GCC - GeoCache Calculator

Great app for solving mystery geocaches. But one thing annoys me so much. The dropdown menus under the tools are just completely white and I have to scroll and then click the next "button" in order to change e.g. the value or the rotation factor.

Sorry to hear the dev had to pull the donate link. 😟 Went to the app/dev's website and saw there's a 'pro' version, which I plan to purchase, to show support. Unfortunately, the Play Store/Market link didn't bring up anything. I'm guessing it was also dropped for having a donate link. I'll check back later to see if it's back.

I love geocaching but I've always struggled with mystery caches. Sometimes I have an idea what may be required but most of the time I don't. I thought this app might help me solve mystery caches, but having spent an afternoon looking again at dozens of mystery caches near me I am none the wiser. The problem is: how do I apply the tools provided in the app to the puzzle if I don't know what the puzzle requires to solve it? Having read all the positive reviews I now also feel very stupid.

Very impressive tool, esp. when you have to solve field puzzles and don't have an internet connection. Missing the coordinate conversion to Dutch Grid, however.

If you want a straight forward geo cache app with out pretentious add on's this is not for you. Way too complicated for anyone requires just the basics. If your only pastime is geo caching maybe this will suit.

This program rocks. It appears the only people who rate it less than 5 stars don't understand it. Come on people that's not the apps fault🙂 Keep up the good work.

Nice app with lot of useful tools. GADE could use some improvemts * repeat the produced pattern until Z if it is shorter * add decode window which applies table to input text

This is the handiest app for solving and creating geocaching puzzles I've ever found. Love it! So much help!

Android 10 removed the menu button. Three functions including the copy function are now completely broken.

Help please and TIA 5 stars if you can help answer my mystery question as to why? Can someone please tell me exactly what it is with this application does? I found out my phone someone has installed it without my knowing. Going to college. Not once but twice. And ive never seeen anything like this. Please someone help a girl out. I believe i have figured out everything except this.

On coordinate projection I input that I need Westings and it brings it up as Eastings so only get half the coords right.

The best app ever

On phones without a hard / touch "options" button you get a soft / on-screen button (the three dots in a circle). Now, this button doesn't work properly. When you press it, the options appear for a fraction of a second and then dissappear, leaving you with no chance of using them, thus with no way of copying the results. Bet it can be easily fixed. Other than that, would have been a 5⭐

Installed mainly for coordinate converting, but doesn't calculate correctly (different answers to other apps & websites). Spent hours thinking I'd got the cache puzzle wrong. Turns out the converter was wrong. Maybe not accurate for my area UTM zone (55H)? Tried Ellipsoid settings, but they didn't make any difference to the calculated result :(

This is so full app with everything you need. Maybe I would like to tell you one thing. In Ceasar cipher would be nice add decipher to all of its possibility by one click. Like you do in coverting numeric systems. ;)

I have used it a few times now, very handy. And please, bring material design to the GUI.

HAVAL Hash function is crashing. But otherwise it's an awesome app. Please include Psychometric charts, they are very useful.

Way too many buttons, couldn't be arsed to figure it out, life's too short.

I really like this APP. At first glance it is terrifyingly confusing due to the multitude of buttons. Hint: Use the search function to look for keywords.

Serilously, everything else is super weak and this all does everything the other 90 geocaching tool apps do, all in one.

While this is a great set of Tools, no inbuilt help offered or guides. Also its onscreen display is so basic as to make the app harder to use.
