The developer has clearly bailed out on this app. Doesn't work, can't register, just a zombie app. The play store should really purge rubbish like this!

3 times installed and 3 times no verification code received whether asked for by text or email. Shame as with a Texaco garage at the end of the road I'd love to collect loyalty points
