Excellent customer service , very good exchange rate, and cheaper transaction fees. The Bad side, the money you send will NOT be received instantly and it takes DAYS to credit the amount you sent. I hope the management can do something, if they want to compete.
GCC exchange app is worth downloading, have been their customer for the past 1 year, but they didn't fail to provide excellent customer service from their branch and up to now that im using gcc web tt for online transactions. Everything is smooth and quick considering that they are offering the cheapest charge in the market. My favorite is ther whatsapp support that are giving daily updates on the exchange rates, and responsive with all the queries. Legit!

Sending money tru their website is so hassle. You have to wait for an hour. Sometimes, days. It took me 3 days to get the money transferred. They should have a real time money transfer features, Since you have an app.

Very good app. They give good exchange rate. However for the last few days when I click on send money it is giving error.
I am happy with the service provided by WebTT team. I generally use WebTT thru browser, not experienced much about the App but will surely do it thru App in future. Appreciate personally Mr Antony, who is always helpful.

I cant understood this app.when i tried to sign up in the app,i have put emirates id number then mobile number of uae,it shown wrong number,i am from nepal so i have put nationality is nepal and pw also i have put mix number some symbolic also,small and capital letter everything,but it was not working,i dont how to fix it.
