The app isn't horrible but it doesn't give much info either. Direct deposit only shows once they have issued it, can't see future deposits or scheduled deposits. Tells you to get direct deposit for timely consistent payments. Ha that doesn't happen!! Doesn't have all options for Dr appts or locations. If the company was better I would probably rate the app higher unfortunately I don't have a choice. Week before Christmas and I haven't received my pay. Second time going weeks without my pay
It's not bad but when they issue the check sometimes it doesn't show up until like 9 at night the day they issue it but there is an online one you can go to and as soon as the issue to check it pops up. I enrolled with direct deposit with no problem
Horrible app, please go back to the drawing board. I was able to login the 1st couple of times I tried, then it did an updated, now nothing. After logging in, it just keep saying looking for account. I've also tried to setup direct deposit and it will not allow it.
app randomly crashes, app WILL crash when trying to add direct deposit. the app does not functional well and should be fixed asap. better off using the website instead of giving permissions to this app that does not work as intended. I will remove this review once developers fix these issues. It's also bad practice to save the image locally and then pull from my camera folder. it should have camera permissions and send the encrypted image to the server.
I have been trying to enroll into direct deposit since the update, however the option or button for direct deposit has not shown up anywhere on my app. I even looked into th FAQ, and went where it said to and still nothing. I even deleted and reisntalldd the app, nothing. this has been very frustrating.
always glitch out for the direct deposit Information input and now since theres a mandatory update that makes you login and now that app doesn't work at all completely on my phone. this needs to be fixed asap. I have restarted my phone multiple times and still won't work.
This app is absolutely worthless. There is no relevant information provided in the app. None of its functions work. It gives " [object object] " errors when trying to change password or enroll in direct deposit.
This app was great until I got a new phone this week. Helped me keep up with everything rated to my case. Now I can't login it keeps saying object-object. Can't reset password. I didn't get paid today and I'm worried I won't have money tomorrow since I can't login to see the status on my payments. HEEELLLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!
This app is horrible. The update is horrible. I have the update but it keeps telling me to update. Before that, it would not let me sign up for direct deposit it kept saying it's in process. Will not let me edit appointments just says they are all late.
Everything was going fine until yesterday the app would let me log in but it would never go any farther. It would say opening dashboard but it would not go any further. Today is the same thing. I need help for this to work!
I try to log in and get object object, uninstalled and reinstalled noticed someone on September 27, 2020 had same issue and reply was system outage. What is it still out???? VERY FRUSTRATED! Just seen Gallagher Bassett had a cyber attack, and now everyone is being penalized for your in ability to keep your systems safe.
I had the app since 2016 never any issues. Now it says upgrade and when I click on anything requarding opening the app for my information I get a blue screen. Very unhappy being that's how i have my claim number handy if God forbid something happens and i need it asap
When I try to sign up for direct deposit it reads to tap the button below to take a picture of my voided check but there is no button to click on. Also the words on that page overlap with each other and I can't read it.
This app is ok but when you do the direct deposit it doesn't work. Alot of phones are not compatible with the app. And know one doesn't want to mail out a direct deposit form.
I received notification to update, system wouldn't let me. so I read comments and uninstalled then re-installed the app. tried logging in says my password is incorrect so I reset it 3 times. still won't let me log in. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 more times, still no dice.
This app is complete garbage. Downloaded it at the beginning of the week and it still wont load after signing in. For what it is and it's importance to people you would think it would at least work in some way. So disappointed!!!
Direct deposit doesn't work. Same review a many below, the words a scrunched together and there is no button to push to take a picture. I did call the 1800# for help, they said my Samsung galaxy s8 was too old, to borrow a friends newer phone to use direct deposit. Ive given the all all permissions to take photos. Uninstalled, reinstalled. And now my claim manager won't help sign me up for direct deposit with a paper form. Horrible customer service.
Before getting this app switch your bank account to one where you use "check" order some. Make one out to yourself, cash it and then take a pic of the check and send it. To me this app is useless since I will not use checks now or ever for my bank account, and they will not accept you sending them anything else but a cancelled check. So prehistoric it seems.
With this app, you also give them permission to monitor Body Sensors, read your Calendar, access your Camera, Contacts, Location at all times, Microphone so they can listen in, and the SMS and Storage on your phone! If that doesn't bother you, enjoy!
Worst app ever. Dosent work and tech cant help. I cant and never have been able to log in despite several long phone calls with tech yielding zero fixes. Such a waste of time.
Will not open, when it worked app says you can sign up for direct deposit but there is no way to do it. Checks get sent snail mail and take 7 to 10 days to get to you. Fix your app or send checks priority mail!!!
still can't login and when you try to use the reset your password it asks you to give your old password well if I knew that I wouldn't be using the "forgot password" button this app is horrific im Uninstalling it #dobetterpeople
Terrible terrible. Has my claim from 2001 but nothing else and can't even go into anything. Called support. Haha. Told me to call my handler the one that gave me there number awful. Still no first check yet .
The app stopped working. Only goes passed the gbgo screen then after that it doesn't do anything. I uninstalled it multiple times and reinstall the app and it still doesn't work
No way to enter direct deposit should be a simple drop down menu but no to do it you need a pending ck but it can't be mailed yet so better hope you catch it in the 24 hour window theres a help # but always busy i can see y poor app design
App not working I've uninstalled and everything it says logging in then just stops won't actually log in. Updated since your reply it's still doing the same thing not sure if it's still down or what? And has it been down for more than just today because it's been doing this since Friday night 9/25?
when i try to enroll in direct deposit, the app crashes after i take a picture of my check. there is no access to report the problem and no tech support. update. the app is not available. when i try to open the app it says i need to upgrade. when i try to upgrade, it says the app is up to date. i xannot get on the app though.
Been trying to sign up for direct deposit... every time I try the app stops... It randomly logs me out... Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times... Does not work!
updated review After my most recent review, of 1 star, I received a response and was able to resolve my issues. I really love using this app. It makes my life so much easier when I need to contact my claim manager or submit paperwork.
Unable to create an account using the register link for the claims email. Completed all the entry data and selected the checkmark. A pop up appeared for a second stating it was "creating account", then nothing but the words Object, object in red in the dialogue box above the checkmark. I read through the reviews and uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same results. I would have to agree with the consensus that the app, while thoughtfully conceived, was poorly executed. Updated 05/19?
