GARANTÍAS COMUNITARIAS GRUPO S.A, informs the employees of GARANTÍAS COMUNITARIAS GRUPO S.A, and especially the commercials
, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, which to date has obtained information that contains data
personnel on the occasion of commercial and contractual relationships developed in the ordinary course of business and requires
of your authorization to continue processing said information for the following purposes:
1. Call the contacts of GARANTÍAS COMUNITARIAS GRUPO S.A.
2. Obtain call log from contacts managed through COMMERCIAL GCM,
(Only those that are called from the APP COMMERCIAL will be stored in the database of GARANTÍAS COMUNITARIAS GRUPO S.A.).
3. Generate reports of contacts called from COMMERCIAL GCM.
4. Inform permissions required by the GCM COMMERCIAL application.
5. Only the employees of GARANTÍAS COMUNITARIAS GRUPO S.A will have access to the GCM COMERCIALES app.
