It was an abdolute nightmare to verify identity. Everyone says the same thing. Once finally set up (which took weeks) it is ok and very convenient. But it's not entirely reliable and maybe 1 in 5 times I go to 7-11 and their system is down. And you open the app to make a payment but you have this extremely tacky and annoying advertisement that pops up every time you log in. Gives the impression of free game software as opposed to a serious financial app. Paymaya better and more professional.
It takes too long to send the OTP or worst, it just doesn't send. It's very inconvenient during times that we're in a hurry. I have to wait 5 more minutes to input the different pins again! Then there's the verification process. It's very annoying. I have to wait another time since I had too many attempts. It says that the photo is unclear when in fact the app is the one making it poor-quality! Voters ID and SSS ID is useless even if it's valid due to the fact that it is old.
Hello? I've been trying to verify my account for more than 10 times already but still I can't get pass through the 3rd stage which is the filling out of personal information. Whenever I reach that page, I can't navigate it. I can't click anything and then suddenly it goes back to the main page of my account neglecting all the processes I took. It always say 'configuration changes, please reopen the app', and I've been doing that for how many times already but it didn't work. I already tried clea
It's too hard to use especially with verification! I tried so many times but it always says that the photo is too blurry when in fact, I don't have a choice since we're only allowed to use the camera in the app. I tried sending a ticket many times, too but it won't send. When I manage get a clear photo, it says that there's no internet connection even if there is! This is so annoying.
It's been a month since I tried to verify my account but the process still Upgrade in progress. I've waited for so long and untill now I'm not verified yet. Their gigi is not very helpful. I also submit at tickets for how many times but the response still the same. It was so annoying! Please fix this app because we cannot send a money if we are not verified. Very Bad customer service.
It's been almost a month since I apply for account verification. I reported a ticket twice but they kept on saying to wait for seven days. Now it's almost a month but the status of verification is "upgrade in progress". The first ticket for the problem I reported got "solved" status in the app even though it is not really solved. Poor customer service.
The app was good and very convenient to use but the CIMB bank update and upgrading is so annoying cuz I cannot withdraw money when the time I need my money. I am so pissed off. This is my 3rd day waiting for their system to finish upgrading but still not yet available. My question is when can I withdraw my money? Next year?🤬😡😠 oh my gosh. Another bad experience for this kind of app. And costumer service is really poor they cannot help u w/ this kind of issues or problems.
I had already verified my account 3 weeks ago and it is still upgrade in progress. Everytime I open an Ticket nothing happens but they send an email "Thank you for letting us know about your concern and we hope that our recommendation helped" eventhough they did not help or do ANYTHING AT ALL. Since the upgrade is in progress I am not able to send money to another GCASH anymore either. If verification failed than just send an email that it failed and close it. Instead of DOING NOTHING!
Gsave CIMB is always updating or fixing something etc etc. I can't access my savings when i need it to withdraw. This is irritating. I keep reporting it to Help center but the problem keep coming back and nothing change. Now. Its almost 2days and i still can't access it. Very nice. Very poor response to the problem. I doubt they will "SURELY" fixed the issue.
GForest in GCash lets people get indiscriminately added but won't let us remove them. Please fix this feature. It hurts our privacy. The person isn't in my contacts. One can save a number in their sim contacts and add it as a friend thru the app. When one clicks on the notification, the friend request gets automatically accepted instead of letting us view before deciding.
Why can't I take a picture of my ID? It always say the ID is blurred even when it's not. Plus, is it just me or whenever I take a picture of my ID there is no button to click and capture the ID? It happened many times, already. My app is updated to the latest version. Plus, you have too many updates. Please, help me resolve this. Thanks and may you have a good day ahead.
Almost perfect compared to other banks. I truly appreciate the developers who worked one the UI. Maybe slow down on the ads that pops up out of nowhere because sometimes it causes bugs in the buy load section. I don't have the time to create an email for feedback since it's already (almost) perfect. Hope we can integrate NFC to pay at grocery or to load beep card because it's already 2022.
Fix this problem now!! Some of users problem about "Verify & Photo ID" is the same as mine; I can't reach to the next steps from done scanning my ID (National ID) but It's always stuck on camera and cannot go to the next step, until it says "Attempt limit reached". Instead i'm doing best taking the photo of my id, and my internet speed. 😒
Honestly you can't use it for emergency. It's too slow. Try minimizing your graphics and other kaechosan so you can keep up with the basics. Thank you.
PLEASE FIX THIS. Philsys ID verification didn't move to the next step for verifying which is filling up some details. It was just stuck with the app trying to capture with the camera on, with a frame when hits a right angle says PERFECT, it loads but then stays at the same phase. Just when I got the ID for verifying my account it won't let me.
The transaction history tab needs work. It doesn't reflect real time which is a hassle and it lists too little entries. Other than that, it's great!
I dont remember registering my second phone number but the app seems to imply that I have it registered. I dont know the MPIN and when I try to retrieved it (even though I don't know it was registered), I can't get through the security questions. I can't even talk to a live person about it. They only have the bot which does not even help. This is so frustrating.
Not sure what happen to this app, I used to love this before. What's up with the delay in opening?Convenience fees are hassles. History took 24hrs to update??! Seriously..come on GCash group! When i am doing my verification process so i can fully verified my account. But the problem is the list of valid ID's especially TIN ID. Is not there. When i was trying to submit a ticket in my email says there's nothing to fix. Please put some list INCLUDING of TIN ID and etc. it was so hard to anyone like me who don't want to go out in their house when there's nothing important to do.
PLS FIX THE VERIFICATION PROCESS, I can't get verified because of the capture on the camera with this frame in it and says Perfect when hits the right angle but then says it's blur even though it's not. Pls fix this feature
It's not convenient again in terms of load. Because before, we can use load with easy type of what you want to load promo of any networks, but now you can load as regular load and you can't use anymore in the app in what the promo you need in any networks. I hope, please returns again what the developers did in the past regardings of your app thank you... I'm really really disappointed ☹️
The verification process takes so long. Poor customer service! Even you submit the correct ID still verification failed and sometimes upgrade in process. What happen GCash? Why is that so. I already submit ticket and still there is no response!
So convenient to use, it makes all my transactions easily done.. I love the rebates/promos everytime I buy loads, I love one of its features that you can plant a tree and will put your name on it, its a great feeling that you've done something that will help preserve the forest and so much more features😍♥️👍
It's so annoying! Why I can't register on this app?! Everytime I fill up the registration it's always seeing me like "something went wrong, submit a ticket" then after submitting the ticket there's nothing change in that? There's too many issues! Not only 5 times I register on it but several times!!! when I really need it, your system is still different here. we need a lot. it doesn't make sense for us to install it if you don't fix it right away! many have lost money because of your system.
