Individdual Camera full-screen view is not available. in portrait mode, there is no option to hide the camera controlls. it takes more than half of the screen space and it is not useful for non-rotatable or zoomable cameras. There is no aspect ratio correction options or the app doesn't do it automatically. And also, it doesn't work in Android 10. Please roll out one update ASAP to rectify these issues..

It crashes 2 times when i open this application and there is no option to view full screen. When i am Watching cams this app stops working and crashes suddenly. And there is no problem in my phone problem is only with this application. My have sufficient processor to run this app. So kindly improve your app performance.

excellent. it connects immediately. my only problem is when there is no power and the inverter battery runs out. The system does not connect to the net automatically when the power comes back on. I have to manually reset the system and check Insta on is online. after modem and hotspot is reset the Insta on shows online. is there anything that can be done remotely.

When I purchased it I thought I would get a live view from wherever the allocation I will be but after installing the App in my mobile and doing all the necessary things. The App Crashes. When I click live view " the app crashes and closes it automatically " I would like to give 0 stars. Now the entire setup is waste of money.

The app keeps crashing as soon as I choose to start the live preview. Please fix the issue . Have been facing this problem for a month now. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times already but it still doesn't work.

The app was working fine on older android, but after update to android 10, it crashing every time I click on start preview. Waiting for update. Though I got reply from CPPLUS, to use gCMOB instead for Android 10, that is not easy to configure. The question still remains... "why not they make this app compatible itself???"

trying to use the app on One plus 7t mobile android version oxygen 10.3.4 Whenever I am clicking on the live stream it gets automatically closed need to fix this by upgrading to the higher android versions considering that only we have purchased the product but now it is very annoying to see this Very disappointed seeing this is way far behind considering the current system upgrades and technilogies

The app was working fine till my phone was on Android 9 and as soon as I updated it to android 10 the app started crashing. When I try to load a live stream from a camera the app crashes every time. Please make it compatible with android 10.

Please send an update to support it in Android 10. Ever since my phone updated. The app doesnt work. Otherwise there were crashes at times, yet it worked. Now it doesn't even open the footage. Please Dev.

The app worked fine so far. But after i updated to Android 10, it doesn't work anymore. The app crashes whole trying to load the cameras. Please provide Android 10 support for the app.

It saying failed to connect for some cameras and some of them are showing.....i had seen my connection for wifi and for my mobile.Both of them were at high performance some bugs are there in this application please give us new version so that we can fluently and smoothly use it.

The time when I select a screen for live preview, d app crashes. It happens each time I try the live preview. I have no clue y this is happening but it's really annoying 😒😡. Pls fix this ASAP 🙏😔

This app is not working after android update and it is asking to contact the developer. Unable to get visuals on CCTV and in process security is being compromised. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Worst Professional Application where Developers are not bothered about any updation of the app. Last update came in 2017. Neither the features are good nor the handlers of this app. I guess its been more than 3 months, there is nothing related to compatibility for Android 10.

Application is crashing as soon as u click on live preview or playback. U can't view anything. Inspite of so many messages by so many people to upgrade ur software and fix error nothing is done and now due 2 corona till 15th april,2020 nothing will be done.

App was was working great in android 9 but on android 10 its horrible. Im able to add the device but whenever i chooses camera to preview it crashes immediately, so frustrating. Its over month now, i cant access my home dvr camera, please fix this cp plus ASAP.

App is not working properly. Everytime i start to see the camera from this app, it shows app couldn't work. There is some error in the app. I have tried these form 3 to 4 phones. This problem repeats again and again. Please resolve it.

It use to work perfectly in my device, but now it's not. It's continuously crashing whenever I try to switch on my camera. It works perfectly on my ipad though. Please resolve asap.

The app is really good but is not working with android 10 devices.Needs to be updated. For now I have configured on the non hd app but the UI of this app is much more polished. Please update this app to support android 10 and above devices.

I had used the previous version of the app IT WAS REALLY GOOD but currect version has bug it crashes when you try to load after configuration. Soluntion : Pls install gCMOB app and use it in place of this app. Do the configuration the very same way.

In the older version of Android it was working well but now it has some technical problem it automatically closes when i click on start preview. Developer must check and resolve the problem soon.

I use Samsung note 9 I have recently updated my software since then gcmob is not working. Is there any connection between my system upgrades n this is not working? Can you fix this issue pls. Its getting stopped n app getting closed automatically. Guys what's the solution for this?

App is really bad. It crashes as soon as I click on my camera name. I mean you spend millions of dollars on ads on TV and your apps can't even work properly. Please fix the bug. Thanks.

After upgrading to latest version, app is not working proper. It throws me out of app after clicking any features on app. It gives a message that "this app was built for older version and may not work properly." Otherwise it was working properly hence 1 star rating, kindly upgrade and will give 5 star rating to it.

Cctv playback not working properly. Sometimes it shifts to the time previously watched.sometimes in fast forward mode slowdowns to normal speed. Sometimes it skips some footage and shifts forward.
