It's easy to use, shows what it needs to show. It worked great on my LG G6, but it does not work on my OnePlus 6T. I would like to know when this app will be compatable. When it is, I will give it five stars. *Update* - It's been almost three months and they still haven't fixed this problem. Either they don't care about their members, or they are not being notified. I will probably switch credit unions if this continues.
Very easy and comprehensive layout! Also, if you need assistance with anything, such as balance questions, forgot password, or username, customer service is very helpful and friendly!
like the app just wish it would show u a running balance on the side after money comes in or out. also would like finger print identifier. other than those issues like it.
constant problems, very unsatisfied with basically every aspect of this bank. I cannot wait to pay off my car loan and get the hell ot of the Granite City Credit Union.

Most of the time it's ok, however, its far behind other banking apps. Its a small organization, so i mostly give it a pass on that. However, if you mistype your password, you are locked out, there's no indication of how many attempts youre allowed, and the only message is to make a phone call, which is ridiculous. On the website there is a Forgot your password feature, which doesn't work. Having to make a phone call or go in person to address issues online is abysmal customer service.
