Very disappointed. The old app worked great and had no issues and was very user friendly, i dont understand why they couldn't have just updated and added the desired features to the old app instead of restructuring and making an entire new app. neither the app nor the online banking itself tell me where my money is going or where it is coming from any longer, it just simply tells me dates and amounts. its very frustrating. I like to visually see where the money goes, the old app was better....

i understand this is new app and a new system but it is not nearly as user friendly as the old systems. the layout of the accounts online is terrible - a lot.of previous information wasost during the transition. This app does not allow the jnstant ballance even after you opt in for the service. The whole system needs a new overhaul.

I HATE this app. Everytime I try to log in it tells me that my credentials are wrong/or its been locked due to too many incorrect log in attempts. So I go on the computer and change my password and the process just repeats itself. This has been going on with GCSCU for years for me. What is the point of keeping an account open if I can't access it?

The only thing I don't like is that I can't do all my banking on my app. I like a banking app that let's me sign up for certain features (debit card/personal checks). I actually have been a GCS member for 12 years now. So my loyalty lies with GCS Credit Union. I have never been treated better by another company or bank. Hands down, best bank/credit union in the Central Illinois area! Heck, in all of ILLINOIS! thanks gcs credit union.

Installed from the Play Store. Tried to login. Verified login onfo and attempted to login in three times being careful to correctly enter my credentials. Got an error every time saying that I am NOT logged in. Uninstalled the app. as I don't have time to trouble shoot an app. that can't get past the lozgin screen. Alreasy wastes more time than I should have after looking at the 2.8 review rating.

The only two updates that I was really excited about either aren't available to me, or I don't know how to get to them. One was to be able to see pending transactions The other was to be able to transfer money from my account to someone else's account without actually having to call the credit union. I was able to access both of these options in my initial log in from the email that was sent, but now I'm not able to. Very disappointing.

So now the app doesn't even log me in at all so it's basically useless. It's like the login button is broken or has no action attached to it because it literally does nothing. If it at least tried to log you in and failed that would be an improvement but it's not even doing that. But in it's current state it's useless.

This app is not good compared to the last app i had a month ago for this bank. UI is awful/not user friendly, there's no way to quickly check balances, and the design is clunky. Disappointed because we were given the impression that the new update to our banking app would be better, not worse.

It does okay unless you try to do remote deposit. I have tried 3 times and done everything it asks. Still wont accept my checks from my job. I have been finding the convenient items this bank has are not convenient at all..

Really don't like this update. It's not very user friendly like the old app. Everything is really hard to read and maneuver. I really hope you decide to take the advice of your customers and rework the app to make it easier to use.

The old app was so much better, this one is junk. I haven't been able to log in for 2 days. I have to go through the internet browser to get on because log in fails through the app.

Not good, I agree with everyone here. Used to have instant balance was very convenient, now I have to put in my password everytime I need to check my balance, terrible app.

I have never been able to use the app. I have called snd had yhe password reset, and the account unlocked a few times, which never worked.

Its like a ford, it works great when its working. But it doesnt work most of the time and I have to redownload it every time I want to use it.

I downloaded this to deposit a check after the change from the old app. It consistently errors with a message of "Logged In."

Don't work can't logon to it after. The initial opening and sign-in. Then next time it flashs on then returns me to the home screen.

Terrible! Useless, cannot even log in anymore. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The previous version of the app was great.

When I originally installed the app I was able to what I needed to. But after 3 months the app says it has been installed and I don't have a clue what happened.

Bad app only works once then has to be cleared off phone so you can reload to use it again otherwise it won't load second time

Each time I need to check my account I have to uninstall and reinstall. Definitely not happy Edit: 5 months later same issue

Every time I try to log in I get a error message saying I'm not logged in... Well I can't log in if you won't let me log in!

Love this app since they updated it but wish they would ad a function to deposit your checks from home like the old app.

Best Credit Union I have ever known. 64 year young I am, and GCSCU keeps track on me and puts limitations on my needing loans. I have always paid past loans on time with no problem. My life stays the same but limitations on loans while I watch my home fall apart. Thanks GCSCU VP'S in appreciation

the App is not working. It can be downloaded but it fails to open.

Hate it. Doesnt have all the features. Cant find how to view my instant balance without logging in?

Can log in the first time after installing then after that can not log in

Its keeps saying token expired and I have to delete and re-download

I've been with them since I was 35 and I'm 69 now. Will never change banks. They are always ready to help. Thank you GCSCU.
