GBM Bus Tracker

This is a good app to keep track of where buses are on their routes, helping make sure you don't miss your bus or informing you where your bus is if it's running late. It's a basic app overall, being just bus icons put on a map. Sometimes it doesn't work (including if your Wi-Fi/data isn't working) and doesn't ever give an explanation, and I wish there was an in-app link to the GB Metro website and a way to learn more about the actual hours of operations within the app.

While the app works, I've found that many times, the supposed real time tracking is out of sync. Usually closing and rebooting the app will work. It could do with a manual refresh button and refreshing when a stop is selected. I want to rate this app higher but can't so long as there's bugs that render it essentially useless when it's needed the most.

While the app works to locate buses. There needs to be a way to see whether a bus passes near work, school or other locations. As well as pinpointing buses more accurately including delays.

The map continued to move north without user interface. Was able to center on current location only once. Then the map continued to drift north. I was unable to recenter the map.

I like the alert feature and that it lists approximate times. Also being able to see when there is a delay is super great.

Now that the majority of the east sode routes have changed. When going under the individual routes, it doesn't supply the time to expect the bus at that stop. Before the route changes, I knew exactly what time to be out there for. Now I don't know what time or even which route to take. It's very frustrating for someone who depends on the bus for not only myself but my children.

Best improvement GBM has ever made. Would have been five stars except some buses disappear from the outlined routes at times. At least they had been, but this may already have been addressed.

I like the live location/data but I wish there was a trip planner or a better method to figure out which route to take for other places, I'm not from around here so it's incredibly difficult for me without calling to bother someone.

It does what it says. IT TRACKS THE BUS. personally in my opinion the city of Greenbay should do the following: * Make in app purchases to buy a bus pass ect * make the app kinda like moovit so not only locals but visitors to Greenbay can plan their trips.

All the map does is move north on its own, I own a Galaxy Note9 and this is the ONLY application I have problems with. If I could give it a -5 rating I think that would be more accurate.

The real time location information is surprisingly accurate. Very useful for planning trips on the bus.

Does what is supposed to do ...unless the driver forgets to turn on the buses GPS ..which does happen from time to time .

Easy to tell where the busses are. Although sometimes it doesn't work correctly.

It's very helpful when Google Maps is not connected to the bus schedule.

I like it that I can see where they are. but sometimes the buses is not seen in the route.

it disappointing it dont work on weekend only during the week otherwise not a bad app it is useful

This app is terrible ...its timing is off with the buses.

It's a great app I can tell when the bus is coming in how far it is along thank you very much

So helpful! Now I can watch for the bus without standing in the cold. Go Pack Go !

It's nice to see when the bus will come, but it would be better if the were more buses.

I love this app it's so easy to use and I live in green bay and I use this OP all the time

It works pretty good. Except on weekends. Doesn't seem to work on Saturday.

Amazing, accurate, and convenient!

Majority of the time it tells me im off line and there are times it won't show the buses

clean buses , sometimes drivers are crabby ,can get crowed , routes take forever.

its helpful for sure but some small glitches need fixing

its a good app I use the bus every day for work

gets me real time info, i love it!
