You can't cancel once you sign up to pay. I've tried everyday possible to get them to cancel my subscription and they are unresponsive. I even texted directly with the apps creator Edward last year and he promised to cancel it but then this year it still charged me. I had to go through my credit card to dispute it and they still won't respond to me to confirm that they cancelled my subscription.
Crashes immediately upon opening, tried reinstalling/restarting. Had to delete because it wouldn't work. On top of that it keeps charging me every month and there's no way for me to cancel it.
This app used to work, and save me money. However, it stopped working, crashes, and attempts to contact the owner have gone unanswered. I only gave one star because I couldn't give none. Terrible! They better not charge me for a renewal!
App crashes. Auto renewed with one of my unregistered credit cards and did not give me any credit for the renewal. Wrote to developer 3 times with no response. Now it will not open at all.
I worked for a while. Now it won't start. Uninstalled and reinstalled it without any success. I tap it it looks like it's going to start and then it goes back to my home screen. Rather useless I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8
Love the new GCM+ App! Works great on my Moto (Android) phone. I like the new features like the option to reload my account for places I might visit often. When you search for a specific business by name the phone and address show up, too; great for take out! Tech support was excellent today when I was transitioning from the old to the new version of GCM+ and had a couple of questions. Edward at GCM answered the phone promptly and walked me through the process with patience and professionalism.
Always have an issue opening it up. End up having to clear cache and data. Which is annoying when trying to use...Starting not to be worth the 99 cents and month...
This new version is awesome!! It reminds you while you are in the restaurant to use the app and save. Not to mention, you can pay as you go now also. Get $20 of gift certificates for $2???? Heck yeah!!! You are crazy if you don't use this app!
Good luck getting this app to work. I pay for this app and I've had so many issues on several different phones and trying to reach support is just a waste of time.
I repeatedly had a difficult time getting my app to work despite having paid for a yearly subscription. I just tried to redeem the $5 Pizza week deal and my app said insufficient funds. This app is terrible and consistently has application issues.
They have fixed the problems with crashes and not opening dor Androod users recently..Love this app!!! I use ot all the time and it saves is a ton!! Let's keep it working guys!!!!
App used to be great, but now crashed all the time. I've tried to reach out to Edward, the developer, by email and FB messenger with no response. I do not recommend purchasing until the bugs get resolved.
App always crashing! The company is hard to contact and they are continuing to bill me. FIX IT!
Constant Crashes This app used to work. I even re-downloaded it to see if that was the error. It crashes when opening.
The app keeps crashing. Please fix it. I'm getting emails with discounts and can't use any of them because the app doesn't work.
Great update, so much easier to use. This app not 'prompts' you to use it when you are participating restaurants. The new GCM app is bigger and better than ever before. It is actually 'making' me save money!
I cannot open the app it keeps crashing and the premium service just auto renewed. Now I'm stuck paying for something I cannot use.

Used to work somewhat. A reboot would usually fix it. Now it just crashes right after it tries to open.
This is a great app and works well while you are in line paying for your food. They actually have restaurants you will go to! I recommend highly
I love what you all are trying to do here but unfortunately for months I have not been able to even open the app without it crashing and I'm still paying the fee.
Liked it when it worked. Login began to fail and the reset link didn't work. Now useless.
This app was awesome and now it wants you to sign up for the GCM+ app. Haven't been able to use it for months now. Disappointed......

This app has not gotten any better since inception. Constant crashes and very glitchy.

Please fix your broken app. Do not attempt to use this app. Won't work and the terms have changed. Password reset doesn't work
The new version is horrible Edit: Did you guys even test this app on Android? Doesn't show a single promo coupon, just shows the address. I can find that on google too...
Incredible App, saves us a ton of money. and so easy to use !!! love all the choices we can choose from !!!
For any Android users that are confused, please be sure you have installed this app and not an older version. I was not able to use the app earlier due to this. I contacted the creator, Edward, and he got back to me within minutes and even scheduled a call to make sure my issues were resolved. It's great to see amazing customer service, especially with smaller apps like this. The new UI looks even better and has good deals as always Would recommend to anyone.
